1. Never let anyone tell you that you aren’t worth anything. Because you are. You are worth more than you could ever imagine.
2. Never be afraid to stand up for what you believe in. Even when the world tries to knock you down, stand your ground.
3. Family isn’t just blood. Family is friends, lovers, and people you meet on the internet.
4. Don’t be afraid to be yourself. Show the world just how awesome you are!
5. If you love someone, be prepared to fight. People will tell you love isn’t worth it or you shouldn’t love so-n-so. Ignore them. Love who you love. Love doesn’t discriminate.
6. Family means everything so you better fight like hell to protect them. Stand your ground. Channel your inner Helena.
7. Don’t run away from your problems. It may seem like a good idea at the time, but eventually you will have to face them.
8. When you love someone, hold them tight and don’t let go. Never let them doubt how much you care about them. Because one day they won’t be here anymore.

I mean I am sucidal and happy at the same time! Wierd right!? I don't know if I want to improve and die or what but yes I am trying to improve but at the same time I feel hopeless...This is really wierd!!!
Waking up in the morning and be productive isn’t that easy for most people, it’s just way easier and cosy to just go back in bed!
I get why you love so much staying in bed, trust me. But it’s also true that in these uncertain times where we don’t have the outside motivation of school or work, it’s very important to learn how to be productive at home.
Being productive brings you closer to achieving your goals and creating a consistent routine will help you do that quicker. Not knowing what to do all the time makes you waste so much time that could be spent actually doing things!
When you are creating your productive morning routine it’s important to know exactly what your goals are. Do you want to exercise and get fit? Do you want to get your homework done? Do you want to work on your blog?
You need to tailor your routine according to those goals, so don’t follow other people’s routines just because they look good and “aesthetic”, that won’t get you anywhere with your own goals.
The first few days of trying your new routine are just a trial. If something seems off, you don’t feel good or you just can’t follow it, don’t get discouraged! Try again the next day and if the problems persist, it’s time to make some changes to your plan!
Also, your routine doesn’t necessarily have to include big tasks such as cleaning the whole house or completing an entire project, it could be composed of many little tasks such as making your bed. Putting all those little tasks into a to-do list might be helpful at first so you can check-off all the completed things and see what you were and weren’t able to accomplish. It will also look longer but at the same time, less intimidating considering that those smaller tasks will take you less time! ☀

Now I had seen the grief of the two strongest people I knew. And somehow, crying made them seem even stronger to me. It was better to cry than to suck it up and go around conjuring hate in your heart.
— Silas House, Eli the Good

I appreciate your concern. None of this is your fault. It's me. It's me and my head.
— Virginia Woolf, from a letter to Violet Dickinson written c. January 1909
When you're struggling with something, look at all the people around you and realize that every single person you see is struggling with something, and to them, it's just as hard as what you're going through.
