Peak 90s beauties š„š š
Hi, I'm new to this and I wanted to know if I have to affirm to enter the void when I feel the symptoms?
HI LOVELY.
So, when feeling symptoms, you have plenty of ways of inducing the void:
Simply affirming = "I'm the void" "I am in the void" "I am pure consciousness" "I allow myself to enter the void" or just simply say this "I am", you can use any affirmation.
Just visualize the blackness behind your eyelids = not wanting to affirm? Easy, just stare into the blackness of your eyelids and pretend it's actually the void. (Pretending means being at peace that you actually achieved it)
Not wanting that too? = Easy, just let yourself go and imagine whatever you want, silly little scenarios, daydreams, whatever to keep your body asleep and mind awake, you'll find yourself naturally slipping in no time.
Are you the type to Lucid dream a lot? = Use it to your advantage! After grounding yourself in the dream (touching the ground), simple affirm you're going to enter the void and bam you're in it.
Are you the type to get sleep paralysis? = Easy! When entering, push fear aside and tell yourself you're in the void, bam.
Don't wanna do all that and just wanna wake up in it? = ALSO YES, simply affirm before sleeping that you always wake up in the void aware.
HOPE I HELPED, MWAH.

Feminine archetype and appearance focused
Preface
In general, yoni animals of big three(especially moon's) nakshatras play a huge role in how a person looks and what they embody. Two people who share one or more yoni animals in big three might look similar, even if all the nakshatras are different. Also, for example, if someone has Uttara Phalguni in big three, and another person has Krittika or Uttara Ashadha(other two sun nakshatras) and Uttara Bhadrapada(U.Phalguni's yoni match), then they will likely have similar appearances and nature too. Both of have them have a Sun nakshatra and a Cow yoni nakshatra in big three. This is one of the interesting ways to look at the bigger picture while interpreting.
Bharani girls/women look divine in high fantasy/period(especially medieval)/mythical inspired looks. Long hair, headbands/diadems, low contrast/ethereal coloring, dresses that show the body/skin but don't hug it tightly, flowy fabrics. Unique pieces in general are best for them. They should avoid modern trends that are too constricting and structured. Their faces tend to have a unique beauty too so they should think outside of what's generic to see their own true essence. Also, their eyes are usually the best part of their face, they have a look of anticipation, innocence and fire in them. Makeup should be serving that beauty of their eyes, and their lips have a unique shape too, the sides of it are pulled downwards, but they're rarely too thick. Too much makeup in general is detrimental to them. They should not be afraid to appear delicate. Everything about how Bharani women should be styled must be focused on embracing and nurturing their natural beauty. They really should not try too hard. Looks should fit the person, not the other way around, that is true for everyone but especially for Bharani girls/women.
Pushya, Uttara Phalguni, Uttara Bhadrapada, Revati(?), Krittika, Rohini and Mrigashira might feel good/look good in a "milkmaid" look/aesthetic. What's interesting is that all of these nakshatras are associated with cows. The first three nakshatras listed might embody that aesthetic more. One of Pushya's symbols is the cow udder, so is Revati's. Pushya's fully in Cancer, and has associations with milk and nurturing. Saturn has associations with agriculture. Uttara Bhadrapada is another Saturn ruled nakshatra and its yoni animal is the cow, although it might lean towards more etheral looks than the sheep/goat yoni Pushya, due to it being in Pisces. Uttara Phalguni's milkmaid look might be more earthy. Mrigashira and Rohini can sometimes wear this look, due to them being in Taurus. Three fourths of Krittika is also in Taurus, and it's another goat/sheep yoni nakshatra that has associations with nurturing, but not as much as Pushya.
^^ To expand on the Cow yonis from above, they look really good with braids(so does Mrigashira but for different reasons). Cow yonis should lean into "traditional",natural clothing. That really allows them to show their femininity. They look really good with their hair down and with clothes that are comfortable. Like, they might look the best with a hoodie or a simple jacket and slightly discheveled hair. Big ballgowns also look amazing on them, as well as regal attire. They also might wear/incorporate elements that has personal significance to them, usually in relation to their close loved ones/family/community, a family heirloom or something that shows where their loyalty lies. (Please tell me this makes sense)
Cat yonis usually have medium to high contrast coloring, especially Ashlesha. Eyeliner looks divine on them, so does lipstick, usually with a rich red or pink color. Punarvasu might look ethereal and perfect in softer shades though too. They're the ones from the two more likely to have low constrast in coloring. I'd say if Punarvasu is light pink, Ashlesha is red. Punarvasus also have mixed/warmer tones than Ashlesha. They both might look good in Silver but Punarvasus should also try wearing gold(Jupiter's color). Punarvasu might look amazing with no lipstick at all too, but lip gloss or moisturizer is still desirable. They both also usually have really nice skin. If not, taking care of its health might really transform their appearance. Lastly, I think these two nakshatras look better if they feel a certain sense of control over their livesš š hear me out. Like how Cats usually bathe themselves(but still smell nice???š) and have a private, sort of weird and adorable "self-care" routine, these women approach everything in a careful, gradual but determined way, and I think that they need to settle into certain ways of taking care of presenting themselves. They need to feel a sense of safety and assuredenss in it on some level. They need to feel neat and tidy.
Rat yonis on the other hand have low to medium contrast. Purva Phalguni might have lower constrast than Magha. They look best in gold rather than silver. Purva Phalguni is one of the nakshatras that can benefit from having and sticking to staple looks/pieces, so they should not be afraid to do that. Similar to Bharani, they should avoid excess makeup too, but if they truly enjoy something, no matter how camp it seems, then they should go for it, with some discernment. Overly controlled looks are also not the best for them. Maghas usually have bold/noticable hair and they should lean into it. Usually these people don't fuss about appearance in details, but rather go for big statement pieces, like a big gold bracelet or chuncky earrings.
Tiger yonis, unlike cow yonis, will benefit from trends/structured and modern looks. Chitra especially is the nakshatra that likes to fit into certain aesthetics, but I'd advise them to avoid natural looking clothes that fit Cow yonis so well. Instead they should go for tight tops, shorts, tighter dresses, punk rock, fitted garments. If Cow yonis look good in big ballgowns, Tiger Yonis should go for formal dresses that are not flared but still look classic. Vishkhas should wear smudged eyeliner(my opinion lol). A little intensity and fierceness looks really good on Vishakhas but they should avoid excess otherwise like plague. Chitras might have a liscence to overaccessorize sometimes but Vishakhas do not. Also, Chitras can lean into softer/coquettish aesthetics but Vishakhas should aim for something more simple but intense and fierce, and they should not be afraid to mix feminine and masculine elements.
Jyeshta women have a very specific look. Their eyes are rich and intense, usually brows and eyelashes help with the intensity. These women might look really good with earrings, especially round-shaped ones, or a round necklace, given that Jyeshta's symbol is a round talisman. Their eyes are deep and piercing, but not really sharp, their shape could be soft. They could also have doe eyes but the ones that have intelligence, wisdom and worldly depth reflected in them. Dark hair flatters these women a lot, especially if they have Jyeshta moon or ascendant, but that's not a rule. Overall their look is intense, mercurial but regal. Their image should showcase their integrity. Any clothing that seems a little too frivolous or childish is not for them. They could find that they enjoy wearing quality but comfortable pieces that look simple. They can definitely play around with style though, given that they're a Mercury nakshatra, and can look good in something more "excessive". However, I've noticed that, even then, Jyeshta women still prioritize minimalism on some level. If they wear something more "out there" it must be once in a while, just to symbolically display their power. A lot of the times their most excessive outfits are not that excessive to others.
Punarvasu might be another nakshatra that makes its female natives look good in longer dresses. It's a very feminine nakshatra, despite being ruled by a masculine planet. Generally, cat yonis have distinctive faces. Punarvasu, being the soft one out of those two nakshatras, as well as having connection to spirituality and "godhood", influences appearance in a very unique way. These women might benefit from wearing long, soft, flowly garments that cover the body, maybe even a cape or a veil pulled backwards, but the face should be visible. It gives a "divine", "goddess-like", supernatural element to their appearance, which is true to their essence.
Vanar yonis are another pair of nakshatras that are more ethereal looking. They should avoid compact/structured garments and should not be afraid to wear anything oversized, within reason. Shravanas generally tend to be a little longer and slimmer, due to it being in the Saturn-ruled Capricorn, but they don't have the Venusian fierce, Aphrodite look that Purva Ashadhas have. Instead, they're smoother and colder, almost too subdued/neutral than their yoni consorts. Purva Ashadhas can have a more robust bone structure and look "healthier", but their etheriality can have an "earthly"/material element to it unlike Shravana, if that makes sense. This is also the yoni type that can get away with wearing anything weird: the type of choices that make you scratch you head and think "why would anyone go for this" but they somehow look fine and sometimes even good on them. This applies to Shravanas more. Quirky makes them look and feel good. Vanar means "being from other dimensions". According to vedic, they live in forests. Their yoni animal is literally not an actual common "animal" as most think of them, although "Vanar" has been interpreted as "Monkey". It's not inaccurate exactly, since these natives usually do have slightly protruding ears(like elephant yonis) but I think tossing out the origin of the word leaves out an important association.
I recently came across a post where it basically said that any manifestion is just setting intention and taking "inspired action" to achieve your desires. The post gave an example of someone setting the intention of closing weight and taking inspired action by eating healthy and exercising.
I'm taken aback by this point of view because what about "manifestations" where the term inspired action makes no sense. Like for example, changing your eye color or manifesting your DF or maybe even decreasing your height. Things which defy logic.
Id like to know your take on this.
that take is false. absolutely false. that's simply creating a goal and taking action to achieve that goal, which is not manifestation.
first off, inspired action is action taken unconsciously that leads you to your manifestation.
ex: me assuming that i had money leads to me deciding to clean my room hours later. then i find $100 in my drawer. i didn't clean with the intention of finding anything or looking for anything (in fact, i really didn't want to clean in the first place.), i just happened to and the money i manifested happened to show up there. that's inspired action.
i could've got a job and made the money on my own, asked a friend or family member for money, but i didn't. i didn't do anything but assume i already had it, and my reality validated that. that's manifesting.
if any manifestation was just taking action, then even like you said, it wouldn't explain how people manifest illogical things. or even something as simple as sp's for that matter. for the people that broke up and went no contact or were blocked, what did they do? hold their sp at gunpoint? hold them hostage? manipulate them to fall back in love with them? lol.
what about the people who manifested being rich? did they rob someone? what about the people who manifested appearance changes? did they secretly get plastic surgery? what about the people who manifested away chronic illnesses? what action did they take? see what i mean?
you can easily tell when someone suffers from close minded thinking (or maybe they're just stupid?) in the manifestation community. because they always fail to apply their opinions in a broader sense.
not everyone on the internet knows what they're talking about, please remember that. i'd hate for anyone genuinely wanting a change in their life to not browse the internet with that in mind. honestly, i'm taken aback as well lol. it's kind of crazy how much people can misconstrue simple words and mislead others.
and i also understand that since manifesting is considered "new" and we're so used to negative thinking patterns, it's easy to fall into that cycle of doubting easily. but please understand that some semblance logic (or critical thinking really) also applies here too.
all manifesting is and will ever be is assuming you have something. please never forget that. you assume you already have it. there is no physical action required, there are no limits, and there is nobody else in control.
i hope this answers everything, if not, feel free to dm me or send me another ask.
Click method (100% method to change mindset for anything)
I need to get something off.
Guys, do one thing, please, oh my god If you're reading this? Do this NOW.
Sit somewhere, like sit, just sit, and simply let your mind wander PLEASE TRUST ME AND DO IT, don't push it aside saying it's just a silly little other shit hell no I'm serious.
Let your thoughts take over, look at your past, reflect it, and let that one small realization snap in your mind hardcore.
You.
Literally.
Know.
The.
Secret.
To.
Your.
Life.
Oh my god isn't this what people think of? CAN'T YOU SEE? you got it, it's in Your hands so much, you're one minute away from it, one second, REALIZE you're actually getting whatever you want.
Just. Be. Goddamn. Persistent.
I swear this random ass method came up to me back in March where everything changed me for the best, I wanna call it the Click method, I don't know if there's anything similar, but god knows how it can help you.
Summary:
Sit somewhere
Let your mind wander
Look at yourself, your life, reflect your past your present, your future, every small detail on yourself, just everything
Now just sit there and wait for that realization to click and sit in being FULLY emerged deep and engraved in your mind, that after everything, "you are chosen."
Feel that? That bliss, that shock? That feeling that "what the fuck have I been doing so far? What the hell did I waste so much time for?"
This guys? This helped me snap my mindset, you don't need days to change the mindset, it's just the click of the realization, try it, seriously try it, and to actually trick your mind you've done it, I suggest tricking yourself (not necessary, but some people like to be logical and back it up with actions), simply tap a part of your body when you realize it, when that thought flows in your mind just as moments ago the thought of "I like the color xyz" had gone by.
It clicks.
Use it as any method, void, manifesting, revising, whatever the fuck you want, this just conjured up in my dream and I already feel how it can help people.
read this if you're confused about persistence, if you've been affirming for months and nothing's shown up, if you're wondering whether you're doing something wrong but can't figure out what. not a method post. not a technique post. just whatās actually going on when it's not working yet.
ok. so. hi. this is going to be messy and probably upsetting. not because it's dramatic. don't flatter it. but because it's honest. and honesty gets weird when you're dealing with a field that's still so underexamined. we're all just poking the edge of the simulation with a biro. and maybe i should leave it alone. maybe i'm overcomplicating again. maybe this is one of those moments where i should just shut up and script and go to bed. but. no. i can't. i don't know how to shut up about this. and maybe this isn't even the truth. maybe this is just one lens. but fine. whatever. here it is.
context: someone asked me today. "how do i force myself to shift in a short amount of time?" (@srcerers this is your fault....affectionately) and i was writing the usual. the "correct" answer. if you decide it, it's done. if you say you shift instantly, you do. period. PERIOD. done and done, tried and true. the golden assumption + confidence = success formula.
and then i spiralled. because i've been saying that for months. and yes, i've shifted. yes, i've seen results. but before that???????? i spent ages deciding. persisting. affirming. knowing. and still. nothing. and no, this isn't about pedestals. this isn't about wanting it too much. this isn't a fucking disney villain song about obsession. this isn't "just let go babe." no one here is pacing the astral gates with mascara running. this isn't longing. this is clarity. this is when you know it's yours and reality still has the audacity to play pretend.
you're not begging. you're not desperate. you're just wondering why the algorithm is lagging. and you're allowed to. you're god, and the lights are flickering. you're allowed to knock on the wall and ask why.
and sure. someone might read this and say "you were overthinking." or "you were still checking the 3d." but it's not that. this isn't panic. it's not frantic. it's the calm after the calibration. this is what happens after you stop checking. after you stabilise. after you fully assume. when you don't need results to believe. but they still don't come. and so you ask. not because you're doubting. because you're refining. it's not sabotage. it's devotion. it's wanting to understand the edge of your own dominion.
and the thing is. in the past, i wasn't hoping. i wasn't tiptoeing. i was in. all in. clearly, absolutely. no checking. no waiting. i wasn't treating the assumption like a wish. i was living like it was already law. so i continued in this spiral. because if you're god. if your thoughts create. if you say "i am in my dr" now and you mean it, like actually mean it, shouldn't that be enough?? i say this confidently, because after shifting so much, yes, that is indeed what happens. but. for people who haven't experienced that privilege. like. confidence plus assumption equals done. right??? so then why not. where does the decision go. does it just evaporate. does it fall behind the couch cushions of the multiverse. in what fucking universe do you decide something every day with conviction and it still doesn't root. how does that not calcify into fact.
so let me give you a scenario. maybe it's you. it was definitely me.
you're affirming day and night. not hoping. not wishing. knowing. you've decided you are in your dr. period. you walk like it. talk like it. feel it. you're not checking for results. not looking over your shoulder. not waiting for it to kick in. because it already did. your inner world is loud. it's screaming this is it. i'm there. not even zeus could knock me off the road because as god is my witness, i am in my goddamn dr.
and, nothing. no hogwarts. no mansion. no parisian cigarette moment with my boo in the rain. just your room. your walls. your body. again. again. again.
and it doesn't make sense. because the law is the law. you're god. your thoughts create. shifting is instant. so what the fuck is happening.
and look, i used to think there were only two ways to persist. either you're in power mode, clean, cold certainty. emotionally detached, i've already shifted, i'm just reinforcing it. or you're in panic mode, still affirming, still assuming, but there's this silent grip underneath. if i stop deciding this, it'll fall apart. and yeah, on the surface those feel like two different planets. one feels sovereign. the other feels shaky.
but if you strip the tone out of it, if you stop obsessing over how it sounds and just look at the architecture, both are assumptions. both are decisions. both count. because the law doesn't care if you're cool about it or crying about it. it only cares that you're doing it. that it's declared. that it's held. so if both modes are valid, then why do they sometimes fail????????
and this is where it started to come apart for me. because both 'i've already shifted' and 'i need to keep deciding' are still assumptions. one just feels better. it's smoother. but structurally, they're the same. and if the panic one isn't checking, if it's clean panic, if it's quiet panic, it should still land. it should still work. but sometimes it doesn't. and that's what broke the seal. because if it's not about hope, not about doubt, not about waiting, not about checking, and you're affirming like a master shifter, what the fuck is it? and i'll be using me as a poster child of examples and say that, hey, although shifting is now easy for me - i still struggle with manifestations. so. why???
and that question is the reason i'm even writing this at all.
so now maybe you're thinking (if i hopefully have not fully gutted your brain as i have with mine while writing this):
maybe it's because i'm doing it from panic, not power. maybe i'm secretly doubting. maybe i haven't let go. maybe i'm still in the waiting room. maybe that's because i keep looking at the 3d.
no. stop. cut it out. that's noise.
you can be in panic. you can be in power. it doesn't matter. if you are persisting. assuming. deciding. then it should work. that's the rule. that's the contract. it's not a myth. it's not a loophole. it's not some cult-coded trick line you chant and hope it lands. it's the structure. it's the law.
i kept trying to find a reason. maybe it's density. maybe it's linear cause and effect, like flipping a light switch and expecting the bulb. but loa doesn't work like that. and shifting definitely doesn't. it's not circuitry. it's not push-button response.
if you are the light, then the switch shouldn't matter. you're not triggering something, you are the trigger. you're the source. the mechanism. the whole #&*!$%@ circuit board. so what's jamming the signal. if it's not doubt. not timing. not belief. then what.
and here's the closest thing to an answer i've got (half consolation, half theory, fully an attempt to keep myself from throwing my laptop across the room):
you've already shifted. you just haven't caught up to yourself yet.
i know. i hate how that sounds too. it's vague. it's annoying. it feels like spiritual scaffolding. but it's not. or i at least hope it's not.
when we say shifting is instant, we don't mean the wallpaper peels itself off and your mom turns into dumbledore. we mean the moment you decide, the reality activates. the coordinates reroute. the entire grid adjusts.
it's as if you are rerouting a train track mid-motion. you're still moving. but you're not on the same line anymore.
the problem is, we expect the scenery to change with the switch. and sometimes it does. but sometimes it doesn't. and that's because the 3d isn't a flatscreen. it's not theatre. it's not performance. it's a mirror. and mirrors don't update because you want them to. they update because you've changed so deeply that they literally can't reflect the old you anymore.
so when you say "i am in my dr" and it doesn't look like your dr, that's not proof it failed. it's just a delay. you're already in the new field, but the particles haven't aligned. and yeah, that's maddening. because your body feels the shift. your head knows it. but your eyes won't show it. and then you start to doubt. not openly. but subtly. in the quiet. in the repetition.
so. what can i sum up. persistence is not about time. it's about saturation.
it's not about hours logged or how many affirmations you can fire off in a spiral notebook. it's about how deep it goes. how thick it sticks. and no, that doesn't mean screaming it louder. doesn't mean performing it. it means not needing to say it at all. not because you gave up. not because you're done trying. but because it's default now. baseline. unconscious. it is. not a spell. not a statement. just identity.
shifting isn't something you win. it's not a trophy for spiritual discipline. it's a symptom. a side effect of self-recognition so total, so absolute, that there's no room left for contradiction.
so yeah. both "i've already shifted" and "i need to keep deciding" can work. panic or power doesn't matter if the persistence is clean. if you're not checking. not looping. not measuring the silence. but if you're still waiting, even subtly, even spiritually, it's not saturation. it's performance.
and that doesn't mean you're doing it wrong. it just means you're still becoming. still burning off the part of you that thinks shifting is something to win, not something you already are.
and yes, some people shift instantly. some people shift after six months of saying "i'm already there." and they're not better than you. they're not more "aligned."
they just hit saturation faster. their idea of "this is true" had less gunk to burn off.
you say: but i'm god. i decide. why hasn't it happened yet?
and i say: itĀ has.Ā if it feels like it hasn't, you're still relating to it like something outside you. you're still watching for it.
reality isnāt late. reality isn'tĀ anything.Ā it just reflects. it doesn't show up when you're ready, itĀ has to show upĀ when you're being. not when you want. not when you wait. when youĀ are.
if it's not visible yet, it's not because it's in transit. it's because you're still checking. you're still measuring. youāre not failing. you're not early. you're justĀ still treating truth like a method.
and truth isnāt a process. itās a position. a posture. you don't need to persist for six months. you don't need to reach peak saturation like itās a score. you just need to stop making realness conditional.
stop affirming like you're earning it. start assuming like it's breath. like itāsĀ doneĀ and thereās nothing to explain.
because shifting isn't slow. it's not cumulative. itās not linear. itāsĀ identity. the second you say: i am - it's done.
not "on its way." not "almost here." and certainly not "it's glitching."
done. and if you're still asking when, then you haven't decided. not really. so stop trying to time it. justĀ be it.
and look. i still believe shifting is easy. because it is. i've done it. i know it's not in charge. but sometimes it's not about method. it's about the silence in between. and that doesn't make the law wrong. it just makes the process actual. i'm not saying shifting or manifesting is hard. i'm saying that staying loyal to the truth when it hasn't shown its face yet takes a different kind of strength.
you don't have to overanalyse it.
but you're allowed to want to understand it.
that doesn't undo the truth.
it just lets you live inside it better.

One of the greatest lies of patriarchy is claiming framing the father as the lifegiver
u survive literally every single event in your life & still every time a new event happens you feel like this is the event that will kill you and that you will never move on from but actually you will continue to survive like you always have bc u have a 100% win rate of surviving events. btw
DISCLAIMER, Just because I have shifted before doesnāt mean I am the Library of Alexandria. Iām a person just like you, learning as I go so I donāt have the answer to everything but I do try! Iām also not saying any of this will absolutely, 100% make you shift, but hopefully it can provide some perspective or insight into something you hadnāt thought about! !!! ANTIS DNI !!!
LANGUAGE ā Iāve noticed since I first got into shifting that shifters will talk about/treat these realities like fanfiction or a role playing kinda thing??? It confused me before I had shifted because if this is real then why are people talking about themselves in the third person, or referring to others as ānpc/non main charactersā, or scripting in some crazy trauma for āfunā??? If you read anything of mine, you will notice I do not use words like āmain characterā or even ādesired realityā because for me personally, itās just reinforcing in my mind that this is not something thatās real or even close to something I can achieve.
Cut out third person language entirely. Stop referring to your āfailed shifting attemptsā as such, in fact, stop referencing it AT ALL. Stop keeping track. Stop referring to people in these realities as āmain charactersā or ānpcs.ā Stop coming back from an attempt thinking ādamn I didnāt shift.ā
INSTEAD, start saying that you shifted every time you attempt. āBut I woke up in my O.Rā who says? only you have a say in whatever reality you want to live in. Fake it til you make it. Start talking about people as they are, people. Use their names or nicknames. Watch a TikTok and think to yourself āyeah Iād send this to them.ā FEEELLLLL IT. MAKE IT REAL TO YOUUUU.
LOGIC ā After successfully shifting, I donāt tend to think about the āscienceā or āspiritualā side anymore BUT this is the logic that makes the most sense to me and is the simplest explanation I can think of. When you wake up in the morning, do you first check your phone or stand up to brush your teeth or stretch? Whatever path you choose is a shift in your reality. Every single choice youāve ever made is a shift in your reality. As far as you know, if you checked your phone instead of stretching, you might pull something later on in the day that you wouldnāt have pulled had you stretched. But you didnāt. And now thereās a reality where you stretched, did the exact things, and didnāt pull a muscle because you stretched that morning.
THAT is reality shifting in its simplest form.
Manifesting can even be considered reality shifting because youāre shifting your current consciousness into one that is receiving said manifestion. The universe is infinite. Do not let the constrictions of others constrain you too.
āYeah you can shift realities but not to those fantasy places like hogwarts, thatās not possibleā why not? If youāve just admitted can shift realities, why are āfantasyā realities so different to you? Because HERE in THIS reality, they are fantasy. In that reality, it is everyday, it is normal, itās just another Tuesday. Shifting is simply becoming aware of your consciousness in another reality, similar to switching characters in video game like The Sims 4, from one plumbob to another and yes, that easy.
MEDITATION ā You donāt need anything to shift realistically, but the one thing I recommend for anything is meditating. Itās a skill and, like any other, one that can be refined and perfected over time. Learning to get into a state of pure consciousness is a practice that existed for centuries, anybody can do it and doing it will only ever benefit you. You can meditate when you wake up, before you fall asleep, when youāre sitting up, WHENEVER! Iāve always felt better after a meditation, shifting related or not. It also helps me feel better when I donāt end up shifting because at least Iāve honed in and practiced that meditation technique, yk? Positives in everything!
OTHER PRACTICES ā If nothing else, I recommend trying different spiritual practices and adding a lil sprinkle of shifting in there! This applies to religion as well in case that isnāt clear lol. If you donāt follow any specific spiritual practice, try pegan spell work (with protection and research ofc), research any herbs that aid in things like enhancing spiritual energy. If you pray to a God, you can āworkā with your God in a sense to aid you in this personal journey, whether that be through journaling or actual prayer, prayer is an amazing manifestion technique and I do believe it can help with reality shifting considering itās not against any religions. And if you donāt want to do any of this, come up with something for you and you only! A ritual can be anything you make it. You decide what works for you at the end of the day.
REMOVAL ā This helped me the most in my opinion, I completely stepped away from online communities doing anything with reality shifting ( specifically shifttok ) and followed my own intuition of how to go about shifting, doing shadow work to figure out any blockages/questions I had, and just overall made shifting fun again for myself! The main thing I did was learn more about manifesting because the manifestion community does NOT play, they do not believe in limitations and they love LOA(ssumption) which is my fav so!
LUCID DREAMING ā Not the actual act of lucid dreaming but learning about lucid dreaming and astral projection really makes you understand that anti shifters are so ignorant to what these things actually are itās insane! People didnāt even believe that you could control your dreams 10-20 years ago, they genuinely thought dreams were just something that happens to you. Nowadays, we obviously know that you can control your dreams but this is just proof that nobody knows what theyāre talking about fr. I guarantee you, a few years from now, people are gonna be talking about reality shifting the same way they talk about lucid dreaming, CASUALLY. Reality shifting is not some big thing of grandeur that only āspecialā people can do, the same way everyone can lucid dream, is the same way everyone can reality shift, and astral project.
All this is to say, stop fucking listening to other people LMAOOO. Thatās gonna be my advice every single time because too much of anything will become a problem. Advice is good when youāre starting out and I donāt mind giving advice on that, but nobody knows you better than you know yourself, even if you donāt think you know what to do, I PROMISE you on everything, you know whatās best for you. You know what works, and you know what doesnāt, YOU KNOW. Believe yourself. Nobody else matters.
āyou are the light. itās not on you, itās in you. donāt you ever in your motherfucking
life dim your light for nobody.ā
If this message resonates with fellow shifters who are mindful of their thought processes, I encourage you to try incorporating these affirmations :
(p.s it can be 5 claps , 7 glasses of water , etc . whatever suits you)
āoh but iāve seen this technique before and it seems too simple & easy to change my whole mindset-ā girl lay down and relax I BEG.
Donāt treat this exercise as a method. Changing your shitty mindset is not something that happens overnight (mostly). I dare you to prove to yourself that youāre patient enough.
note: i haven't shifted yet, only hundreds of minishifted (yes its still a shift but this is for the sake of explaining) but this is what makes me feel the closest to my realities.
before all this, i like to indulge in something that makes me feel connected to my dr, mainly listening to my playlists or scrolling on pinterest.
the first thing i do is this weird detaching process from my body. i've mentioned this in a different post but ever since i was a kid, looking at the mirror for too long felt uncanny. i'd always think "is this really me? this body, is it me? is it what fully defines me? that can't be right..." turns out that has been a MASSIVE help lol.
anyways, you can do this however you like, the point is to detach from your body, to understand that you're not chained to it. i like to affirm it throughout the day, remind myself that it doesn't define me, and i like to look into the mirror for 5-10 minutes straight, causing that uncanny feeling again of "this is not me".
then, i lay down and relax. i breathe, clear my mind, don't interact with any thoughts whatsoever and keep in mind that i'm literally just consciousness, not by body.
now, instead of visualizing waking up in my desired reality, i like to think of past memories! after all, when shifting, you're just becoming aware of another reality, you're perceiving that reality as a person who has been living in it! so i like to bask in past memories, such as ex-relationships, high school days, etc! these memories aren't even scripted or anything, half of them are just stuff i know it happened OR memories i genuinely just gained during this whole process. i tell myself those are memories i simply forgot and i'm just simply remembering them ( @hrrtshape inspired )
one important thing is: i don't focus on the "shifting" part. i stopped trying to trigger a shift, i let my subconscious handle that, and just focus on those memories. i don't think "am i shifting? am i doing it right?" and instead just let my mind wander in my memories. when you're going to sleep in this reality, you don't think "ok, i'm gonna close my eyes now, will i wake up in my room? will this work?" no! because you know you will! same thing here.
another important thing is: shifting is natural, so i don't look for any symptoms. all success stories emphasize how shifting feels like nothing, like snapping your fingers. one moment you're "here" and the other you're "there". there's not even a "oh my god i shifted!!!!" moment because it just naturally flows. so i know the moment i open my eyes, i'll already be in my desired reality, even if there's no symptoms or anything (i don't even notice if i have any lol).
and that's it! i'll just naturally open my eyes like waking up on a normal day in this reality (because, once again, shifting is natural) and done!
this is a super short post, i know, but shifting isn't complicated, only if YOU complicate it, so there isn't really anything else to add here. anyways, i hope i could help and happy shifting <3
