what floor are we in again?
got my hands on a field guide of californian bugs and i found that there's this one bee species in southern california that looks like this

A sketch I got pretty far with but probably won't finish. I'm back to work tomorrow, and probably won't finish any drawings until I quit in Feb. Work is exhausting...
I went to visit some relatives during my week long break, and they live where I spent the first 10yrs of life. I was really struck by just how beautiful nature is there, and just how hollow I find working at my current job. I live in a really suburban area, and it's just highways and houses.
I'd like to pursue some kind of restoration work, or failing that, just something that would justify getting me out of an office. I can't escape the fact that working with people is stressful to me, so I'm just going to have to work to find a job I can live with having.
(I refuse to do FIFO work, though. I'll do anything to get out of an office, excluding that)

It baffles me when in fear and hunger fanfic authors portray Ragnvaldr as some dumb brute just because he’s from a village and is buff. This is literally the man who sailed to Vinland, goes on a quest for vengeance, and becomes a god in TWO of his endings.
If anything, it makes sense if the characters, especially the Rondonites, see him like this, but the author reinforcing it is something else entirely.
Rag is cool and complex, not the (kinda racist) depiction people often have of him. And he cannonically has the cutest dog
ragnvaldr is so broken I love him. Devour is so horrifying but it is lowkey the best skill in the game!!
