To continue on with my Mia Fey brainrot, list of reasons I think Wright and gang have had Maya or Pearl channel Mia:

Forgetting the password for the computer

There's a bug in the office and they need her to get it out

The computer stops working (Mia knows less about computers than anyone else)

Tiebreaker when the gang can't decide on what to do for lunch or something

Maya needing something on a shelf she can't reach (Mia isn't even tall (5ft 6) but she's competent enough to normally figure something out, Maya and Pearl just think she's tall)

Designated driver (Mia is kinda bitter about this)

Gaslighting gumshoe into thinking he's the only one who can see her

Wright has some juicy gossip that he's gotta let Mia know about
