Sir, I love you
The Prophecy is fulfilled
“Demigods, the time has come. I am thrilled to introduce you to Percy Jackson”. -Rick Riordan
Meet William Scobell as Percy Jackson in the Disney+ Percy Jackson tv series!
It’s safe to say I’m pretty pleased.
Okay, but following Obi-Wan’s apparent return from the dead after the Crisis on Naboo arc, I like to believe that younglings and padawans across the Temple were just like, “Yeah, death had a near-Obi-Wan Kenobi experience,” and then rolled with it.
“Obi-Wan Kenobi doesn’t cheat death. He wins fair and square.”
“General Grievous checks his closet every night for Obi-Wan Kenobi.”
“Obi-Wan Kenobi once played Corellian roulette with a fully-loaded sniper rifle and won.”
“Obi-Wan Kenobi was once bitten by a acklay and after five days of excruciating pain, the acklay died.”
Then somehow the clones heard about it and it went downhill from there.
#I too, would rather brainwash the entire world than make a phone call.

DIN DJARIN in THE BOOK OF BOBA FETT CHAPTER 5: RETURN OF THE MANDALORIAN
i’m tired of seeing posts saying that releasing proshots of musicals will kill the musical theatre business because it really won’t. it’ll reach a bigger audience that way. folks who have never even considered watching hamilton before it was on disney plus are starting to watch more musicals after seeing it. after watching the proshot of into the woods i’ve never wanted to see it on broadway more. legally blonde is one of my favorite shows because i got to watch it recorded, but i still want to see it performed as a part of the audience. i watch the heathers bo0tleg like three times a week! i still want to see it in person because it’s an experience.
and also, how could i not mention that broadway is an american thing and west end is a UK thing. there are so many other countries out there who don’t have the money or the ability to see big shows. same thing goes for disabled folk who don’t have the ability to go because seating for them is limited and sometimes even nonexistent. i mean, think about it. if someone’s deaf, at home there’s subtitles. if a show doesn’t have seating for people in wheelchairs, there’s a proshot at home they can watch. if someone doesn’t have the money to travel to new york and then purchase tickets to a show, they might have the money to stay home and watch it for 3.99. non-english speakers can have dubs or subs for a famous professionally recorded show.
musical theatre should be for everyone. not just rich able-bodied people.
⏳ Madrigal Apologies⏳ "Let's all talk about Bruno!!"
He may be able to predict the future, but he sure couldn't predict this! Since they didn't apologize to him in the movie, this is my Head canon.
Fight me if you have any issues about that. ❤️
This wasn't the three Peter Parker hugging for me
This was Tom, Andrew and Tobey hugging happy and excited for getting this once in a lifetime opportunity to work together as the three Spider-Man. I truly believe they became really good friends after filming this movie
Don't touch me I'm emotional
-this movie single handedly fixed any issues I’ve had with the character writing from all three franchises, and I’m honestly amazed???
-THE VILLAINS!!!!
-So are we just not going to talk about the Peter vs. Strange show down? Because I feel like this needs to be talked about. He used geometry-
-The scene is Happy’s apartment where Peter used his spider-sense?? Filmed beautifully. I’ve never seen it perceived like that before and it perfectly showed the raw panic Peter felt in the moment. I loved it.
-May’s death- It hurt so much, yet felt kind of right at the same time? I hadn’t expected it, and the fact that we had two movies to get to know her character made it that much more painful. Don’t even get me starting on the “with great power…”
-The scene after her death in the rain was breathtaking. One of my favorites. Just the way it perfectly represented the battles he was facing as both Peter and Spider-Man with only a few shots.
-I feel like the Green Goblin has rightfully taken back his place as Spider-Man’s archenemy. Willem Dafoe was outstanding and honestly terrifying. How he was able to out due his last performance amazes me.
-My favorite adaptation of Mj and Peter by far. Loved every moment with them.
-Wow…Tom Holland played Peter Parker perfectly. He truly was Spider-Man. Every decision he made felt so in character and I’m truly blown away. Phenomenal in every aspect of the word.
-The last scene, when he was swinging through New York with his new suit, is without a doubt my favorite Spider-Man moment from all franchises. It was perfect. It was just him, left with nothing but the city he loved, and something about that felt so right to me.
In conclusion I can’t wait to see what Marvel has in store for this Spider-Man. It will, without a doubt, be something amazing.
I don't have a lot of memories from middle school bc I blocked it out due to ✌cringiness✌ and ✌trauma✌ but the one that lives rent-free in my head is when we had to do hometown presentations in 6th grade and this British kid did his on England, obviously, and he went on a rant about how ridiculous is that Americans say "soccer" when it really should be called "football" and then his friend went "sooooooocceeeeeerrrrr baaaaaaalllllll" and then the British kid deadpanned, looked his friend straight in the eye and said "I will pick you up and I will throw you into a volcano" and I think about that a lot
