#the legend returns
Sam checking on BB (✿◕‿◕)
2B…it was an honour to fight with you. Truly.
The honour was mine.
You’ve brought up the issue before, this issue of not feeling like you’re in control. Do you remember? When we spoke about your father. You talked about how he chose to do nothing when he was battling his cancer. You told him he could have fought the company that caused it. He could have told people about it. He could have sought better care than what he was getting. Instead, he did nothing. Maybe your father felt the same way as you do now. After all, like you said, what’s the point?
It’s different.
What’s different is you’ve found options, Elliot. That’s the power you have. That’s the control you own. You don’t have to just take what life gives you.
MR. ROBOT Season_4 // Aesthetics
To any trans women and transfeminine followers of mine, did you know there’s a pretty huge Etsy store which does gaff underwear and swimsuits specifically designed for trans people amongst its products? They go in a pretty decent range of sizes, including sizes for young girls, and while I do not personally know anyone who has used them, there’s a fuckton of positive reviews on the Etsy store. They have a ton of colours to choose from, different fabric choices, the works.
And for once they’re not marked “for crossdressers” too, they actually under “transgender”, so that’s (depressingly) unusual.
I’m mostly posting this because I’ve seen a lot of younger people recently in particular saying they never knew what gaffs were… a lot of people find them WAY MORE comfortable and convenient than tucking, so I would recommend looking into them if you’ve never done so before!
And even if you yourself don’t use or need this stuff, do pass this kind of info on to any friends of yours that might, guys! There’s always like a million more PSAs about transmasc stuff as opposed to transfem stuf tbh…
me: I will do things when I am less tired

NIER AUTOMATA
so season 1 was familiarizing us with elliot’s alters, introducing players and setting the scene for the play that was about to unfold. season 2 was creating tension between mastermind & robot and establishing just how unreliable a narrator elliot would be just by way of his mental illness. season 3 was when all the big, sweeping moves happened and the fate of most of the players was determined. season 4 is the jarring, sudden realization that this was never about revenge, but a desperate desire for control over a world that was unsafe for host elliot to occupy; that there was a greater purpose concealed beneath the theatrics and rage-fueled rants, and that elliot’s trauma was always at the center of it.
