F1, G3, P1
I’m gonna answer for Hops (chain oc) and Forthright(my current d&d character)
F1
What do they do for fun?
– Hops would probably be that person to do brewery tours but I think she also likes seeing street performers.
– Forthright is always running grifts and probably spends her the time away from her sewer goblin kingdom gambling. I also think she likes to show off wealth so maybe balls and operas.
G3
what benefits come from being their friend?
– Hops always reminds people to know their limits
– if your Forthright’s friend she wont grift you
P1
What is there best personality trait?
– Hops has big friend energy, thinks shes mom friend but isnt even close
– Forthright thinks shes the double-crossing wildcard but is somehow the (second) most level headed of the party. Knows when to not push her luck
BONUS QUESTIONS (bc I want to)
B3
How tall are they?
– Hops is maybe about 4 foot 7
– Forthright is 5 foot 11 inches (6 foot 3 w/horns)
G1
Most attractive external feature
– Hops has big arms (a feature I have to give credit to @hubbleablubble ’s art for) that I think gets a lot of attention but she really likes her hair
– Forthright is pretty tall. She really likes her birthmarks though.
Also, this just in from the Science World:
MIT researchers just developed (as of September 2019) a new BLACKEST BLACK which is more light absorbing than Vantablack
While I think they are pursuing a patent, this article indicates they plan to make it “freely available to any artist to use for a noncommercial art project”

if you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live in the midwest, this is it.

zodiac sign: Aquarius-Pisces cusp (tbh I’m on the cusp of pretty much every single one of these type of pseudo personality tests, which I find funny)
height: 5’something shorty
hogwarts house: Strong Ravenclaw roots, but growing ever more Slytherin
last thing googled: shadow walk pathfinder
favorite musicians: Not sure I have a specific favorite, but some notable musicians who harken back to specific times in my past are probably folks like Evanescence, Fall Out Boy, etc. One of my current/newer favs may be Grandson. And I’m always down for Disney.

do i get asks: nope
amount of sleep: 6-9 hrs, usually try to stay closer to 9 but some days it just doesn’t quite get there
lucky numbers: 9, 19
wearing: Empire Strikes Back t-shirt, just shear enough to barely show a cute bralette, tucked into a pair of ripped mom jeans
dream job: renaissance polymath - so I can do it all; in reality I’m trying to figure out how to find time for all the random hobbies I want to do while having a career in both science and writing
instruments: took piano lessons and did violin for a hot second when I was younger - but as a child I didn’t really like taking direction, so I never got very far
languages: English and random words I mispronounce from other languages
favorite songs: umm, well it really depends on the week I guess… I listen to everything from heavy metal, to rap, to show tunes, and all things in between. Right now I’m on a bit of a classic rock kick specifically Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody and AC/DC - Back in Black and the like
random fact: Damascus steel - an ancient and mythic metal, which to this day is still not able to be recreated only mimicked - has it’s incredible properties due to the presence of carbon nanotubes and cementite nanowires; tangentially ruby glass (aka glass that is the color red) has it’s color due to gold nanoparticles
aesthetic: pretty eclectic - clothing style changes day by day, everything else is an amalgamation of all sorts. I guess some current vibes are marble statues paired with neon lights; hands and eyes; and anything that’s a wink towards my nerdy interests.
Not gonna put anybody on the spot here; but if you’re inspired go for it!

Whenever people see an intelligent animal with a witch, there is a common assumption that it is the witches familiar. And while true, many of them are simply magical animal helpers…
Others are actually young witch babies.
Since witches have no womb and are a byproduct of wild magic, whenever a witch wishes for a child they might one day find a young animal lingering around the house, much like receiving a familiar. An easy way to tell the difference between a youngling and a familiar, however, is that once bonded a familiar will soon begin speaking thereafter. Younglings will not develop speech until much later in their development.
The 2 year mark is when familiar and youngling dimorphism begins. While familiars will simply grow into an adult animal, younglings will enter into a “troll” stage, in which they will develop traits that separate them from ordinary creatures but do not yet resemble a human. It is towards the end of this stage that they will begin saying words, and simple sentences. Minor jinx magic is to be expected.
The “troll” stage will last for ~5 years, and the next stage can happen anytime within the next 3-6 following years. They will encounter a sudden “growth spurt,” where they will suddenly come into distinctly human shapes, while still retaining vestigial traits from their troll years. This transformation can happen overnight, or take over a year to complete. They can begin practicing simple spell magic at this point.
Finally, usually around the 18 year mark, they will fully shed any last vestigial traits, and appear as any other mature witch.

So..Blood has been used as an architectural material since ancient times. I’m saddened that this is never covered in movies or historical fantasy tv shows. What a missed opportunity. Other places to see my posts: INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK / ETSY / KICKSTARTER
Here is something you may not know about the moon: Earth’s clingy best friend is also the site of one of the largest-known impact craters in our entire solar system. Essentially, something caused a giant hole on the moon billions of years ago, and astronomers have just discovered that there’s something big – really big – buried underneath the surface.
Need to drill that moon hole.
Hops
an exceedingly nimble dwarf woman with thick sideburns and tied-back hair. She wears a simple dress and an apron; when shes on a mission she’ll change into light armor and a hood. She has a deep interest in the craftsmanship of alcohol (she has a soft spot for sour ales) but doesnt seem to drink large volumes. She is eager to be part of Angel’s/Boots’ spy network but is being kept away by Angel as she has already been seen around Capital as a Chain member.
She joined the chain as a way to experience the cultures, food and drink of the surface-dwellers of orden, and the timescape itself; the ability to test her steel and cunning in honorable (and not so honorable) combat was only a bonus.
were I to make her a pc she would be a dwarf (obviously) rogue and probably a scout subclass and the guild artisan (brewer) background
