vecna is dead, joyce and hopper get married
Duffers deleting every proof that Mike is in love with Will from the script before posting it:
The thing about this gif is that Bob and Joyce are literally right there!!! And Will doesn't even flinch!!! It's so subtle, Joyce and Bob would never have noticed it. Just so delicate. This is a version of Mike flirting. He just wants to be close to Will, and I think that's so beautiful.
We see more flirting in S4, however it's little moments like this in the earlier seasons that make this ship sail. S2 Byler is just ✨✨
(not my gif, credits to whoever made it)
We love Kate
YALL HELP-
today we were having a health and sexuality talk and the motivational speaker said "can we name some good lgbt rep in media?"
girls said shit like "nick and charlie" "simon and wilhelm" "cal and jules" etc etc and then this one girl, kate (who i havent talked to before) stood up and said "will and mike from stranger things"
the crowd went WILD
the motivational speaker was like "AND MIKE WHEELER??" and kate just nodded and sat down and i was sitting there like.
anyways thats the storytime of when byler got written as good lgbt rep on the health and sexualities whiteboard
I do enjoy Dean getting initially twitchy and weird over fake dating Cas for a case and being super awkward with it BUT I also love the idea(and actually find it to be a bit more canon) of him immediately falling into the role perfectly and Cas being the awkward one. Because Deans a romantic at heart and if he’s gonna play a role he’s gonna play it. He goes full romcom. Pet names just rolling off the tongue and pda becomes instant second nature. He’s slapping his ass and slipping his arm around his waist while Cas is stiff as a statue. He manually puts Cas’ hand into his back pocket while they’re walking like “cmon man we gotta sell it!” He plants a kiss on wide eyed Cas’ cheek and manages to not blush until he’s rounded the corner while Cas bluescreens. Hes got their hands intertwined every chance he gets. Cas eventually catches up and when hes the one to initiate that’s when Dean loses every bit of cool he had. Cas calls him pet names and he instantly chokes on his own tongue. Cas slides his hand into Deans back pocket like he told him to and Dean almost jumps out of his skin. Cas kisses him and you can almost see the smoke pouring out of his ears. He can dish it out but he can’t take it
MICHAEL WHAT THE HELL U NEED TO CUT THAT SHIT OUT.
What if Nick got caught up for real by the Duffers? Since the Byler Script is on trending right now something may have happened, and maybe now he can’t release it anymore …
this is my biggest fear probs what with the hype being HUGE out of nowhere but my genuine hope is that this man nick just doesnt know how to use technology and is having a rough day
My therapist was doing this exercise with me where she starts sentences such as, 'I deserve...' 'I want...' etc and I have to finish them. And when she got to the part where she said, 'I wish...' literally the only thing I could think of was 'I wish Destiel had kissed.' The brain rot is real
this took me like forever and I don't even know if I like it
Okay but honestly the thing I think about the most is how they REALLY didn’t need to make Will in love /w Mike to show the audience that he is gay??? Like i get that in real life it happens a lot, hell I was in love with my straight best friend, but this is a TV show… YOU LITERALLY COULD HAVE JUST BROUGHT IN A LOVE INTEREST FOR HIM JUST LIKE YOU DID ROBIN??
It just doesn’t make sense why you would do that and make Byler not happen 🫣
i’ve also loved the headcanon that when cas pulled dean out of hell and was rebuilding his soul and body, that part of cas’ grace got intertwined with dean’s soul (possibly why he can take some of the hits he does) and that part of dean’s soul got intertwined with cas’ grace (possibly why he’s so empathetic towards humans)
however, it makes every time cas dies, especially the ending death, twenty times sadder. because now when cas dies a literal part of dean dies inside of him as well. the grace that dean was unknowing relying on disappears, making him weak.
