hi, i'm manifesting my dream life and i was wondering if it's alright if i still sometimes think about what's going on in the 3d, like for example i would think something like "i wonder when my mom is coming home", even though in my dream life she doesn't work, or something like "when is my little brother coming to visit" but in my dream life we live together, and etc, and other small things like that, would i have to flip those thoughts every time or will those kind of thoughts not affect anything?

You don't need to flip those thoughts, but rather when they pop up, let them remind you to shift yourself into the State of the Wish Fulfilled. The actual thoughts will have no bearing on whether or not you manifest your dream life, but if you find yourself dwelling on them in a negative manner, it's best to shift yourself to your desired state afterwards

when you manifested your apartment, you said that you struggled to ignore the 3d, but when you immersed yourself in the feeling every night did it suddenly become easy to be indifferent to the 3d?

Yes it did!

What also helped me was monitoring my thoughts throughout the day. Like I mentioned in my success stories post, I was reacting to the 3D without realizing I was. For example, I would think about how I needed to clean my house the next day or else my parents would be upset with me. These thoughts are inevitable and a part of dealing with the 3D, but I would end up dwelling in them instead of shifting back to the state of the wish fulfilled. It was difficult for me because these weren't necessarily <negative> thoughts, but they were still thoughts that didn't match up with my desired state. Once I started paying attention to my thoughts throughout the day, and shifted back to my desired state after recognizing thoughts such as these, I was naturally going back to my desired state a lot more. That + falling asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled every night is what helped me to bring my desire to fruition in the 3D!

so I only ignore the 3d when is doesn't align with my desires? Like if im manifesting my desired apartment like you did, right now in my room and im obviously aware of my surrounds and can see my current room but this doesn't align with my 4d and desired, so I just look at it with no thoughts because this is just my old reality and doesn't matter and tell myself I have my desired apartment?

Yes! Your subconscious is blind. It doesn't know what your current surrounding look like. As long as you don't let your current surroundings effect your state, it doesn't matter if you see them. Don't let them tell you your manifestation isn't promised to you, and you will be fine

The void explained in an old Reiki book

The other day @gorgeouslypink posted about Reiki and the Void on her challenge account here. Usui Reiki is the type of reiki I learned back around 2018, although I kinda half-assed the training and never fully read the book 💀 So I found one of my old Reiki books (it’s from 1995!) and flipped to the back to see if there was an index. There wasn’t, so I proceeded to open it to a random page and what is it about? The Void.

It’s kind of flowery Buddhist language but it’s the void y’all:

Here is the text for easier reading:

Reality is created by the action of Mind from the Void. The Void is the depths of fathomless peace, purity, perfection, mystery and joy. In Wiccan terms it is Spirit, Ether or Goddess. All Be-ing comes from the Void, and it is the essence of all existence. All Be-ing (everyone) is already in a state of perfection, a part of the Buddha Nature (or Goddess Within). Reality is also the Non-Void, which is all potential, and a vast complex of worlds and shifting universes.

Mind emerging from the Void is the first Buddha source, but this source is obscured to most people by the illusion of the senses, the Non-Void. The reality created by this obscuring of Pure Mind is like the reality created in a mirror. People in incarnation do not awaken to their intrinsic purity (the Void) which exists beyond the senses. Their understanding is based upon the Non-Void's illusion. A distorted mind on Earth acts to creates a distorted reality, resulting in suffering.

Wisdom=energy=creation is the Void, and participates in Nirvana. Human perception of reality is Non-Void, based upon potential, and participates in the Mind's creation of suffering in the world.

Enlightenment is understanding the joy of the Void, one's perfect Buddha Nature, and leaving the attachments and delusions of the Non-Void and the senses. Once true reality is perceived, attachments and cravings no longer have meaning, and Nirvana is attained. This understanding is Enlightenment, which leads to the release of the soul from karma and incarnation. It happens by the freeing of the Mind from delusion.

My tl;dr summary:

Our reality is created by the Mind, which comes from the Void. Everything comes from the Void, and its limitless potential. The 3D world (the non-void) we see is an illusion created by the senses. Unenlightened people suffer because they are stuck in the 3D’s illusion, thinking what they perceive with their senses is real.

True understanding, or Enlightenment, comes when we grasp the joy and perfection of the Void, releasing attachments and delusions of the senses.

hi everyone! 💟

i had typed up a much longer post but ultimately deleted most of it because I think it just covered a lot of things that isn't quite necessary for what im trying to do. however i still will link resources so you can go out and learn more about what i'll be discussing.

a common question i always get asked is "when you manifest do you create your manifestation or do you shift to a reality where you have your manifestation" and I always day it's whatever you think because quite frankly, no one knows. everyone had theories but no one really knows for a fact. i really do enjoy hearing other people's theories though and that is how i came across the work of Tom Campbell.

His work is quite impressive. There is just so much I can go over about him but honestly it's not important unless you're curious. There are 2 things I want to talk about.

Tom Campbell explains that you create your reality from Zero Point Conciousness which is essentially just The Void in another name. He explains this in detail in his book, My Big Toe, but I must warn you, he is unfunny and takes forever to get to the point of whatever he's saying and I gave up reading it halfway. Before I did stop, I found his method of teaching his students how to access Zero Point Conciousness:

Something that I found totally fascinating is not even this, but his other book, Tom's Park. Let me explain Tom's Park to you. Basically, Tom created an amusement park that you basically have to shift to. You purchase his book and learn about his park and then get into a deep meditative state and shift to it. If it's so crazy that you're struggling to comprehend, basically Tom charges $80 for people to learn about a park he made up that they have to shift to. Now, he does provide resources and things but essentially it's up to you to shift to it and so many people have acctually bought this book and shifted to the park.

Success Storyy

This is gonna be long one I hope you don't mind I will be leaving from here so maybe my journey could be a little motivation 😅

First of all Tia I really love you and @gorgeouslypink 😭, I've been on the this journey for a very long time since I was like 16,I'm currently 19.

My Journey

After my father's death in 2018,we hit poverty real bad,and I wanted to be there for my mother but all she cared about was her restaurant and my brothers. My father before dying had already named the will under my name when because he wanted my brothers to earn something on their own. But I was allowed to use to use the money when I turn 18. I wanted to get out of the small apartment as soon as possible I found Law of attraction and as we know it was useless for 2 years I wasted my time in law of attraction then on 2020 I found Law of Assumption the best thing honestly.

My LOAssumption journey start during the pandemic,when everything shut down and my mom's restaurant closed. My living condition wasn't the best even before the restaurant was opened,we would earn $90 - $100 dollars a week sometimes even less but it wasn't enough for us because my mother have to give half of it to 3 of the workers,pay our electric and water bill,our rented apartment and my elder and younger brother's college and school fee.

I was the only one studying in a community high school from 3 the of us,both my brothers were in were in private college and school,I didn't had the best relationship with my mother she have always prioritised my siblings because they were boys and never really cared about me both my brothers had their own rooms while I was asked to sleep in the living room's couch.

At that point life was bearable for me,I had even manifested a part time job and was thinking to move out. But it wasn't all easy for me when the lock down was announced I saw how my mother would worry about everything even if she didn't like me I still was the only one who worried about her condition but my brothers were brat and didn't really help for 20 year old my elder brother was too immature and i didn't liked him at all.

And as everyone was there at home 24/7 I start finding it hard to manifest because my circumstances were very unbearable and I couldn't stay in a state. Then is stumble upon Void state and all I knew is i overcomplicated it, I wasn't able to persist in one method,I would constantly change method it continued till this year and then I went back again to LOA for my rescue and then again it was hard for me to manifest big desires and then here I was back again to Void.

How and when did I enter

Since the last week of October I was again persistent to enter void I read every single post properly and was motivated to enter void from there I made a routine but guess what I failed again because of my lazy ass.

About 2 weeks agoi saw a success story by a blogger I forgot her user name but it was Vixen she basically entered through lucid dream and i realized that through out my void journey I never gave importance to lucid dreaming,so why not try become lucid.

My biggest problem was I couldn't choose what affirmations I should use and I was never confident about waking up in void like not at all.

So I just choose one askfirmation to affirm it all the time"Why do I lucid dream every night?".

Along with that I choose random subliminals.

And I also did psych-k 10 mins not specific time I would do it everytime I'm free.

And I did it only for 9 days. And on 17th of November I officially entered void and affirmed that I always enter void whenever I want.

On 18th of November I made a list of my desires and enter void again official manifested my dream life and I revised my father's death along with that I manifested a new biological mother and also new siblings.

(Don't come at me for changing my mother and siblings I have my own reasons)

I even shifting to my DR I was a in 1940's it was really amazing.

Honestly if I say I'm pretty much of a procrastinator and even doing this easy routine was kind of difficult for me but if you are a person who is consistent then you definitely will lucid dream within a week.

I ENTERED THE VOID STATE!!!!

I can't believe I acctually did it! I will be splitting this post onto sections and titling them in red because this is going to be a long one.

My Void Journey + Failures

I've known about the void state for a long time now, since Moza Morph's meditation (June 1st) but I didn't really understand it and keep procastinatinf on it until recently when I joined LOA tumblr. I binged a lot of posts and started to understand what it really was and I found a method I really liked (play alpha waves to enter alpha state and the affirm until you enter). I reached out to some people who entered successfully and got a lot of advice and I even started feeling some symptoms. However, in this journey, I ruined my sleep schedule because I would be doing this at night and then, when I was attempting the void state and was super close, I got extremely exhausted to the point where I couldn't continue affirming. I realized that I needed to fix my sleep schedule first before trying again because I was just too tired. So I just decided to take a break and unfortunately fell back into my procrastination cycle 🙃 I decided to take a break to fix my sleep schedule but I would just stay up late on tumblr or watching anime and keep on pushing back entering the void state.

What Motivated Me To Get In

So multiple things happened at the same time to motivate me. My life situation took a very negative turn and I felt very trapped and then I read these 2 posts on tumblr that just kind of gave me a wake up call. The posts:

I kept procrastinating on the void state, making excuses and goofing off, except this is my life that I'm playing with and I just needed to stop all the bs and just enter the void state. I highly suggest everyone procastinating reads these two posts.

How I Entered the Void State

So the way I entered the void state was acctually really surprising because I didn't really mean to lol. As I mentioned, my sleep schedule was so trash and I needed to fix that first. Under a sleep mediation video, someone recommended this video for mind awake body asleep binaural beats that they said helped them sleep and give them really good dreams:

I decided to listen to it and was laying starfish position and just affirming "I am the void" over and over. My intention was to fall asleep while doing the lullaby method for void state so that when I fixed my sleep schedule, I would enter the void state easily. However, in like 25 minutes, I realized I was in sleep paralysis. I had been feeling symptoms and twitches but i just kept firm and just kept affirming until I was fully in sleep paralysis. Even after sleep paralysis, I just kept affirming "i am the void" and then I started getting the symptoms for the void (being pulled up and then dropping) and then I ended up entering the void!

My Thoughts on My Method

I didn't really pay attention to what the beats were for, like I just saw the word asleep and ran with it but I realize now that it's a video to induce sleep paralysis. As someone who's wasted many nights trying to induce sleep paralysis before when sleep paralysis was the trend, I highly recommend this to anyone who's trying to do it. I've tried plenty of methods that all failed but this did the trick. I highly recommend this post if you want to learn about how sleep paralysis makes manifesting easy.

Once you enter sleep paralysis, entering the void state is a piece of cake!

What I Manifested

I had a whole void list that I just affirmed to come true. I'm not going to share everything because im not trying to write an essay but I got my desired face (I always thought it was kinda creepy how people wanted to look like other people so I didn't really have any ideas on what I wanted to look like but my subconscious mind pulled through and I look so pretty and stared at myself for like a good 20 minutes lol), desired body and height, hairless body (no more shaving!!!!), clear skin, already been moved out of my abusive household (i basically revised my past because i woke up in an apartment that I've been living in for a while now even though i used to be stuck in my abusive household where my parents wouldnt even let me leave unless it was for school or work), never having to interact with my parents again, graduated college already (i hated school because i just dislike studying for tests and annoying group projects and my parents forced me to major in something i hated and even after 2 and a half years in it, i still hate the major so much but now ive already graduated last summer), and work full time in my desired job (so the reason i didn't manifest studying in college with a different major is because i worked an internship and fell in love with the job and the company BUT i would need a degree in the major to move up from an internship to a full time job but now, the story has changed that I graduated with my degree and have been a full time employee for a while now 😄).

I'm Going to Immediately Fix Your Self Concept for the Void

Self concept about the void was never an issue for me. For a very little bit, i used to have a pretty trash self concept on the void until I really thought about it and fixed it pretty easily and never really doubted the void again. So how did I do it? Well first, think about all these success stories on tumblr (@voidsuccess compiled a lot of them). Do you really think every single one of them is lying? Okay, maybe all 100+ stories are lying. Then go onto r/nevillegoddard. We all know how close minded they can be since they have a lot of limiting beliefs as to what is possible or not. Well even they have a bunch of void successes. Maybe all of those are lies too? Because they are still a LOA forum, right? Forget LOA. Go over to the shifting community and go read their void success stories on any forums. They have so many and a lot of barely know who Neville is. Granted they use the void to shift rather than manifest although if you think about it, they're just manifesting that they shift. You don't believe any of them either? Okay forget them. Go to meditation forums and read about deep meditative states and how they've entered the void (they usually don't call it the void though although you can tell it's the void from how they describe it and the symptoms prior). I've even seen a few people go into the void on some Buddhist forums when talking about meditating. So just think to yourself, is everyone on loa tumblr, r/nevillegoddard, shifting forums, meditation forums, and even Buddhist forums lying about getting into the void? Because statistically speaking, there's a very very low chance of that.

"OKAY OKAY I BELIEVE IT NOW. THE VOID IS REAL BUT I DONT THINK IT CAN MANIFEST ANYTHING I WANT"

Again if you really believe every single success story on loa forums and shifting forums are lies even though the chance of that happening is statistically really low, then just prove it to yourself. Like you know the void is real right? Just get into it and find out for yourself. Even if everything is fake, you'll atleast have been meditating which is super beneficial in general.

I hope this portion of my post really puts it into perspective how dumb it is to be doubting the void and helped you guys fix your self concept. And if it didn't, guess what? Self concept really isn't that important. Do you think those people on the meditation or the Buddhist forums had a good self concept? No lol, they just meditated and got in. So don't fret if you somehow still have doubts and just enter the void.

Another Method

So I just wanted to share my original plan to get into the void state. I discovered this meditation that instantly put me into the alpha state:

It is super relaxing and just ignore her once she tries to bring you out alpha state and just affirm for the void. I did this and I entered the alpha state but then I was just so exhausted (as I mentioned before) so I just followed her out of the alpha state and decided to enter the void state through this meditation after fixing my sleep schedule and yk how the rest of that story goes lol. But yeah, if you don't want to enter through sleep paralysis, I highly suggest this.

Final Thoughts

I really didn't want this to be this long 😭 but I really wanted to share almost everything in this post. You guys need to know that imagination is the real reality and you HAVE to fully trust it

I know its hard to dismiss the 3d especially when it's all up in your face but deal with it however way you need to and when that's done, go back into your desired state, into your imagination, coz whatever is happening in your 3d is not in your 4d

I would cry my heart out and sob when things got hard but in the end I retreated to imagination

all you need to do is believe you have it in the 4d and know that it will come to pass and you're good to go

Hi Starliet! I love your new theme. I figured out what the key to manifesting for ME is and I’d love to share what worked wonders for me! I literally woke up in my desired reality today. Before sharing, I’d like to thank @cinefairy @nevillebeyonce @starliet/@starglri @sexydreamgirl @arabella111 @isobel777 @diorbabe66 @pl6netgirl and many others for answering countless of my desperate asks. I appreciate it and I love everyones contributions to this community.

Starting with my successes, here’s what I have manifested:

• I lived in the same apartment in Alabama (terrible, I’m aware) since I was born. Now? I moved to NYC and live in a fabulous, luxurious penthouse.

• I had Muslim parents who tried to force religion on me, took away my freedom (wouldn’t let me marry whoever, didn’t let me wear whatever and other annoying rules). Now? They’re supportive of absolutely anything I do, even if it goes against their religion.

• My dad had no job. My mom worked at a factory. It makes sense why we lived in the same rusty, old apartment for decades (20+ years). Now? My mom quit her job and is now running a successful fashion online business. My dad is now in college getting his master degree for engineering.

• I used to get bullied relentlessly because I was Middle Eastern living in a town full of white fucks. They would call me monkey because of my excess hair, they would call me a terrorist because I wore a hijab and so on. Now? I manifested ALL of those who were racist bitches to me to apologize and ask for another chance to be my friend. I got the joy of rejecting them.

• I had no luck with love. When I say no luck, I mean it. Men would ask me out as a joke. Once, a guy recorded asking me out as a joke to post on Facebook humiliating me. Now? I scripted down my desired man and now he’s real. The way I scripted we’d meet, the way I scripted literally everything became true. Those guys who humiliated me by asking me out as a joke texted me begging for me lmao. Here and there, I get asked out. Also, that Facebook video has been taken down and no one has it saved. Safe to say my luck with love is incredibly high now.

• I had many insecurities. I didn’t like how I had a hairy face. I didn’t like how greasy my hair would get. I didn’t like the spots on my skin. I didn’t like my hyperpigmentation. I didn’t like my thick brows or my unibrow. I didn’t like my huge nose. Now? I love how I look. I manifested hairless face and body (besides eyelashes, eyebrows, and my scalp of course), I manifested silky, healthy hair that never gets greasy or tangled even if I don’t shower for days, I manifested clear, flawless, radiant skin, I manifested my unibrow to disappear without threading it and my eyebrows became naturally shaped. I kept my nose bump because it represented my ethnicity, but I made my nose size overall a bit smaller. I look like a goddess now.

• I had no luck in school or jobs either. My dream was to be a makeup artist or just an artist in general. I failed so many classes, I got declined many jobs and my hope for success was low. Now? I’m in a NYC art school. I made it and I’m currently on the way for an art exhibit that has MY art shown!

• As you probably know, my family and I were broke. Now? We have MILLIONS and we’re continuing to get more money every passing second.

• I have manifested countless things but this ask has already gotten too long. I hope everything I listed shows how I went from rags and riches!

So, how did I do it?

I did absolutely nothing but focus on my desires/the 4D. I was delusional, I was detached from whatever bullshit was happening in my 3D and I was basically in love with my 4D.

I didn’t work on my self concept, I didn’t do methods (however I tried SATs and it did work for me once but I stopped since I got lazy) I didn’t focus on time or logic, I didn’t do anything but focus on what was happening in my imagination.

I lived in my daydreams and I paid no reaction to my shit 3D.

Reading your 4D and 3D post made me realize what the key for manifesting for ME was. I don’t know why lmao it just explains what the 4D and 3D is and how to change both, but it just changed my perspective and gave me instant overnight results. I wish I saw that post years ago when I started consciously manifesting. Maybe it would have clicked for me and I would have manifested my desires back then when I was struggling. Welp, doesn’t matter lmao I’ve moved on from the past.

bambi. im going to cry so bad. thank you soo much I’m living my dream life because of you. I saved myself from all this. im crying right now actually. i did it. thanks to you I did it. i read your post on how you manifested your dream life with hard circumstances n’ i sent an ask saying how I’ll do your routine and that I learned a lot a few days ago.

i was living in a toxic house, im 18 and was stuck after graduation with no will to live anymore but i manifested everything I had ever wanted. i wanted to just wake up with all my desires one day like you did and that’s exactly what happened. I wanted my old life to be over. i was suffocating without your post before.

i woke up with: so much money, a luxury apartment in the city that was ready to be moved into, i got my df, db, everything in my room was all packed and clean, ready for me to go. i set intention in my affirmations for that that you gave us and that everything would just go so smoothly for me and everything has. when I woke up everything was just fucking surreal. I sat in bed for a good 2 minutes just looking around. I cant believe it. like it was just that easy? to just know that it was done and keep persisting. i feel so dumb now but at the same time really happy. it’s morning now so Im going to start moving my things in. what is your opinion as to why there are some people who persist for a long time and don’t get results?

if you persist you WILL get it, it is law obviously. but you know there are certain factors that mess with your persisting kind of? i mean there are people who have persisted for such a long time and haven’t gotten anything

so what do you think some of the reasons are that people who are “persisting” don’t get results? how can you fix those?

Because it depends on what your state of consciousness looks like because consciousness is the only reality. Are you focusing on the fact that you're "trying" to manifest or have you accepted that your desire is already yours NOW? However long it takes you to appropriate your desired state of consciousness ultimately depends on YOU. If you're reading post after post and trying methods left and right that is because you are conscious of the fact that you are "struggling" to manifest. Forget about everything and go straight to the end, live by it and live in it and sustain it until it hardens into fact.

I wanted to share a few words of advice with you guys for times when you feel overwhelmed by doubt or uncertainty that you might fail or it won't turn out in your favor:

whenever I feel myself succumbing to an unfavorable pattern of thinking by giving into my worries, I like to recenter myself by remembering that I don’t live in a world of facts, I live in a world of imagination and the only one who can sabotage anything is myself by what I choose to be because I am, have been and always will be the cause, so if I can pick between being accepted or rejected and the same "effort" is required for both then why would I not pick acceptance?

a lot of us self sabotage by feeding into the unfavorable scenario because we have so many reasons to believe that it won’t work out. but you don’t need to be concerned with it “working out” or not because creation is finished. you’re not "creating" a state of consciousness because they all exist within you awaiting occupancy. the means are not up to you to determine. you're only asked to accept it by claiming yourself to be via I AM.

I'll repeat this again because it's very important that you understand this: the world is a reflection of the state you choose to be conscious of. key word: choose. if you can choose fear, you can also choose love. if you can choose failure, you can also choose success. every possibly conceivable state is ready for you to select and occupy at all times. there's no need to fear the outer world since it's only showing you your self concept (the state you have selected willingly or unwillingly). when you bring yourself back to this fact, you realize that you really are above your fear and you no longer need to feel bound by it because you can always select something other than fear. the 3D cannot show you anything you aren’t conscious of being, so it’s always up to you whether you want to be conscious of winning or losing. it follows you, the 3D isn’t randomized and subject to chance, it is a reflection of you. at this and every moment you get to decide what the reflection will look like. so will you persist in desire or will you persist in fulfillment?

Hi Hera! this probably a stupid question i’m so sorry but idk how to stop hoping or expecting to see my desires right after or the day after i manifest them, i mean that COULD happen but i get frustrated when it don’t and realize im not in my state, also when i try to get into the state easily i get upset and frustrated with myself

This literally means that you have not fulfilled yourself. You haven't nailed yourself to your state. You just thought of your desire without identifying yourself with it and thinking that that would be enough for the 3D to shift.

You need to change within! If you don't change within, you will never see a respective change on the outside!

I want you to start using your imagination. Close your eyes, turn within and start imagination purely for enjoyment. Forget about changing the 3D, forget about the world entirely for a second. Now, imagine what it would be like if your desire was a present fact. And really dwell on it until you accept its reality I mean really bask yourself in it. But don't approach this forcibly! It takes minimum effort to do this. As you let go more and more of the outer world and allow yourself to imagine freely, you will see how easy it is to assume a feeling (state) and identify yourself with it, because you've completely let go of all reasons and conditions. You can now, in the present moment, simply accept yourself to be that which you desire to be, which is exactly how you occupy a state through I AM. Once you realize how easy (and fun) this is to do, you will find it significantly easier to persist in (and identify with) it. This is how you change self! The more you do this, the sooner your conception of self will change and the world will inevitably follow.

Last night, I was alone in my room, just thinking back on how life used to be for me and how I am so very grateful to be living the current life that I am living.

I was reminiscing on the fact that i manifested my life despite what I was going through and thought I should just let you guys know, IT'S OKAY TO BE THINKING NEGATIVELY. You're not going to be thinking that way all the time.

I used to be planning my suicide, calculating how fast trains or cars could go for me to be dead on impact at least once a day and I STILL MANIFESTED my dream life.

I knew that I couldn't fail not after over-consuming this much. I did my best to push away the fact that deadlines were coming (hence the planning of my demise) and yet I still did it.

If you need a post or two, or a few success stories to fall back and motivate you when you feel like giving up, save them and get off tumblr. Go out if you can, pick up some hobbies.

Idk where I'm going with this but come on, how long are you going to be delaying the life you deserve to live.

This Helped Me a Lot to Maintain the State of Wish Fulfilled

When I started applying the principles of manifestation, I always struggled with emotions. I could feel very good about my desires and genuinely feel confident that my desires were mine. This great feeling of peace and happiness wouldn’t last long, though.

One day, I would wake up and, for some reason, not feel so optimistic, but rather frustrated and moody. I thought that since I was feeling that way, I was no longer in the state of wish fulfilled and that I had “ruined” my progress. Then I would get back to this state (after some time) and the cycle would repeat itself.

Until it dawned on me that my emotions don’t have to be connected to my desires.

The truth is, life is cyclical. It’s normal to feel great one day and then have that change the next day, especially for women who have hormonal changes throughout the month. So, I just gave myself permission to feel whatever I wanted to feel and STILL be in the state of wish fulfilled.

The state of wish fulfilled is not about always feeling joy and ecstasy from the fact that you have your desire. Sometimes you are calm and unbothered. Sometimes you might even get angry because of external factors. But it doesn’t mean that you don’t have your desire anymore. You have your desire until you assume otherwise. Nothing can change this fact except your own decision.

It felt quite freeing, actually, to allow myself to feel whatever I was feeling and still know that I have my desires. What’s interesting is that after this change of perspective, my moody and “negative” feelings are so rare now. If it happens, it goes away very quickly because I don’t suppress it and don’t get stuck in it. Most of all, I feel peace and calm every day.

So, the moral of this story is to stop worrying about “ruining your progress” because you are feeling bad. You still have your desires, no matter what you are feeling. It’s just a decision to have whatever you want. It’s that simple. Some people struggle with manifesting simply because they can’t accept how easy it is. You don’t have to do anything for it or experience certain feelings, or think certain thoughts. You just accept the fact that whatever you desire is already yours. Walk in this truth. Persist in being a person who has your desires.

don't focus on emotion. focus on accepting and fulfilling your desire as a present fact in imagination. only you know if you're doing it right or wrong. do you see your desire as a present fact rather than what you'll be in the future? if yes, then you're doing everything right. prioritize fulfilling your desire and don't focus on the emotion part.

What proof do you have that shifting is real? Where does it come from? Which cultures practice it? Do you guys even have any backup for your claims. I’m not even coming at you at all i’m genuinely curious and would like to know so i could read.

It’s a fair question.

Shifting is, essentially, experiencing a different reality. This is a metaphysical practice, so it’s unlikely to be proven in the way many people want (ex: some kind of brain scan).

Perhaps a brain scan would show certain signs of increased brain activity if a person were meditating and doing a shifting “method”, but the actual final act of shifting isn’t a physical process at all. You shift via your consciousness.

Most people believe in shifting for a combination of reasons. For me, it’s a mixture of reading about thousands of others first-hand experiences and my own scientific and spiritual beliefs.

There are countless experiences shared online by shifters, even by people who have no idea this community exists. People who don’t know the word “reality shifting” but say they explored “persistent realms” or lived for years within dreams. There are entire shifting podcasts where people share their experiences in heavy detail, and speak so casually, it makes it difficult to believe it’s all a well-constructed lie. My favorite is the GetShifty podcast. Their first episode is “What is reality shifting?” and touches on a lot of the things I mention here.

In physics, the multiverse theory has been around for a long time, and there is some notable evidence for it. You’ve probably heard of the famous double-slit experiment, which showed that light can act as either a wave or a particle, and condenses into one upon observation. This could indicate that parallel realities exist, with each potential outcome existing, and collapsing into one once observed (AKA, someone intentionally shifting to it).

As for religion/cultures, the concept of multiple realities and reaching them via deep meditation seems to be mentioned in the Yoga Vasistha.

The famous author Neville Goddard also has many books about manifestation and his approach to it. He has mentioned his experience of being in a meditation and experiencing a different reality. He called it “worlds within worlds.”

You don’t even have to be into “new age” type things to believe in shifting, though. The concept of non-dualism is present in Sufism, which is arguably central to one of the main shifting theories (the consciousness theory).

Manifesting is struggling, life is effortless

You may or may not get what you want by "manifesting", and I'll explain to you why.

If you've been practicing for a while, you already know sometimes you get the things you want and sometimes you do not. Each time you do, though, it happens effortlessly. Almost aggravatingly so, since the times you do succeed with — you barely even try.

Your ego, depending on a lot of circumstances, conditions, thought patterns - may or may not believe it can manifest. Because, basically, before the concept was introduced to you - you never did it before. It is like studying for a test, you know this is the material you have to learn, you do so thoroughly, you settle it into your memory perfectly, and yet you can never be sure what the test may present you with. You may even have a lot of confidence in your knowledge and think you've got this under your thumb, but what's put on the test you still can't control. Likewise, you've learned how to manifest perfectly, you know all the methods/possibilities/techniques which you can use and you use them - however, the results are always shaky. So who decides what materializes and what not?

The one that's materializing the ego thinking and doing stuff right now.

The one thing you already have a lot of experience in, the one you do effortlessly and inescapably by existing is being. You've been something all your life, you can't say you don't know how to do that, because—you're being someone reading this post now.

Imagine if you knew yourself as who you really are, the way you materialize this body and this world live and instantly, the same way you'd be able to materialize a different one whenever. The test, the event, would now be put there by you. The confidence you thought yourself into before would now be replaced by a sureness, almost laughable inevitability, one you didn't attain but have. Circumstances you now leave to a "3D conforming" (the ego-body-mind, are circumstances too, btw) exist when you want to.

You don't want to "manifest", all you want is to be your self.

But to have it, you have to go beyond the mind, and to do that - you let go of all the things you think yourself to be, not add more labels on top of it like "God", "Master Manifestor", etc.

Those might satisfy your mind for a bit, but they won't stop you from being what you know yourself to be. To know yourself as the source of all that is you have to first remove the veil of what's stopping you from seeing it in the first place. The labels you may add, but do 'you' know how to operate as any? The only thing you know from experience how to operate is "I AM".

The process is one of letting go more and more until you find yourself having nothing, being nothing. The thing about nothing though is that it's the only thing that can take the shape of everything.

What is the 3D? How do I change it?

Simple answer: There is no 3D. There only is a world because you are conscious of one being there.

Below is a post from an old reddit user, she deleted her account years ago, and back then - I kept reading this every day and still not getting what the feeling she was talking about was - how can you just feel everything is dependent on you? After all, we've been imagining our entire lives that we're this little ego walking around in this big world, that's so separate from what we know ourselves to be, a body with needs. When we come across this information, it sounds delusional, insane! But the apparent solid world is just an illusory world, the only thing that is is Self. The true delusion is fighting something entirely dependent on us, something that has no existence outside of us.

These are not my words, but imo something we can all attest to doing since we've discovered the law:

What Is The 3D? How Do I Change It?

" -- Being absolutely shameless and feeling godly and maintaining that attitude -- Is this what being on drugs feels like? I've only ever taken CBD oil, so I don't know lol. But I felt like I wasn't actually living, until, like, Friday. Everything before that kinda felt like carefully controlling which assumptions I felt like interacting with that day. Avoiding things that I associated with being "bad", doing things I associated with being "good". Carefully navigating my own assumptions so I don't accidentally upset myself by encountering something I gave a shitty meaning to. Going back and forth between the two "sides" (note: 3D/4D), feeling temporary relief through meditation. Then, I woke up one morning and... I don't know how to describe it really. I woke up feeling absolute freedom. I never realized I had felt so trapped before. Now I feel so giddy it's ridiculous. And realizing that I can feel like this... all the time... because I choose to... it's absolutely fantastic. You can think and feel whatever you want, I swear, you can only pay like 2 seconds worth of attention to unwanted circumstances, and just continue feeling good about yourself, for yourself, inside yourself. You really, *really* can pay less attention to things you don't like than you think. If you read Neville's work for long enough, or have been in this community for long enough, you likely understand this intellectually. But when you FEEL stuff like this to be true, your perspective shifts in the most wonderful way. Just imagine it, the confidence. Being completely unfazed by circumstances because you know it starts and ends in you. Dreams are not only possible, but inevitable. The only thing that determines your destiny is what you *feel* like experiencing, nothing else. Is it a tad bit more nuanced than that? Sure, yeah. There's the baggage that comes up. But that's not outside of you either. Withdraw your attention from it, and the baggage goes away. First, usually, the fear/hate associated with the circumstance disappears. Then the physical evidence of your disdain goes along with it. What's left when you really understand that... is preference. Best Changes? PEACE. OH MY GOD. It sounds incredibly cheesy and cliche, but I swear, being at peace is the only thing I *actually* want. I mean, I like my manifestations and whatnot, don't get me wrong. But this, I wouldn't sacrifice it for anything. * A nice side effect to only caring about my state is that everything feels reasonably attainable. Nothing feels out of reach, or hard. Because: 1) It doesn't really matter in the first place 2) It's all really just a symbol of your consciousness 3) The only thing that determines whether or not you are able to do something is what you assume. It's one thing to know it in theory and another to really feel yourself to be the arbiter of your own fate... Knowing Wow, I was actually born a badass and carrying that mood around is SO. GOOD.

What Is The 3D? How Do I Change It?

The external world, you control it (because it is you!, in you), you make it, fully, even when you tell yourself you don't. You like playing hide and seek with yourself? Fine. Keep going at it, but at least make sure you're treating it like what you're saying it is, a game. Don't take it so seriously, who you are is limitless, timeless, beyond your ego mind - why would the being you are be afraid of its own creation? And if you like to play, why not play a different way, you like the horror genre thaaat much? But sims is so much more fun... you can do anything there... you have all the cheatcodes, too - you have everything you need to make this human experience the funnest it can be. When everything obeys you, why do you keep things alive that you don't like being there?

can we forget about the terms “3d” and “4d” and everything else. it was helpful at first when it came to understanding the loa but now it just overcomplicates it for some of y’all. before any of you guys learned about loa, you were already manifesting unconsciously. when manifesting, you were never like “okay so I have to have it in my 4d for it to show up in my 3d” you just had an assumption which turned into reality. when you overcomplicate manifestation, it gets complicated and it’s as simple as that. you said loa was hard, so it was hard. you said loa was easy and effortless, so it’s easy and effortless. manifesting is literally just deciding a desire. you don’t have to believe it, you don’t have to feel it, you just have to state that it’s true so it’s true. you said you’re rich so you’re rich. it’s instant. time delay doesn’t exist unless you make it exist and the only way you can do that is if you decided that it exists. so forget about the terms 4d or 3d and just decide your desire and tell yourself that it’s true. if you said it’s true, it’s true. thats simply just the law. think/affirm in your favor (since affirming is just thinking) and that’s exactly what will show up in your life. matter of fact, stop separating the 3d and the 4d. although they are different things, think of them as a whole since your 3d is literally a reflection of your 4d. manifestation is life. your entire life you have been manifesting. ALWAYS. so why make it complicated now? you’ve been doing it your entire life, the only difference is that you’re consciously doing it or being aware that you’re doing it but being aware of the fact that you are constantly manifesting shouldn’t change how easy it is. manifesting is literally so simple. affirm that you have a desire/think in favor of your desire and BOOM! just like that, your desire INSTANTLY manifests.

Welcome to my comprehensive guide on the law of assumption! 

This document is highly focused on understanding, changing, and properly utilizing your internal reality. It will also be mainly focused on self-concept. I understand that most people simply want to know how to manifest material things, however in order to truly give yourself the life you deserve, you must first change self. 

If you are still wary about changing your self-concept, think of it like this: You have lived your whole life believing your life is left to chance or some unknown fate. You have always believed that achieving your dream life was impossible, or at the very least extremely unlikely. However, now you’ve found the law of assumption. You know now that you can give yourself absolutely anything you want (and yes, I mean anything), but the reluctance to change your self-concept is all that is holding you back. 

You found out that the only thing you need to do in order to give yourself the life of your dreams is to change your assumptions about yourself, but you overcomplicate it, so you shut down. 

I promise that changing your internal reality, living from the 4D, and improving your self-concept are not as difficult as they seem. I hope that this document can help you guys realize that all the power is within you, not methods or any outside sources. It’s all you.

If you are reading this right now, chances are that you are not currently satisfied with the current state of your life. Maybe you’d like to become rich, famous, successful, etc. People usually discover manifestation because they want to change aspects of their lives. You may have begun by searching how to manifest an sp or how to manifest more money, and while these things are great, using the law of assumption as a means to get things is counterintuitive to the way the law functions.

First and foremost, the law of assumption is all about changing your internal reality in order to change your outer circumstances. However, most people hyperfixate on the physical aspect of this equation. You must be able to be completely satisfied with achieving your desires in imagination, without ever relying on the physical world.

Now, because of the way the world works, you have made it a habit to take what you see and experience in the 3D as an unchangeable fact. You have unknowingly perpetuated and “kept alive” that which you deem undesirable. Because of this, your current conception of self is most likely not as fine-tuned as you would want it to be. Maybe you falter, maybe you often react negatively to things that happen around you, or maybe you’re insecure. These are all a result of your current state of consciousness or your self-concept. 

For when someone would come into my world and describe their world to me, they revealed the being that they really are. When I ask the simple question, “What do you want?” and they named it and they told me they really want it with all their heart, and then I asked them how would they see the same world had they realized their objective? Looking at the same world they began to describe it differently. I said, “Now, that is the description you must make of the world. You must weave that into your mind, for in so doing you move into the state where that world becomes real relative to that state.” (The Power of Awareness Neville Goddard)

Ask yourself by looking inward and attempting to be as honest with yourself as possible, what am I embodying right now? What are the assumptions you have about yourself? Is it that you’re a responsible or irresponsible person? Capable or incapable? Attractive or unattractive? Limitless or limited? All of this relates to your self-concept. Your current state of consciousness dictates the circumstances that await you in your 3D reality. 

Are the assumptions you have about yourself benefiting or harming you?

You can either be attentive to the limitations and feed these and make them mountains, or you can be attentive to your desires; but to become attentive you must assume you are already that which you wanted to be. (Thinking Fourth Dimensionally Neville Goddard)

Only you have the power to change your internal reality and assumptions. You have the choice to focus on the limitations or to free yourself from them. Now that you are currently aware of what you are conscious of being, you can change them. You are not stuck where you are. You always have the ability to change what you are embodying and believe about yourself. You are ever-changing.

If there is one thing you should immediately incorporate into your self-concept it is this: You are limitless. There is absolutely no one and nothing that can hold you back or be above you. In your reality, in your life, you are the operant power. The real you is never limited by the physical reality. 

So, what are you conscious of being? And, are you prepared to leave it all behind?

It is never set in stone. 

If you truly want to change who you are and your life, you must leave the undesirable behind. It must be as though it never existed in the first place. You cannot take any part of your old self into your new self. It must completely die in the past to never return again. You must make this decision yourself and commit to it. If you’re not committed to the law and to changing yourself, then it will always be an uphill battle. You must fall in love with your desired self to the point that you cannot live with yourself unless you are satisfied by being them. 

At this very point in time, you can make the decision to leave the old story in the past. By removing your attention from something, you deprive it of what it needs. To make anything real, all you need is attention and belief, so to remove it from your reality, you simply must deprive it of its needs and redirect your attention to the new story.

It’s time to give yourself the life that you deserve. It’s time to stop victimizing yourself in the face of your 3D circumstances. It’s time to take back your power.

You are never stuck where you are. No matter what is happening for you in the 3D, your internal reality is always able to change. Nothing is ever unchangeable. Nothing is ever lost.

If it is difficult for you to let go, you can always revise, so that your past experiences never have to be present in your life ever again. You can change the past to be as you desired it to be simply by focusing on the desired outcome instead. Pay no mind to what you have experienced. Only give life and attention to the experience you wanted to have. That is all you have to do to revise. 

I understand that some people find revision to be more difficult than manifestation, but remember it’s all the same. The only reason you find it harder is because you are giving your memories and 3D circumstances too much weight. Imagination is reality in itself. Consciousness is the only reality. Therefore, your imagination of the future is just as real as the experience you remember having from the past. Revise, forgive, and let go.

Time is simply a construct of the human mind. In reality, time is happening all at once, but our human brains are only able to comprehend the present moment. Time moves linearly because that is how our human minds understand the universe. However, the past, present, and future are all already in existence right now. 

This is what we mean by “creation is finished.” You are not creating anything, simply tapping into the reality in which you have what you desire. While the 3D man is only able to access the present moment, the 4D man is able to access all dimensions of time. It is why you have deja-vu, or even how some people can access future events through “psychic visions.” Really, they are just manifesting the outcome they have access to. Your imagination has the ability to access any point in time that you can possibly experience. There are infinite possibilities for each of these moments in time. 

This is why you are able to revise and change your past and also manifest to change your future. You are deciding that another outcome happened instead and staying loyal to it so that it really was the version of the past that occurred. And yes, the people around you will remember the event as you revised. Revision is only a manifestation of the past.

I know this may be a sensitive topic to many people, so I will try to explain it the best way I can.

First of all, no one is at fault for what manifests in their world unconsciously. Your experiences and your traumas are still valid, and they are never your fault. 

However, saying that we are only responsible for the good things we manifest is impossible. We can only be the cause for everything in our experience, or none of it. Otherwise, we would be giving our power away to an external source, even if that source is the 3D. You are the sole reason for every single thing you experience in your life. There is nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, that you experience that is separate from you. It all stems from you. You are the cause, but you are also the solution. 

There is nothing you cannot bring into your experience because if you can imagine it, you can experience it. Absolutely nothing is impossible. 

Does this concern you? Does this make you feel worried or scared? It’s a common feeling. The idea that you would be the reason for all the bad things that have happened in your life seems almost impossible. You’re probably thinking that you would never have wanted that to happen to you. Well, that’s the thing. What manifests isn’t what we want to happen, it’s what we accept as true, what we expect to happen, and the state that we remain in most often. Underlying and subconscious assumptions are also a factor. 

Remember that nothing that has happened to you, especially if it was unconsciously manifested, is ever your fault. We are not at fault for what occurred while we were asleep. Now, however, you have the chance to take control of your life. 

Man is always looking for some prop on which to lean. He is always looking for some excuse to justify failure. This revelation gives man no excuse for failure. His concept of himself is the cause of all the circumstances of his life. All changes must first come from within himself; and if he does not change on the outside it is because he has not changed within. Thus, we must take responsibility for the life around us and decide with conviction to change it. Once you take responsibility, you will have a newfound confidence in which you know that you have the power, as the cause of the 3D, to change it however you desire. However, remember that you can only change it if you fall in love with your desired state. Otherwise, you will find yourself in a cycle in which you fall back into the old story again and again. 

You must leave behind the old story and fully embody the new story.

It is easy to want to place blame on something outside of you for the undesirable circumstances of your life. I mean, it makes sense. Why would you want to manifest any of the things that have hurt you in the past? So, you look for other reasons. This is why some people are so averse to learning about the law. 

The truth is, everything you experience is your doing. I am not saying that you deliberately did anything, neither am I saying that you deserved it, nor that you are not a victim when it comes to your traumatic experiences. I am saying that you are the cause of everything you have experienced and will experience in your reality. 

While many find this discouraging, I only wish that you find it empowering. Now you know that you have the power to change absolutely every aspect of your life.

Now every man in the world is rooted in you who look out and see that world. Every man is rooted in me; he ends in me as I AM rooted in and end in God. Because he is rooted in me he cannot bear other than the nature the root allows. Everyone (and everything) is you pushed out. Everyone around you reflects your internal reality back to you. If you experience anything undesirable, then know that which you have entertained in your imagination was the cause. 

The only universal truth about your identity is this: I AM. It is the fact that you are conscious right now. You have an internal reality, an imagination, that is capable of creating the world around you. The great news about this is that if you are the cause, then you can be the solution. Actually, you must be the solution, because no one else is going to do it for you. Remember, you are the sole power in your life. No one else can do the work for you

Your inner conversations and what you entertain in imagination are the root of what you experience in your reality. If you are imagining inner conversations with others that often involve disagreements, arguments, or perpetuating undesirable 3D circumstances, then you are manifesting that into your reality. Be conscious of what you are entertaining in imagination. 

This is where a mental diet comes into play. 

Mental diets are not about policing or flipping or being afraid of your thoughts. Your individual thoughts don’t manifest. Also, intrusive thoughts are just thoughts, although you give them more weight by giving them attention and fearing them. Allow them to pass and not affect you. Since they are not part of your state, and they are not a true assumption you have about yourself or your life, they will never manifest. 

In reality, to effectively retain a mental diet, you need to discipline your mind. It takes practice and you may have setbacks, but persisting in that desire to change is the most important thing. Continue returning to your desired state, while also stopping engaging in undesirable states immediately, and cutting off negative inner conversations. Notice when you are entertaining something undesirable in your imagination and stop it in its tracks. If you do this consistently and effectively, you will find yourself struggling much less with your internal reality and circumstances, and also you will not be afraid of intrusive thoughts any longer. You will know that thoughts are just thoughts unless you give them the power to control you and decide your state.

The 3D world has limitations. There are blockages, disagreements, conflicts, and setbacks at every turn. There are also privileges and systemic issues that hold people back from their true potential. If you base your inner reality on the outer reality, you will be perpetuating undesirable cycles and therefore limiting yourself. The wonderful thing is that we are not confined to the 3D reality. This is because we have our imagination and that in turn is truly limitless.

Notice your imagination right now. Even if you are unable to visualize, simply be aware of your internal world. Notice how there are no restrictions. There are no obstacles. There is no money, no power, and no people. It’s only you. 

There is something that Edward Art mentions often about being all-powerful in imagination. In your mind, you are the only one in control. There are no limitations in imagination. There is no hunger in imagination. If you are hungry in imagination, you can simply imagine that you are full and then it is done. Anything can be brought into your mind with a simple thought or intention. You can imagine yourself at the top of Mount Everest without ever making the trek. You can have anything instantly in imagination. There is no need to fear in your inner world because you are completely in control. You are safe and satisfied in imagination. By experiencing your desires in this safe space, you are cultivating the state of already having and experiencing your desires. Therefore, you are manifesting. Experiencing and having what you desire in imagination is as simple as a thought. This is why you can manifest absolutely anything into your 3D reality. The 3D is a mirror. Whatever you entertain and experience in imagination will be reflected onto your physical reality.

I realize that some people are afraid of manifesting because they are worried that they will manifest something they don’t want, or that they will change their mind and decide that they want something else. The thing is, you will always have the ability to manifest. You don’t manifest once and then you’re done. You have infinite power at your disposal. Nothing is ever set in stone. You will always have the ability to manifest. You will always able to change your life. Even if you manifest your dream life and realize you want something else, you will always have the power to change your circumstances. 

Your consciousness is God. It is creation itself. It is the reason you are alive and conscious and experiencing the world around you. Your imagination is an extension of consciousness that you, the 3D man, has access to. By using your imagination with discipline and practice, you can express anything you desire into your life.

There is nothing your inner man cannot do. The outer man is limited by the physical world. It has rules and limitations that the inner man does not have. However, the outer man has the ability to influence the inner man to take control of the infinite power he has available to him. People consider imagination to be a world of fantasy or not even a world in itself. However, it is the basis of everything you experience in your life. What you experience, you have once before entertained in imagination. Once you realize that this world is real and tangible and that it truly affects your life, you will know how important it is to take what you entertain internally very seriously.

Therefore, only you have the power to manifest anything into your 3D world. No one else has the ability to manifest for you. No one can be above you because you are the operant power in your reality. Do you know that no two in this room live in the same world. We are going home to different worlds tonight. We close our doors on entirely different worlds. Being the god of your reality means that there is no one and nothing above you. There is no other source than you. Your reality is your own. The reason you can manifest anything into your life is because you live in your own reality where you are the operant power. No one can manifest for you, no one can manifest harm unto you, and you cannot manifest for anyone else. You are the sole power in your reality.

This also means that any external power is obsolete. The 3D, other people, astrology, numerology, tarot, etc. have no power in your reality. Everything is based on your assumptions, your expectations, everyone is you pushed out, and your conception of self. 

You believe in astrology? You’ve got to sell it. You believe in numerology, in teacup leaves, in numerology and all these things? No matter what you believe in as a power to control you, you’ve got to sell it. It takes all these beliefs and you’ve got to sell them. In order to fully take control and responsibility for your power over your reality, you must give up any and all external sources of power in exchange for your own. Once you have the pearl, you realize that nothing outside of you has any power and that you are the sole source and sole cause of everything that happens in your life. You cannot be the operant power, the god of your reality, by having anything outside of you be more powerful than you are.

If you think for one moment you can hold on to one little thing in the event this doesn’t work, you can’t buy the pearl. And so when I buy the pearl, I go all out and live by it. Now, you can use all of this to cultivate a new self-concept. All you need to do is leave your old self behind (all the undesirable aspects of yourself you wish to change) and fully embody your new self in the process. 

This can look like anything. Your ideal self-concept can include you focusing on confidence in manifestation, or even confidence in your everyday life. You need to decide who it is you want to be and how you want your life to look as a result. Everything you want to change externally will be changed only if you change internally. Remember that there is no one to change but self. You are the sole person that can change the world around you. You are the cause and you are the solution. 

Remember this: Self-concept is not necessary to manifest. You can manifest without a perfect self-concept. However, if you truly desire to have a life of ease, and to have the life of your dreams, I would greatly encourage you to prioritize your self-concept above anything.

You cannot easily change your entire life, including everyday occurrences, without working on your self-concept. Here’s what I mean by that: you never stop manifesting. Even when you are not consciously and deliberately trying to manifest something into your life, you’re still manifesting unconsciously. If you work on your self-concept, most things in your life manifest the way you desire unconsciously. You are getting ahead of the game and proactively creating favorable circumstances for yourself. Without this, you will have to be consciously manifesting every little thing you want to change. Working on your self-concept simply makes it easier for you to live a wonderful life filled with your desires and favorable circumstances.

The most important thing in this world to you is your concept of self. When you dislike your environment, the circumstances of life and the behavior of men, ask yourself, " Who am I?" It is your answer to this question that is the cause of your dislikes. (No One to Change but Self Neville Goddard)

Your circumstances are a reflection of your concept of self. Everything, including the way that people treat you and interact with you, is all based on your self-concept. Nothing is separate from you. Everything is coming from you. Therefore, in order to change your life and circumstances, it is imperative to change your self-concept.

We can use our powerful imagination in order to drop the old conception of self and assume the desired self. Since the world is directly a reflection of your self-concept, we must be consciously aware of what concept of self we are currently assuming. Incorporating new assumptions is imperative to changing and improving your self-concept. How do you assume? It’s simple. You decide that whatever you desire is true in your world. Then, what is an assumption? It is a belief you have, despite having no physical evidence of its truth. Therefore, you are believing before you are seeing.

I want you to think of all the times you have assumed negatively with little to no evidence. That was easy, right? So why, when it’s beneficial to you, is it so hard, or even impossible for you to assume something positive about yourself or your life? 

If you cannot instantly believe it, keep trying. Keep pushing. Some people may need practice, yes, but once you have practiced enough, you will be easily able to cultivate new assumptions, especially if you work on your self-concept.

What is a state? When I talk about states, I mean states of consciousness. They are mindsets that you can consciously access and manipulate by experiencing how you would feel if you already had all your desires manifested.

In order to fully embody a new state, you must leave behind the undesirable state. You must not bring any little piece of your previous state into your new desired state. It must be completely released in order to appropriate the new state. 

It is not a complicated idea because you are always occupying a state. That is, unless you are in the I AM state, which is when you detach from everything physical, everything changeable, and focus on the one truth about you, that you are. That you exist and you are conscious. That is the one true and unchangeable thing about your reality and your life. Therefore, you don’t have to try so hard to achieve your desired state. 

He can pass now from this present state into any desired state in the world, for no power can stop you from dwelling in imagination where you desire to dwell. So, placing yourself there, you begin to think from it, and not constantly starve yourself by thinking of it. So I will go and prepare it, and preparing it I will dwell in it, and begin to think from it. (The Power of Awareness Neville Goddard)

The state you desire to occupy is always within arm’s reach. Experience what you desire in imagination, feel the wish fulfilled, and persist in that state. Don’t constantly worry whether or not you achieved the state. If you felt the wish fulfilled and experienced your desire in imagination, then you are in the desired state. If you know that your desires are yours, then you are in the desired state. Don’t overcomplicate, simplify.

Persistence is one of the most important aspects of manifestation. You persist, meaning that you remain faithful, to your desires, so that they will manifest into your physical reality. You are consistently returning to the desired state, and feeling it real. 

Once you have felt the wish fulfilled, your desire is promised to you. It must come. It has no other choice but to manifest physically into your world.

While you are persisting it is important that you stay consistent in thinking from your desire, rather than just thinking of it. What does it mean to think from your desire? It means that you are in the state of already having it and allowing yourself to think from that state of mind. So, instead of thinking of your desire (as something separate from you), you are thinking from your desire (from the perspective of someone who already has it).

By thinking from your desire, you are showing your inner man that you are fully embodying the state of someone who has what you desire.

What does it mean when we say nearness implies separation? It means that you cannot think of your desire as separate from you in any capacity. This means that there is no such thing as a time crunch. Focusing on time and how long it will take implies you do not have your desire already, which is counterintuitive to the law. To successfully manifest with the law of assumption, you must assume that you already are fulfilled with your desire. Then, you persist in that state of fulfillment. That is all you need to do. Methods are not necessary. Nothing else is necessary but assuming and persisting in the state of the wish fulfilled. Therefore, if you are focused on it being separate from you (such as separated by time), then you are not in the state of the wish fulfilled. You are still in the state of desire. Fulfill your desire in imagination and you will never have to worry about time.

Now, I know there are times when it feels like the physical world is still not changing the way you want it to be. In those instances, it may feel like the world is telling you “no.” Even in this case, you must persist. There is no failure. You can only fail if you are not faithful to your desire.

You must never take no for an answer. You must remain stubbornly faithful to your desires. Never compromise when it comes to your desires. Never accept “half-manifestations.” 

Only allow yourself to be satisfied once everything you desired has materialized exactly the way you wanted it to. Only then can you move on.

The sabbath is this time period in which you no longer feel the need to do anything else to achieve your desire. You do not want because you know that what you have once desired is now yours. This means that you have fully accepted the reality of your desire in imagination. You are satisfied with having it in the 4D, therefore you know that it is yours in the 3D, no matter what you see or experience in the physical world.

You must remain faithful to your desires no matter what. Only you can stand in your own way.

Now, this entire document has been mainly focused on changing your internal reality and your self-concept, and that was deliberate. While I know manifestation’s entire purpose is to get things in the 3D and change your physical reality, I think it’s more important to focus on the internal change before anything. Once you introduce any kind of change into your internal reality, the external reality must express this change. After you realize that changing your internal reality is all you need to do in order to give yourself your dream life, you will have all the knowledge you need to manifest anything into your physical reality.

That state has its own unique way of becoming embodied in this world, of becoming flesh that the whole world may touch it. (Assumptions Harden Into Fact Neville Goddard)

Now I will briefly discuss physical manifestation. Here is how it works: Remaining in the state of your wish fulfilled internally with persistence will allow it to be manifested upon the physical reality. You never need to act as if in the physical. You can still remain faithful to your obligations and responsibilities in the 3D. That will not affect your manifestation. You can be working a 9-5 and still manifest being financially free. You can be living in difficult circumstances and still manifest your dream life. It’s not about ignoring the 3D, it’s about remaining faithful to the 4D.

I also wish to remind you that you do not need to concern yourself with how your assumptions will be made manifest. If you’d prefer to detail how your dream life will manifest, then that is your choice. However, it is not necessary, since your infinite consciousness already knows exactly how to give it to you in the absolute best way possible. 

We say that you should not think about the how because it can get overwhelming. Sometimes there is a fear that it will not manifest the way you desire, or maybe the idea of it coming to fruition is the scary part. This is why you should remain in the end. Focus on the end result you desire and remain faithful to that and you will never need to concern yourself with the details.

Do not let anyone tell you that you must struggle and suffer. You need not struggle for the realization of your desire. (Remain Faithful To Your Idea Neville Goddard)

Finally, manifestation does not take effort or struggle. There is no struggle. You do not have to force anything to happen. No physical action is needed to manifest. All there is to do is change self. Once you take the necessary steps and do the only thing required of you, then everything else will be taken care of for you. 

You need not be concerned with the affairs of the inner man. Simply have faith and the rest will be done.

I know a lot of people (myself included more or less) struggle with letting go of the "getting" and focusing on the "being". A need to force something into being, because you want something so much. But truth be told, you cannot force anything. There is nothing for you to do.

It's impossible to force anything into being, because creation is finished. This means that that version of you has already forever existed. You do not conjure anything new, it is all there already. You do not have to do anything to create it into your world, you must only appropriate the state. You only change your assumptions, not the world.

Surrender yourself to the law. Let the ball of events roll, be the observer, but do not interfere. It seems like you're not getting what you want? Okay, what of it? You shall imagine anyway, because that's what your inner-self desires.

What do I, the Inner Self want? This is the only question that should matter to you. (Edward Art)

Yield yourself to your desire and know that it shall be expressed through you. Do nothing but that and see the world transform before your eyes.

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8 

You have shown yourself what is good. Imagination, the forever being, has showed yourself, the mortal, what is good. And all you must do now is persist in that goodness through forgiveness and mercy to yourself.

avoid any action.

with manifesting, there comes an intrusive urge to act. a deep need to do something to get something. we often try to change our world or ourselves through actions. however, we don’t alter or attain things with the use of our bodies. we can only ever achieve things with the use of our MINDS.

so, what does that mean? how does this help us?

mentally, not physically.

just like assumptions take place in the mind, so does everything related to manifestation. after all, manifestation is forever done in the mind, and not with the body. all events that have taken place physically, first took place mentally. everything external used to be internal. conversely, you can only put out what you already put in.

in conclusion, you cannot DO anything. there is nothing for you to perform, nothing for you to execute, nothing for you to accomplish. you can only BE. so, in order to become someone new, to coerce something into BEING, you need to refrain from taking any action. let go of all efforts to alter the physical. instead, alter the mental.

mental and physical in contrast.

okay, alright, but what if you still try to physically achieve your goals? how about we try to prove the law wrong. let's say you want to get xyz while being in a negative mindset in relation to xyz. you don’t really believe in getting xyz, nor do you believe in yourself. but if you try your best physically, it should still workout, right?

nope. and i'll tell you why. you can never alter yourself with an act in opposition to your belief. your desired version of self cannot be attained by force. you cannot force yourself to achieve something while already knowing you won't or can't. if it isn’t already withIN you, it won’t and can't be withOUT you.

on the other hand, that version of yourself with your current mindset in that present state is NEVER going to achieve xyz. because that version of you is tied to that self concept, that state and that reality. creation is finished, meaning, this reality is finished. it’s forever going to look like that. you are forever going to be like that. ONLY if you change your state from within, you can ensure a change from without. that’s when you shift your state of mind, and therefore, your physical reality. you cannot physically shift. you need to mentally shift. because no matter HOW much you try to make reality B (undesired) look like reality A (desired), it won’t ever change the fact that you are still experiencing reality B.

externally dependent action.

now, what about the 3D? what if i am changing my assumptions but don’t experience them physically yet? this part is very important for any of you who are thinking of completely turning your back on your 3D, who feel overwhelmed by it or don’t know how to deal with it.

1 · first of all, you are doing great. keep doing it.

2 · second of all, living in the end and focusing on embodying your desired version of self does not mean that you start refusing to LIVE. you aren’t supposed to deny or reject your human experience when it’s not convenient for you. you are still going to do your chores, have your responsibilities, attend school, go to work, and so on. in your mind, however, you are being who YOU want to be and have what YOU want to have. it’s about knowing the external world is going to change because it has to, plus balancing experiencing both worlds. in the end, your outer world will show you how your inner world looks like.

often times, suddenly abandoning yourself in the physical world will only harm you because then it will only be harder for you to dismiss the negative parts of your reality. it usually makes things a lot more draining and challenging.

physical techniques and methods.

this is just gonna serve as a reminder: techniques and methods are only there to help. they aide you to obtain a feeling of "naturalness" in correlation to your desires. they don’t do the manifesting. actually, they have no power on their own. you know who does the manifesting? YOU. you and only you. thus, you can do a method 111 times and still not manifest your desire because your assumptions say otherwise. everything you manifest with the support of a method or technique can be traced back to you, moreover your MIND's power. not your bodies power, and certainly not your hands ability to write down a script 123 times.

LETTING GO DOES NOT MEAN GIVING UP

I think these two terms get used synonymously when they are two very different things.

When you "give up" on something you are manifesting, you are saying "I don't care about this thing anymore and I do not care if it comes into my experience or not."

When you "let go" of a manifestation, you are saying "I trust the Universe (Source / my Higher Self / God, whatever resonates with you) to bring this thing into my experience because I am a vibrational match to it and so there is no work to be done unless I feel inspired action."

"Giving up" is the energy of defeat.

"Letting go" is the energy of confidence, sureness, and knowing.

When it comes to manifesting the experience of shifting, you let yourself feel and think as-if you already have, and you let go. You don't think things like

"wow this is taking me so long"

"how long do I have to act as-if for it to actually happen"

because these thoughts are still aligned with NOT shifting.

#1: YOUR MINDSET IS IMPORTANT, BUT NOT HOW YOU THINK IT IS. It’s very easy to get stuck in the pressure and thinking “I need to believe 100%” or “I need to be positive 100% of the time.” Belief is important, but don’t let your doubts convince you your process is wrong. So, the “key” to making shifting feel much, much easier is to give up that unnecessary mental pressure. So embrace the uncertainty and keep on going anyway.

#2: EMBRACE THE “UGLY” FEELINGS. The fear, frustration and self-doubt are normalllll and part of the process. It’s easy to think that such feelings should be avoided, but they can actually be teach into lessons about you personally. They usually point to mental blocks or areas in which you’re not as aligned with your goal as you might have thought you were. Don’t pretend to they aren’t there, instead, allow them to be teachers.

#3: QUIT TRYING TO HAVE THE PERFECT TECHNIQUE. There’s no single way to do it. People will have their favorite methods but that doesn’t mean it’s the right way for you. Play around with it and go with your intuition. Sometimes, it might be a different approach every time you shift and that’s not just fine, it’s normal.

#4: YOU CAN SHIFT EVEN WHEN YOU AREN’T “IN THE MOOD.” Don’t wait for the “ideal time” to shift. You don’t have to be high vibration or the best mental state for it to work. Things can happen regardless, sometimes when you least expect them and that changing energy/feelings of yours is all part of the process. Remember that even on your bad days, you’re still capable.

#5: LET GO OF THE NEED TO CONTROL EVERYTHING. Micromanaging and trampling over every detail might (not for everyone so remember to take what applies) keep you stuck. This is a trust that we should try to have, that things will fall into place. You don’t have to dictate every part of your DR for it to be yours. Sometimes you just need to step back and let your subconscious do its thing.

#6: YOUR DESIRES AND NEEDS MAY EVOLVE, AND THAT’S FINE. The DR you wanted to shift to last year may not be the DR you want to shift to today. Try not feel guilty if you had to change your scripts, DRs, or goals. You’re growing mentally, emotionally, and physically, and so will your desires.

#7: YOU DON’T NEED TO ASK FOR PERMISSION TO SHIFT. You are the only one who gets to define what’s real for you. As long as you feel shifting is something you can do, you do not need external validation. You can shift regardless of anything.

#8: YOUR CR HABITS MATTER. If you’re constantly overwhelmed, tired, sleep deprived, or burnt out, shifting may feel difficult, and it’s not because shifting requires perfection, it’s because your mind is tired. Taking care of yourself in CR could help your mental and emotional needs there will help make shifting more seamless and less like this thing you don’t want to do.

#9: YOUR DR DOES NOT ALWAYS HAVE TO BE A PERFECT PLACE. It’s easy to see your DR self as a better version of yourself + Your DR as the most ideal life. Your DR will probably have flaws, imperfections, and challenges (unless you deliberately script it out). They’re not failures but opportunities to learn. Life in your DR might look a little different than how you anticipated but that doesn’t mean it’s any less amazing.

#10: YOU DONT NECESSARILY HAVE TO SHARE YOUR SHIFTING EXPERIENCES. Some people are going to want to invalidate shifting or your journey. If speaking about your journey reinforces this sense of unease or self doubt, maybe keep your journey close only sharing it with people who do care about you.

#11: YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SHIFTING JOURNEY. Everyone’s journey is different. Following strict rules or comparing yourself to others can hold you back. You know what you can do? Just take what resonates with you, leave what doesn’t, and build a relationship with shifting, with yourself.

#12: YOUR DR RELATIONSHIPS AS REAL/VALID AS YOUR CR RELATIONSHIPS. The emotional bonds you create in your DR are real. They ARE real so the relationships you form with the people in your DR are real as well. You do not need to explain your ties to your DR friends, family or partners.

#13: YOUR CR IS NOT WORKING AGAINST YOU. Some people consider a CR as trap or a hurdle, but that perspective honestly just creates needless resistance most of the time. Instead of seeing your CR as something you need to escape, simply consider CR to be one of many potential realities for you.

Some logical things about the void state, brainwaves, etc

This isn't going to be formatted as well. I'm just throwing out information I keep getting asked about.

First of all, the void state is not a deep meditative state. You can use meditation to enter the void but it's not a meditative state because you're not aware of the 3d at all.

The void created your reality whether you like it or not but everything that happens to YOU was created by the pure consciousness. The reason your life was horrible is because you didn't know you could control it.

When you manifest with the void or in general, you have a few options. You can manifest literally anything and everything in THIS REALITY THAT IS YOUR CURRENT ORIGINAL REALITY, or you can shift. You get everything you want in this reality if that's what you want. If you wanna shift, you shift. You can script that nobody finds you weird but be careful and make sure you don't run into any trouble (you could just erase it even if you do so don't worry). You don't have to go anywhere. Nothing is impossible. Kind of the whole point of the void.

Alpha state is a state where you are still conscious but relaxed and not stressed out (unlike the beta state where you are stressed). Your thoughts flow freely in the alpha state and there is no restrictions caused by stress. You should always begin your meditation by getting into alpha state first because it makes going deeper in your mind even easier. It's also when you are focused on something for an extended period of time.

Theta state is a level deeper and it consists of reduced consciousness, lucid dreaming, REM sleep, etc. This is when we are about to go to sleep or wake up in our minds during dreams (lucid dreaming).

Now DELTA state is what babies and infants stay in when they're in the womb. It's a state where you lose bodily awareness and have access to your conscious mind. This is why so many get into the void with delta waves.

Alpha: So to induce each of these states, you have to meditate. But the levels of meditation are different. For Alpha State, you can use the distraction technique by @luckykiwiii101, follow the Nordic Witch meditation on youtube, or do the Silva method.

The silva Method is basically lying down and taking 3 deep breaths. On the first deep breath, imagine the number 3 and say it in your mind three times. Do the same for 2 and 1, breathing deeply each time. Afterwards, you count from 100 to 0. If you're not used to meditation, 100 to 0 should do it. But if you meditate constantly, you might need to do 100 to 0, then 50 to 0, then 25 to 0 to reach deeper levels of consciousness.

Theta: Theta waves is fairly easy. You need to stay still and allow your body to fall asleep. Take deep breaths and visualize a candle or an object in your mind (anything works great). Keep your focus on either your breathing or the object.

Delta: Delta waves can be induced by yoga nidra or transcendental meditation

Transcendental Meditation: Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation that involves repeating a mantra. This type of meditation is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels.

Does that sound familiar? Yep, SATS requires a mantra or a looped visualization as well. Yoga Nidra also gets you into delta state. That's why it works. You visualize and hold this visualization as the last thing in your mind before you lose consciousness (waking consciousness that is).

So the point of all of this is that if you have not been able to induce pure consciousness despite trying the methods, it means your mind is overactive. I don't care if you fell asleep during a method. That just means your mind went from active (beta) or overactive (gamma) to Delta directly (because delta is induced when you sleep naturally).

Let's come back to the void. Like we discussed earlier, the void is not a meditative state. So why do meditative states lead you to the void? It's because meditation allows you to disconnect from your physical body and go deeper within your mind. The void is the purest state of consciousness. Each brainwave is a state of consciousness.

So the way to actually induce the void (a foolproof technique) is to not expect when you're doing the methods. Let me explain:

When you do any method, during it and after you're done and if you have not fallen asleep, you look for symptoms or signs. This brings your mind back to beta because you're questioning, searching etc.

When you stop expecting, you're letting your ego be put to rest. So the next time you do a method, if you feel that you're not stressed, move forward with any method and don't look for symptoms. But if you've been stressing out all day, do an alpha meditation first and then do anything else. The distraction technique is still technically SATS. You use the alpha state meditation to relax and then you visualize which puts you into theta, and eventually delta, then finally pure consciousness.
