The Art of Successful Prayer

How to Avail Yourself of the State Akin to Sleep

"Prayer is the art of yielding to the wish and not the forcing of the wish. Whenever your feeling is in conflict with your wish, feeling will be the victor. The dominant feeling invariably expresses itself. Prayer must be without effort. In attempting to fix an attitude of mind which is denied by the senses, effort is fatal.

You should awaken within you the feeling that you are and have that which heretofore you desired to be and possess. This is easily done by contemplating the joy that would be yours were your objective an accomplished fact, so that you live and move and have your being in the feeling that your wish is realized."

The Art Of Successful Prayer

I. Intro.

In this post, I will guide you through the procedure of using the state akin to sleep to retrieve the feeling of the wish fulfilled. The state akin to sleep is a state of relaxation and receptivity akin to the feeling attained just before falling asleep in which you are able to shut out the limitations of the objective world and obtain reality of the subjective state. The drowsiness of this state facilitates the procedure of persuading yourself to believe that you are that which you desire to be because minimal effort is required to direct your attention towards the wish fulfilled. If you feel the wish fulfilled, you will live in the end and if you live in the end, your assumptions will harden into fact.

The Art Of Successful Prayer

II. How to do it:

"If your world would change, determine what it would look like; then construct a scene which would imply you are there. If your mental construction comes close to your fulfilled desire, your little daydream will become a fact!" / "If the suggestion is given with conviction and confidently accepted by the operator as true, then you have the ideal setting for a successful prayer." - Brazen Impudence / Prayer, The Art of Believing Ch. 4

The first step is to define your objective. Have a clear idea of what it is you would like to be (or be in possession of).

Next, ask yourself, “what does the end of that goal look like?” For example, if you would like to manifest a prestigious job opportunity, you’d be congratulated on it. If you’d like to manifest a change in appearance, you would receive compliments (It doesn’t need to include another person, but you may find it more helpful in order to feel it more real). Whatever the end looks like, it must always be an event that implies its fulfillment, that it is done. This is the wish fulfilled (more on that later).

Get into a comfortable position. You can lay down or sit upright, it doesn’t matter, do whatever feels most comfortable.

Relax. You can do some breathing exercises, listen to music, have a warm drink, whatever it is that makes you relax.

Induce a moderate degree of drowsiness where you can still concentrate on the wish fulfilled, but be sure to not feel too drowsy where you find it difficult to focus. When you feel like you could move but you don’t want to (because you’re too comfortable), that’s when you’ll know you’re in the state akin to sleep.

Construct a scene that implies the fulfillment of your desire by making elsewhere here and then now, then feel it real by incorporating your senses into it and imagine yourself being present within your imaginal scene from your perspective. Confine your scene to a single action. If your scene implies that you have received wonderful news, do not wander off in your visualization by doing a thousand irrelevant things afterwards, simply stick to the congratulations and mentally feel yourself being present in your scene. Repeat the scene until it takes on the tones of reality. [A tip from Edward Art: Focus on feeling it real (feeling the wish fulfilled) first and then the sensory aspects of your scene will follow]

If you do this right and you’re able to shut out your senses and concentrate on that single sensation of fulfillment. You will actually feel as though it is all actually happening at this very moment, as if you are there presently. When you choose to exit the imaginal scene, you will quite literally feel surprised at the fact that you are back in the comfort of your home and not where you were a minute ago.

"As soon as man assumes the feeling of his wish fulfilled, his fourth-dimensional self finds ways for the attainment of this end, discovers methods for its realization" - Remain Faithful to Your Idea

The Art Of Successful Prayer

III. The lullaby method

"If you cannot concentrate on an act, if you cannot snuggle into your chair and believe the chair is elsewhere, just as though elsewhere were here, then do this: Reduce the idea, condense it to a single, simple phrase. Whatever the phrase is, let it imply that the assumption is true, that it is concrete, that it is already a fact and you know it." - Assumptions Harden Into Fact

If you find it difficult to focus on a scene and feel it real or if you simply cannot conceptualize what the end would even look like, follow steps 1 through 4 and do the following:

Condense the fulfillment to three words or less and repeat them over and over again until your mind is dominated by the single sensation of thankfulness. Meditate on this phrase until you accept it as a fact.

Something that helped me understand the lullaby method was the following analogy: Think of a moment where you were repeating a word to yourself over and over again until it no longer sounded like a real word. The lullaby method is almost like that except in the opposite direction. Instead of repeating your three words until they don’t make sense, you repeat them until you are consumed by the acceptance of them, as if they do make sense.

Examples of three words that imply the end:

I made it, I passed, I got accepted, I found it, they said yes, I won, I am (beautiful, healed, employed, successful), thank you, it is done, it’s finished, isn’t it wonderful?, I AM

The Art Of Successful Prayer

IV. Revision

If your goal is to revise an incident, you do the exact same process:

Construct a scene that would suggest the preferable outcome. If you dropped your phone and broke your screen, imagine that you caught it instead. If you received undesirable news, imagine what you would have preferred to hear instead.

Again, if you cannot conceptualize a scene of the ideal, pick three words that confirm the end. For lullaby, you can stick to “It never happened”

It could take some practice or maybe you’ll succeed at feeling it real on the first attempt. There comes a point where after visualizing or repeating those three words long enough that it’ll simply feel real. When you step out of that state you will feel surprised to realize that you’re no longer where your scene implied that you were. The vividness of your scene will feel as a real occurrence to you. Whenever I do the lullaby method and step out of that state I am filled with a sense of relief, as if my prayer has been answered. That’s how you’re supposed to feel after inducing the SATS rather than “hoping” that what you just did is enough.

Although you can induce the SATS at any time of day, if you choose to do it before bed (which is an excellent idea and I’m about to explain why), you can take that feeling of the wish fulfilled and fall asleep in that state. Always fall asleep with that satisfaction clouding your consciousness. Your prayer has been answered and there’s nothing left for you to do (but you can turn to the SATS whenever you need a reminder of the wish fulfilled).

The Art Of Successful Prayer

V. Wish fulfilled briefly explained.

“When I speak of feeling I do not mean emotion, but acceptance of the fact that the desire is fulfilled. Feeling grateful, fulfilled, or thankful, it is easy to say, "Thank You," "Isn't it wonderful!" or "It is finished." When you get into the state of thankfulness, you can either awaken knowing it is done, or fall asleep in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.”

I remind you to proceed with this state not with the intention of doing in order to receive but rather to acquire the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Much like a prayer, think about it through the word "wish". Imagine what it would be like to ask for a wish and know that it's been granted, or asking for something and knowing you will receive it. How would you feel?

"The only condition required is that you believe that your prayers are already realized." - Feeling is the Secret Ch. 3

The Art Of Successful Prayer

VI. How to you know if you’re in the state akin to sleep.

You’ll know you’re successfully induced this state where you’re still capable of moving but you don’t want to. You know when you rest your head on your arm or hand and you’re so comfortable that you don’t even want to move? That’s the state. It's like when you're so exhausted you throw yourself onto your bed and do not want to move because you immediately get comfortable, that’s how you should feel.

You’ll also know when you’re able to still guide the direction of your thoughts, if you’re too drowsy to the point where you’re slurring your words or cannot stick to your scene you've gone a little too far. You want to be able to focus and control your attention with as little effort as possible.

Symptoms may vary from person to person but here are the ones I personally feel that confirm I’m in the SATS:

My body feels slightly numb and will mildly twitch

My breathing is slow and short, my chest doesn’t rise much.

I am aware of the silhouette of my body but I cannot feel where my limbs touch.

The Art Of Successful Prayer

VII. Misconceptions.

You do not need to physically impair the body.

You do not need to do this at night before bed.

The lullaby method is not affirming until you fall asleep.

Visualizing during the SATS is not a daydream, you are literally harvesting your future by assuming what the end looks like and then feeling the wish fulfilled.

You can induce sats at any time of day.  Neville himself recommended inducing it at a specific hour every day and soon enough you would automatically begin to feel drowsy at that same hour every day.

It is preferable to visualize in first person rather than in third person as if you are watching a scene unfold because you are meant to feel the scene as real as possible, as if you are actually there at this very moment.

The affirmations are ideally condensed to three words or less so you can focus on them easier. I had personally found this to be much easier for me to remain focused when it’s only three words and not longer because I eventually start slurring my words.

How I personally induce the SATS:

I prefer to do it sometime between 18:00-21:00 when I have no intention of sleeping

I make myself a cup of tea (lavender or chamomile) so I feel relaxed.

If I struggle to focus I'll do a small ten minute guided meditation beforehand.

I then turn on brown noise or theta waves on noise canceling headphones.

I repeat to myself, “I am relaxed” “I am sleepy” until I start feeling drowsy.

The Art Of Successful Prayer

VII. Final words.

I strongly advise you to approach the SATS not as a method but as a way to feel that your prayer has been answered. Do not induce the state in hopes of trying to “be” something because you can’t become what you already are. Utilizing your imagination during the SATS can be such a fulfilling and rewarding practice that I would encourage you to partake in it purely for enjoyment even when you are not specifically seeking the wish fulfilled. Remember to have fun with the SATS and let your imagination run free. ʚ♡ɞ

"Your prayer must be answered if you assume the feeling that would be yours were you already in possession of your objective. To pray successfully then, you must yield to the wish, that is, feel the wish fulfilled." - Feeling is the Secret Ch. 3

Preface In this little text I seek to create a thought-image which makes sense both for those who come from a more scientific viewpoint, and for those who come from a more spiritual viewpoint (in some vague sense). The scientific concepts in this text are widely known and depicted in a large number of easily available books and articles over the past century, including in articles and books by the physicists Richard Feynman, David Bohm and Roger Penrose. The easy availability of the few scientific facts that I refer to in this text is the reason why there is no 'reading list' in the sense of footnotes at the completion. [Some of the formulations in this text were helped by conversations with my late father, Stein Braten, in connection to his last book, see stein-braten.com. Also thanks for conversation with Dr Helene Amundsen Nissen-Lie about the response of the humanities to the notion of 'Artificial Intelligence'. After the conversation, and after listening to an interview at YouTube with Nobel Laureate Roger Penrose where he said that 'AI is a misnomer', it appeared to me that 'AI research' should be rather called 'HIE research', or 'Human Imitation Engine research'.]

I'm going to attempt to construct a thought-image which will, or at least can, satisfy both those who come from a spiritual outlook and wish to understand brain/mind/body, and those who come from what we loosely can call a more 'scientific' outlook. The spiritual outlook may be vague or, for some, more precise, but it is found in all those who are fascinated by such as what philosophers call e.g., 'the stream of consciousness', while at the same time being uneasy about assuming that this is merely the result of machine-like activity e.g. of the brain. In other words, those who do not wish to reduce the immediacy of human consciousness, feeling, mind and intelligence to a mechanical description, have what I here call a more 'spiritual outlook'. Many have both a spiritual outlook and a scientific outlook. The task of the following little article is to suggest a way in which these two outlooks can be at peace with each other. Simultaneously, we are describing a way, or some would say, a 'theory', of how consciousness relates to matter.

For centuries, before the advent of computers in mid 20th century, there were machines around with interesting features, including clocks and damp engines. The idea of trying to see the human as a machine was to some gripping, but even for Newton it didn't deeply challenge the more spiritual view that whatever the human body is, it also has something else--soul, consciousness, the light of the mind,--something which is present with the living aware human being and absent in the case of a dead human body. With computers mimicking and replaying many features of human behaviour, the machine image is a far more potent competitor in the mind of people--as regards how we view the human being. And this more potent image is tougher to fight--it becomes more and more easy to view the human being as a machine, and the spiritual outlook does not seem to have had a similar nurturing. So in some schools of thought in brain science, for instance, the view is held that the brain is a machine, and that the neurons interact by cause-and-effect principles although there are also more or less random fluctuations going on. These same people might regard consciousness as merely a fancy way of describing the activity, and might not object to applying such concepts to any machine, such as a robot with a vast computer program mimicking human mindful actions including talking, if it's convenient. These people regard consciousness as what we can call an 'emergent' phenomenon: in their view, when a human being says, "I am conscious and I have consciousness and I use this consciousness in making decisions", they do not interpret this as there being in fact something separate from the machine, called 'consciousness', which interacts with the machine, and changes the cause-effect actions of the machine. Rather, they regard it as a way that the machinery of the brain--the human brain, in this case-- describes to itself some features of its mechanical activity. They can be said to take a 'reductionistic' attitude to consciousness: whether it is an emergent phenomenon or not, it is, as they see it, merely the activity of a vastly complex machine.

In such a strict 'atheistic' view of the human being, some forms of science--such as computer science, and the analysis of how chemicals interact, including those with electric charges, such as in nerves--are often taken to be the scientific attitude; and those who have a more spiritual outlook, regarding consciousness in some sense as existing separately from matter, may appear to these reductionists as wishful thinkers, employing concepts which at best is unnecessary and at worst contradict clear logical thinking about the reality of human beings.

I think, for those not coming from a scientific outlook, it is important to appreciate that there is no official 'dogma' in science on the view of the brain versus consciousness. In fact, some of the most brilliant thinkers have diverged, and this is true to this day. Some of them were even friends or close collaborators in science. For instance, Alfred North Whitehead and Bertrand Russell were together in shaping brilliant expositions in logic. But while Bertrand Russell viewed the human mind and brain much along the lines of a machine, Whitehead eventually, especially after contact with quantum physics, regarded the human mind as something going beyond the machine. Similarly, Roger Penrose and Stephen Hawking worked closely together in shaping cosmological theories, but while Hawking preferred a more machine-like view of the human being and mind, Penrose decided that by his understanding of quantum physics, there are reasons to regard consciousness as not mechanical.

In the following text in this article, I will sometimes refer to words which make most sense to those who are acquainted with the fundamentals of modern physics. But if your starting-point is more humanistic, so to speak, you can skim more lightly over just those parts of the text initially and focus, at first, on that which makes most sense. Eventually, like a jigsaw where everything gradually comes into place as the whole image emerges, you may want to re-read the more physics-oriented parts to make still more sense of the entire thought-image of consciousness relative to the human brain as here presented. And while the comments on the human body focus on the brain, they are meant to be applicable, in many ways, to the whole of the human body.

Those who skim through the developments of the physics worldview since around the 1920s find that, in what is called quantum physics, we hear of light particles, or photons, as something which interact with matter particles, such as electrons. The photons seem to be able to be 'many in one place', in contrast to matter particles which are also called 'fermions', where 'only one in one place' seems to be the principle.

It has been said by many that quantum fluctuations have the appearance of random at some time, but that these fluctuations also may involve not only wave patterns, but intense orderings challenging even the time-space continuum as conceived in the theories of Albert Einstein. We speak of nonlocality--that there are some sort of non-transferring--perhaps in a sense instantaneous-- connection or interconnectedness. What we call 'quantum fluctuations' may mask a spectrum from the more random through more wave-like pattern all the way to something highly coherent and light-transcending.

Those whom, as I said, come from a more 'scientific' outlook are probably more or less nodding to all the latter formulations; while those who come from a more spiritual approach perhaps do not easily see a clear line from their thought to such thoughts. Indeed, it's rather complex, and the image of the computer, which is ever- present in every affluent society, is far more easy to conjure up; and so we are seeing a situation in which the computer image can, if we don't watch it, be the main image that we have of brains, minds, and human beings and our hearts and lives in general--in other words, that the computer and its activities provide the main metaphor for the sort of thinking we do about ourselves, about humanity.

And so my task here is to try and construct a thought- image that learns from the spiritual outlook, and which learns from that which we vaguely can call the scientific outlook, and which is not subjecting the human being to the reductionism of being viewed as yet another machine. It goes without saying that I regard the view of the human being as a machine as wrong in all important aspects.

In the following paragraphs, I will use the word 'consciousness' much, but I don't mean it to the exclusion of feeling, nor do I mean to put it in contrast to such as attention and awareness, but I use it in an inclusive sense, so that it includes also leaps of imagination, intelligent understanding, intuition, creativity, love, compassion, a relationship to pain, etc. Nor do I wish to exclude such as ‘the unconscious’. Those who come from the spiritual outlook should therefore feel free to include such as soul and spirit in this rather encompassing concept of 'consciousness'. And, as said, when I refer to the human brain, I don’t mean to exclude reference to the whole human body; I merely regard it as convenient to focus on brain as that which most obviously, for all, associated with human thinking and consciousness, and so representative of the relevant type of 'matter' when we seek a view of consciousness. And for those who wish to apply it to relationships, see e.g. my father’s book on sociological aspects of M. Buber's 'Ich und Du'.

Since the early days of quantum physics, with some rather 'dogmatic' schools of thought around it connected to such as (the otherwise very intelligent) Niels Bohr, a lot of opening up of interpretations have taken place. For those who are knowledgeable about the historical discussions in this field, I'm not merely speaking of the pilot wave theory by Louis de Broglie, the hidden variable theory of David Bohm, but of the many re-definitions by an array of physicists esp. of the notion of 'probability density' and where the original assumption by Einstein that 'no signal can transfer faster than light' has been hammered on, successfully, from many angles. Only rather insignificant features of this re-interpretation has gone into the notion of the proposed 'qubit' for a so-called 'quantum computer'. All computers rely, as is known, on semi- conductors, whose theories are grounded in some properties of quantum physics. So all computers are in that sense 'quantum computers'. A suggested 'qubit quantum computer' is merely an attempt to make gains on speed on an otherwise entirely mechanical product and is in no way reflecting more than a superficial aspect of the whole quantum theory. (Same with 'tribit' etc.)

While I have my takes on interpretations of quantum physics, I'm going to use here a concept that can be seen as compatible with most versions of quantum theory that has learned some lessons from the early days of discussion and at least picked up a tiny bit of ideas from the counter-perspectives presented by Louis de Broglie (including their nonlocal later forms).

In other words, what I will here talk of as a quantum feature is something that is compatible with many or most modern takes on quantum physics--in some cases after some discussion, in other cases more obviously so.

This quantum feature is this: extra information inside the probability cloud. Let us make this long phrase easy to refer to: Extra Information inside the Probability cloud = EIP.

I will endavour to make EIP a lively concept for those who have not, prior to this point, thought much about quantum theory or physics in its various shapes and forms.

A fundamental idea in quantum theory is that there is a certain minimum 'quantum of action', and this in many cases appear as a particle, and often a particle of very tiny energy. Thus for instance, while light--which can be described as particles, photo-particles, or photons, are reaching, eg. from distant stars, the human retina, so that an activation of neurons in the retina arises, the light doesn't arrive as a wave that gradually builds up. Rather the flash of a star--and indeed the human retina has nerves sensitive enough to pick up light from just a dozen or so photons--suddenly emerges at some spots. But when more and more of these photos arrives, a wave-like pattern is seen to arise which correspond to the wave-like understanding of light. [A process which has a degree of analogy to this is found when a telescope shines its starlight to a photographic plate of very weakly shining stars: at first, apparently random spots arise; then, particle by particle, the expected wave-like light pattern builds up on the plate.] So while wave features are intact, the actual interaction between light and matter are particle-like. When and where a particle of light, or photon, interacts with a particle of matter, is in each particular concrete case unknown before it arises. We're speaking here of probabilities associate with energies as 'densities', or 'clouds', and these probabilities are ingrained in the core of the quantum physics apparatus.

In other words, when light--which is a wave or a sort of field--we can, informally, say, a 'photonic field', spreads, as it meets matter, there is the probability cloud and features of within this probability cloud is connected to when and where of photons manifest. The word 'probability' refers to the fact that there is something or other, with a pattern, about to arise, but its more concrete manifestations are unknown before they do in fact arise. As the early quantum explorers found, the way we measure photonic fields affect the shape of the probability cloud. We may focus, for instance, on the movement or momentum aspects of the photonic fields, and that makes the probability cloud get other properties than if we focus on the position aspects of the field.

Without splitting hairs about probability clouds, when we speak of EIP, or extra information inside the probability cloud, we refer to the simple fact that inside probability lies the notion of the unknown--in the sense of room for more structure, more information if you like. Instead of dogmatically ruling this out, with a hundred years of discussion and further research in the quantum physics and related domains such as gravitation physics, behind us, there's a lot of general nodding amongst physicists that the probability clouds do have room for more structure than that which is confined to the typical measurements of position and momentum, and other such classical measuring situations. It is also generally assumed that the reality of the probability clouds is not merely a mathematical abstract idea, but something which, though somewhat immaterial and elusive and 'beyond-energy' in nature, is a fundamental part of the way the universe unfolds. The probability clouds, though in their original formulation tied up to what we humans know and do not know of a physical situation, are now considered somehow subtle structures of events themselves (and indeed active in making such as super-conductivity and super-magnetism possible; and there are countless other examples of this).

Whenever there is a finer study of material processes of any kind, then, there is the notion of probability clouds of some kind--whatever exact term is used--and due to the unpredictability here, we speak of 'quantum fluctuations' as also an intrinsic part of all matter, all energy.

Moreover, the quantum fluctuations are sometimes, in cases where there is more coherence and less noise, more orchestrated in some ways. This is related to how the probability clouds are different in some cases with more coherence and less noise. The exploration of what it means to reduce noise in situations where quantum fluctuations take place is often an essential part of the work.

By analogy, if you gently pad your eyelids when you have your eyes closed, you'll see some light-like effects and, when you open your eyes in an open space without artificial lights around to more clearly see dim stars, your eyes need all the quietude they can get to pick up stars. As in the center of the focus the more color- oriented neural rods are, --these color-oriented rods not being quite as sensitive to individual photon groups as the more black'n'white oriented rods: it can help, to pick up a dim star, to look very slightly away from it--just some degrees lets say to the left or right of it. In doing these things, you are directly experiencing two things: the energy interactions at the quantum level, and the interaction between the photonic field--also called the electromagnetic field--and the electrons (and more) in the matter of your neurons in the retina, --which in a certain sense of it are more or less part of your brain.

The conditions for interaction between electromagnetic fields, or photonic fields, and neurons, in this case, is tied up to the frequencies and wavelengths of the light. But it is well known that associated with the general motion of electrons in the brain, and other activity, there is electromagnetism surrounding and penetrating the brain--in other words, a photonic field--but of entirely different frequencies and wavelength. This is not merely a question of emanation of a field, such as picked up by the well-known EEG measurements, where we speak of alpha, beta, theta and delta waves and such, but also a question of receptiveness on the parts of electrons in the brain to this field. The photonic field as studied in the field of EEG has frequencies such as around 10 to 13 Hertz for alpha waves, and the wavelengths of the photonic field in this case is in the range of tens of thousands of kilometers--this you can work out by using the equation that relates the speed of light to the frequency, with 10 Hertz meaning ten cycles pr second.

Now let us be very clear that a photonic field has a probability cloud associated with it. The photonic field-- the electromagnetism--may have, if it comes from such as a radio transmitter, the shape of pop music; which, when converted into air waves, becomes audible pop music. But this photonic field, when it arrives and is picked up by the antenna and this is studied on the quantum level, comes across as individual energetic particles, namely photons, and while their patterns add up to reproduce the pop music, the individual energetic particles pop forth in ways and in places that is in each case determined by the probability cloud--ie., by the extra information in the probability cloud, the EIP. So the radio wave with the pop music goes along with an EIP that has additional structure.

So also in the case of the brain's photonic field. The shape of this field is one thing; the EIP is another thing --but associated with it. The shape of the field can be measured and when it is measured, the EIP is called on to give some results to our measuring apparatus. But the EIP is never directly measured. In a certain key sense, the EIP is immeasurable.

But while the EIP is immeasurable--and most thinkers in quantum physics over the past hundred years would agree to this, I think it is fair to say--it is also the case that some of the features of the EIP come forth in the quantum fluctuations. The photonic field of the brain affects, and is affected by, (in particular) electrons in the neurons. [Research has shown that EEG-like photonic fields can be applied rather than just measured so as to induce the expected mood-changes in the living human brains; besides, electromagnetic fields are always two-way in interaction with the structures that makes them.] Electrons are matter; the photonic field is a wave energy. The wave energy is spread out; the matter of the electrons is vast compared to the energy of each photon. The electrons are example of such 'fermions' as we referred to earlier--two electrons cannot exist on top of each other. When electrons interact with anything, quantum fluctuations are involved. When electrons interact with each other--indeed, when any matter in the brain interact with any other in the brain—this sort of energy is more condensed to areas in between the matter particles: this can easily be a case of 'local' interaction--one thing influencing the things that are next to it. This is what a machine typically is about--the things that are (locally) near each other influence the other things; and if we spell out the rules of this interaction and the fluctuations are relatively limited, the behaviour as a whole mimics a bit of that of a computer program--ie, it is rule-based. [And even if speed of a machine is enhanced by a nonlocal ‘spread-out’ probability cloud between some particles, it is still a machine when its rules can be spelled out as if it were local interactions.]

Now most of those who wish to see how the concepts of the quantum can affect the understanding of the biology of the brain have been looking for e.g. quantum coherence in the brain--and there are various candidates for this; and, as historically often has been the case with biology, when there are competing theories, the answer is 'both-and' rather than either-or. There is, for instance, interesting research into something which has a degree of analogy to coherent light, or laser light, in the concept of coherent water, and there is water in some of the strands of the neurons and speculation of an active form of quantum coherence in these. The neurons are surrounded by glia cells and these have features of interest also. And so on and on. And this is what I have heard about, and read about, --and while I've found this interesting and fascinating, it appears to me that the most obvious way in which the quantum has a say relative to the brain has not earlier on been spelled out (as far as I know).

For common to all the structures of the brain is that they are bathed in a photonic field. This is known. This field is not concentrated in pockets but to some extent spread out, because photonic fields are by nature spread out. The photonic fields are not composed of fermions, but are composed of whatever-it-is, perhaps photons, which can 'stack-up' on top of one another with apparent effortless- ness, having zero (or, as Louis de Broglie wanted it, near-zero) rest mass. Their energy is chiefly their energy of movement. The photonic fields are everywhere in the human body and in the brain, and they interact two-way with the electrons, the electrons having a charge that are especially susceptible to interaction and resonance with an electromagnetic, or photonic, field.

Wherever there is a photonic field, there is also a probability cloud--it is real but it is ephemeral, or subtle--it is an energy that is not quite an energy; a structure that makes itself revealed only partially, each time the field interacts with something so that energy is manifested. The probability cloud has, by the fact that we speak of it through the concept of probability, room for extra information. The EIP, or extra information of the probability cloud, goes together with the photonic field but cannot be reduced to the photonic field. But whenever the photonic field interacts with the brain, ie, with the electrons in the brain, something of it reveals itself by the exact manifestation of energy--just how an electron changes direction, or just when it gets its extra energy--and that fact that it is was this electron rather than the neighbouring electron that got its photonic interaction--all this is due to EIP.

Those who have studied how the brain is active during such as alpha relative to such as beta, using now the EEG terminology, have noticed that during the alpha states, the activity of the brain tends to be more symphonic. The alpha waves often go together with some more wholeness in the brain, while beta is more typically associated with 'light frustration'. If you dig into EEG archives, you'll find that people have been measuring on masters of a field while they perform actions in which they are masters, relative to how people's EEG waves are when they are about to learn a field. The masters have more of the deep, slow and well-orchestrated fields, while the beginners stumble into lightly frustrated 'beta' bursts of 30-40 Hz activity. Similarly, one has found that under some forms of light hypnosis learning can take place more deeply and this is again typically associated with alpha, or even slower waves, such as theta.

In the more quiet states of the mind, it follows, logically, that more quiet thoughts can be listened to by the rest of the mind. Again, the concept of star-gazing is apt: to pick up the dim light from stars that might be fascinatingly far away--so far away they may even be whole galaxies onto themselves--we must have a situation in which there are fewer 'distracting lights'. Now in the same way, if you have a good knowledge of a complex situation, and look for a solution of how to handle it, while you have may competing thoughts of how to handle it, the challenge may be that, in this state of mind of competing thoughts, the most genius thought is but a too- dim 'light', not readily appearing. But after rest and sleep and music and motion and focus on other things, when one against turn attention to the subject, these distractions may no longer be present. Instead, a solution may present itself. Its "light", as it were, shines forth, and--unless we're stretching the analogy too far--perhaps better by not staring straight at it, but slightly to the side of it.

It's pretty clear that there is some machine-like aspects of the brain and that the brain, like a computer program, can come into states which resemble a bit that which we in programming call a 'loop'. A loop can, indeed, prevent other activity of the computer; in some cases, a loop may prevent even keyboard interaction to the extent that a reboot of the computer is necessary before other work can take place on it. So when there is a state of the brain in which the electrons interact rather feverishly, and 'locally'--one 'pushes' into the other--that is a state of the brain different from one in which there is a sense of overall listening so that an individual manifestation of a particular good thought concept can be readily attended to by all the mind.

While brain science is still a young science, it is clear that there is often an activity in some neurons and some synapses when there is an activation or presence of some thoughts in the mind. This correlation doesn't mean that anybody has ever proved causation, or that a thought can be reduced to this neuronal activity. But that there is a correlation, and that this correlation is indeed part of what enables the brain to both store, and retrieve memories of past thought thoughts, has been fairly much established. So for living human being the health of the brain is a necessity for the health of consciousness. And the particular synaptic and neural activity at some spots are, as it seems, typically correlated with events, such as a thought attended to, in consciousness.

And, as we've amply justified, there's a photonic field associated with all the human brain. In the states of brain activity--perhaps vaguely associated with the alpha or near-alpha states--where individual thoughts, even if initially dim, can be 'amplified' in strength by attention to them, rather than get lost in an ocean of distracting thoughts, it is not too much to assume that neural activity inside the brain, just as neural activity inside the retina when watching stars, are sensitive all the way to the quantum level, in which photonic fields are having their effects. And we said, alongside a photonic field, there is EIP. And let's be clear that for a photonic field --which can be further analyzed into many simultaneously existing photonic fields of different frequencies existing on top of each other, all in and around a human being with the living human brain--the EIP has room for a gigantic amount of subtle structure. There is no rule that says that the EIP is just this size or that size. It being subtle and not-quite-manifest as far as energy goes, being there rather to guide each energy interaction, also means that it can carry a wealth of structure or information which goes entirely beyond the waveform of the photonic wave.

It is also clear that the EIP constantly changes, in a two-way manner, because of the two-way interactions that constantly takes place between electrons and photons. With every interaction that probability cloud is completely, and in a nonlocal way changed, in a manner that is not merely a change in the photonic field. In the cases where the brain is suitably picking up and amplifying events as small as those that take place on the quantum level, or in which the quantum level events are suitably coherent so that they in an accumulated sense add up to a significant energy event in the brain, the EIP is directly affecting how the consciousness unfolds. It is a vehicle that unfolds information by each of its interaction events with the electrons, and which constantly is informed by the presence of the electrons, and other matter features in the brain--and the body more generally.

So while, in this thought-image, we have not said that the electromagnetic field, or photonic field, has a shape that is equal to consciousness, we have now built up an argument that permits this thought image: the EIP associated with the photonic field, in interaction with the brain in suitably sensitive states, may have structure going far beyond the structure of the brain and its photonic field, and may be fairly near to a level of that which we personally experience as "consciousness". [There are other takes on consciousness, see for instance R. Penrose's way, in which he connects it to gravitation; and, in general, of course, ever since eg Erwin Scroedingers essays on Life and Matter there has been a sense in which people have wished to connect something of probability cloud to something of consciousness somehow; but as far as I know, this direct way of connecting a whole level of consciousness to the probability cloud of the ca 5-50 Hertz well-known photonic field of the brain --and not to the EEG field itself and without requiring particular quantum coherent structures in the brain to be found--is something new with this article; as said, I do regard 'both-and' as a healthy attitude to biological theories and regard it as likely that other vehicles for probability clouds to interact with neurons also exist; very exciting research has been done e.g. on human olfactory organs in this regard, connected to quantum geometry, suggesting that we are all 'born with' a quantum laboratory in our noses. I also would regard both neural water and glia cells as being interesting candidates for probability density activity in the brain, though laboratory research on the extent to which there is quantum coherence in living human brains in these structures has science fiction like complexities.]

There is an ancient understanding, or view, of consciousness that equates it, to some extent, to "light". While in a mechanical interpretation of light, light is something that enters the eyes as the eyes are opened, in this old and venerable view, light 'comes' from the eyes as consciousness of the person unfolds and meets the whole scene. If we allow for the Newton/Einstein conception of light as a field of energy and which, as Einstein proposed, emerges as energetic particles or photons, then we can by the 'latter-day understanding' of quantum theory say that the feature of probability cloud associated with these photons allow for the living type of information- oriented structure that we associate with consciousness. The extra information in the probability cloud, or EIP, may match the old understanding of light as consciousness and as something which exists in parallel to matter and which is not reducible to matter.

APPENDIX [2025:4:25] ABOUT THE REALITY AND NON-ILLUSIONARY FORM OF FREE WILL AND DECISION-MAKING IN THE WAKE OF BENJAMIN LIBET'S BRAIN STUDIES AND LATER VERSIONS OF THE SAME

For those who have appreciated the article as quoted in full form above and to which this is an added appendix some days later (article by myself from April 2025), they will no doubt have in mind the importance of distinguishing between aspects of mental functioning which is more machine-like and that which properly connect to the EIP through a suspension of the dominance of the machine-like aspect coupled with proper attentiveness. In this context, free will comes forth in that the wholeness of one's being is expressed, rather than just a mechanical aspect of it. To make decisions through one's whole being and exercise this freedom is obviously an art and not something that can just be assumed. When one applies these concepts properly one will see that the attempt by some in brain science to summarize certain findings as indication of 'illusion of free will' is rather an instance of disconfirmation for their idea of what the brain is all about.

The way I see free will is that free will is an expression of one's entire being--I will not say that free will is the expression of my whole being if it is made just after a succession of more or less logical thoughts and such. I do believe that I can make decisions according to my free will, in the sense that I can let my entire being express itself in deciding questions that I have pondered on for some time. Does this take 0.2s or 0.5s or 10 seconds? While in an artistic or generally creative process with proper preparation I submit that it can happen rather inststaneously--on condition that one knows what one is doing and is engaged with the whole of one's being and that one is particularly harmonious--I would normally say that making a decision by free will is something that takes, at the very least, days. It begins by the questions being asked. As long as I experience the brain coming forth with one thought after another about it, I do not regard it possible for the expression to come from my essence or higher self or whatever one wishes to call it--so the expression from my entire being is something I must call on, and it takes time. The brain can put the question, but it must then consciously let go and become quiet and attentive and receptive. To become properly receptive after a lot of thoughts and emotions have been attended to, and where facts have been sorted and not-too-factual thoughts have been corrected, takes time. It is absurd to assume that this can be a question of mere seconds in the normal case.

If somebody has the idea that free will and decisions from free will is simply the result of permutations of thoughts and emotions in a typical slightly frustrated day-state of mind, which in EEG terms normally is associated with such as beta, they have a rather mechanical conception of will and freedom and decision-making. In such a case, they have not distinguished between the more (local) interactions between thoughts of the more manifest kind, which obviously has a lot of correlations with neural activity and where the more clear thoughts obviously may be preceded by more subtle thoughts which can show up in sensitive neural measurements--and something entirely different, which is this: the receptiveness of the fullness of the thought-structure to something which can come by means of attention to the subtlest of idea-impulses in the wake of earlier enquiry into a subject. It is this cycle between the more superficial aspects of mental being and the wholeness of mental being over time that allows, as it were, for decision-making to come about as dialogue between conscious ego and the wholeness of oneself.

Freedom of will in this conception is the manifestation of harmonious dialogue between conscious ego and the wholeness of oneself if need be over days, weeks, months. It can take seconds, or work in split seconds, but only for the highly experienced, creative master of a field who with proper pre- meditation and full engagement is in tune with what is done and in full resonance with oneself.

In this context, studies such as by Benjamin Libet in the 1980s--such as here--

Libet B, Gleason CA, Wright EW, Pearl DK, Time of conscious intention to act in relation to onset of cerebral activity (readiness- potential): the unconscious initiation of a freely voluntary act. 1983, Brain 106:623–642

and extended, also for time duration, with a number of other studies and summarized in such as

Consciousness, decision making, and volition: freedom beyond chance and necessity, Hans Liljenstrom, Theory in Biosciences (2022) 141:125–140

cannot do any other than suggest to those who have the rather unfounded assumption that consequtive thought-making in a unengaged state of mind has anything particularly 'free' about it.

To conclude this appendix on a positive note, the value of the research initiated by Benjamin Libet and other brain scientists is that it suggests that attention to our mental states and understanding of what it means to act from the non-mechanical aspects of oneself must be part of every schoolchild's upbringing in order for them to foster genuine free will and true decision-making from the fullness of this free will of their entire being.

if you could give yourself an advice in the begging of your journey, what would it be?

one piece of advice I would give myself is, stop running to bloggers for every small doubt, just read Edward art and when in doubt ask "would I do ... if I was living my dream life"

keep in mind I have been on loablr since 2022, known about loa since 2020 and been using subs since 2017

it's definitely been a journey and I think I've seen it all...

self denial, self promotion - edward art

“the cause is self inside. all fear inside is self fear. all desire inside is self desire. all denial inside is self denial. it comes down to the self. we can use our imagination unwisely by fearing things, desiring things, and denying ourselves of things but in the end its just things. so we change not the things of the world, but the self. we do this by leaving the world of things alone and ignoring the facts of the world and accepting, fulfilling, and approving ourselves into a new state.” - edward art

The mind unconsciously loves problems because they give you an identity of sorts. This is normal, and it is insane.

“Problem” means that you are dwelling on a situation mentally without there being a true intention or possibility of taking action now and that you are unconsciously making it part of your sense of self.

You become so overwhelmed by your life situation that you lose your sense of life, of Being. Or you are carrying in your mind the insane burden of a hundred things that you will or may have to do in the future instead of focusing your attention on the one thing that you can do now.

consciousness is the only reality

posted by sensibly_aesthetic on reddit

“This sentence explains absolutely everything when it comes to manifesting. I hope these explanations help things click into place the way it did for me.

Stop reacting to the physical world. For now and evermore. If consciousness is the only reality that exists, why react to the physical world?

That also involves this: stop trying to change the physical world. It doesn’t exist. If you want your problem to go away, just stop focusing on it. Lack of attention to something makes it fade away. You can’t be successful if you keep focusing on and changing the old. You just bring more struggle into your experience.

As your consciousness is the only reality that exists, you already have what you want. There is nothing you have to change (in the physical world) when you have what you want.

The only thing you have to change is your mind. It is all that exists. Absolutely nothing else does. You already have what you want. Creation is finished. Realise and be aware that your wish already exists, it doesn’t need you to help create it, it just needs you to be loyal to its existence. Get used to being aware of your desire, instead of being aware of its lack. You have to BECOME. Not try to get, not try to manifest, but become. All these thoughts are references of something that already exists. So live the life you would now that you have what you want. Let the old story of trying go away, and the new story of having come in.

None of the things you see outside is the ‘truth’. To be honest, nothing is. As consciousness is the only reality, what you think or believe is the truth is what you’ve paid so much attention to in your mind. With all those thoughts and feelings, it had to come into your physical world. That’s why manifesting isn’t about something contradicting the other. It’s about paying all of your attention to something else so it can arrive in your experience instead.

Once you truly understand what you’re supposed to do, which is simply becoming, you might wonder about the when’s, the how’s, the “is it even possible” questions. Let me answer each of them. It is a universal law. The very fabric of reality. It will deliver, no matter what. The fact that you have it in your mind is proof enough, as it is in the only reality. The world will reflect that. As for the other two, it doesn’t matter. The world isn’t based off of ‘this is more logical and likely than the other outcome’. It is based only off of your mind. It doesn’t change, it reflects. Absorb the meaning of that. As long as you have a clear and powerful image in your head, it will bend to answer you. Anything is possible.

The physical manifestation will and must come. As Neville said, the time difference is inversely proportional to the amount of naturalness. I like to think of the physical world as a screenshot of your mind right now. You might ask, if I have it right now, why can’t I see the corresponding screenshot? The thing is your mind is filled with all the old thoughts too. The more you sink into the right mindset, the more evidence you will see. The world doesn’t reflect all of a sudden. It takes every thought and reflects it physically. So it’s happening physically little by little, to reflect the perfect whole image in your head of already having it. That’s why this is a practice. Neville said something similar, to focus on the feeling fulfilled until it crowds all other ideas of consciousness. Don’t keep on changing to having the old story or your progress will be slower, or it’ll even stop. Your mind should be full of this new reality where you already have it. The less you focus on the old story and the more you focus on the new one, the more evidence of your desire you will see.

I’m going to quote myself from the previous point: ‘Your mind should be full of this new reality where you already have it.’ And that’s what Neville was trying to say all along when he talked about changing your reality. He wasn’t telling you how to change the physical world. The physical world reflects your mind, it isn’t a reality. And that process is automatic, you don’t have to meddle with that. He was explaining how to change your mind. By accepting that you have it, and living life from there. He was teaching people how to change their mind to realise that.

Sometimes it’s hard because you see the world and you think, oh no, this stuff is happening, nothing is changing. Remember, the world in every moment is a screenshot of your mind. Nothing is happening, it’s just screenshotting and reflecting. Your new desire is crowding out everything else. You might still see evidence of your old story. But if you’re loyal to the happenings in your mind, that won’t be very long. You have already determined the end result. Stay true to it. Live in that state of mind. You already have it all, so none of the things you see matter. They’re fading away, being crowded by the new image.

How To Manifest Your Desired Appearance By Applying States

How To Manifest Your Desired Appearance By Applying States

How To Manifest Your Desired Appearance by Applying States

If you read my success stories post, you would know that I successfully manifested both my desired face and my desired body using the Law of Assumption. Specifically, by applying states.

Each state comes with its own set of thoughts. So first, I found it was beneficial to make a list of thoughts that I would think if I had my desired appearance.

For example, while manifesting my desired face, I knew my thoughts wouldn't just be "I have my desired face." That sounded and felt very mechanical to me. Instead, here were some of the things I'd be thinking naturally, and therefore things I adapted as my affirmations:

"I love being so pretty I don't even need makeup."

"I feel very confident today."

(When seeing someone I viewed as very pretty): "She's pretty, but I am prettier."

"Everyone wants to look like me because I am the most gorgeous woman in the world."

"I always look so good in pictures."

Any time I felt insecure or upset about my appearance, either my face or my body, I would immediately switch back to my desired state. Something that helped me a lot was minimizing the time I spent looking in the mirror. You can't see your face unless you're looking at your reflection. So really, I had no proof that I didn't look how I wanted to in my 3D. Any time I'd think of my appearance, I would imagine I looked like my DF. My old face was dead and gone to me. And when I did catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I'd pretend I was simply looking at my old self, because I knew for a FACT I looked different now.

I also made certain to fall asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled every night. I did this by doing SATS every night. I would imagine myself looking in the mirror and seeing my DF. I only looped the scene around five times before I got too drowsy to do it anymore. Then I'd drop off into sleep. Most nights, when I saw my own face in my dreams, I looked exactly like my desired face.

Any time throughout my day I found myself thinking from the state of lack, I would simply shift back to my desired state. I would do this by saying "I already have it." Sometimes it'd take me a while to sustain the state, because I kept immediately doubting. But I'd just keep shifting myself back into the desired state. I would not let myself give in to my negative thoughts.

I persisted until I finally woke up with my desired appearance. It got easier every day. I remained patient with myself. I knew it was possible. The only thing holding me back was my own doubts and fears. It got easier to recognize them (because sometimes they were camouflaged, as they were so natural to me) and it got easier and easier to dwell in my desired state, until it became my dominant state.

That is how I manifested my desired appearance! It really comes down to discipline, not taking no for an answer, and persistence.

After crashing out i reached sabbath again! so yesterday my sp was asking to meet me but then with my 3D circumstances i wasn’t able to go out.

This really made me feel like i was stuck in my old circumstances. Waking up with same 3D, while dealing with every problems i created here i had to fulfill myself. So i felt so frustrated and annoyed. But i found my way back to my state.

I even changed my dr list idk why but that wasn’t feeling fulfilled i think i’m pretty much used to my first dr state so it was a little weird mental journey.

I keep forgetting consciousness creates the reality, and my state is real. Like actual reality i’m living in.

From everyone’s story, while they were facing their problems in 3D they always fulfilled their desires and eventually 3D reflected back.

I guess now there’s nothing to do other than have everything in 4D.

letting go of needing proof in 3D was little challenging tbh. But i learnt to be indifferent to my 3D and continue live with my desires in 4D.

Anyway little update on my journey

Free Yourself From Reasoning
Free Yourself From Reasoning
Free Yourself From Reasoning

Free Yourself from Reasoning

Deny your reasoning.

You reasoning is all of the things that you tell yourself while you're manifesting that are stopping you from experiencing what you want in your imagination. Examples include "what if <this> happens and it keeps me from my manifestation?" Or "how do I know I'm doing it right? How do I know I'm not messing everything up?"

These reasonings are what is keeping you trapped in your limited state. You have to abandon your reasoning in order to make your desired state your dwelling state. You have to abandon anything that comes into conflict with your wish fulfilled.

Consciousness is the only reality, so your reasoning is in your consciousness.

Let go of your reasoning in consciousness. Your imagination should be your perfect utopia, don't let your reasoning exist there as well.

Your reasoning is causing you to keep thinking in terms of separation instead of reflection. Your 3D reality is reflecting your consciousness. These two things are not separate from one another. If you are allowing your reasoning to exist in the 4D, it will exist in the 3D. You are not allowing yourself to be freed from your old circumstances because you are allowing reasoning to stop you.

Things go away when your attention is placed off of it and upon something else. Your reasoning will cease to exist when you take your attention off of it. The only way something can go wrong is if you repeatedly place your consciousness on the possibility of something going wrong.

If you focus on the problems of your 3D, your old circumstances, your old story, your limited state, you will continue to create more of them. Allow yourself the freedom of taking your focus off of the things that do not serve you.

You must become very focused on actually being who you want to be. Stop desiring to be it and actually be it.

Your reasoning is very convincing. After all, it points to things that you view as truthful. It uses your past, your fears, your worries against you. But you don't have to be attached to the reasoning, because you are the cause of the reasoning. It only exists because you created it. And you create from reasoning, too. It's how you hold yourself back.

So how do you let go of reasoning while imagining?

You can either tell yourself that what you're experiencing in your imagination isn't real because you're just imagining and your 3D actually looks like xyz, OR...you can grant what you see in your imagination reality and tell yourself that it <is> real.

Experience the reality of it. You can do this by feeling the wish fulfilled. Or by adding sensory vividness to what you are imagining. Either add sensory vividness by yourself, or allow it to happen naturally by abandoning your reasoning and telling yourself what you are experiencing is real.

Through reasoning, you are convincing yourself that what you're imagining is not real because it is simply in your imagination. By everything stems from imagination, so of course it is real.

Abandon your reason. If you do not allow yourself to feel your reasoning as real, and you just ignore it and pretend it isn't there, you can actually start to feel that what is in your imagination <is> real. The more that you let go of reasoning, the more your desire will begin to feel real to you. Nothing has to exist in your imagination if you do not want it to, if you do not give power to it.

Your inner man can do or have what it wants at any time. Where your inner man goes, you will go. You are just a reflection of your inner man. If you allow your inner man to be held back by reasoning, you will be held back by reasoning as well. If you allow your inner man to abandon reasoning, the reasoning will not reflect into your 3D reality. There is no need to wonder "what if?" because it can only happen in your outer world if you allow it to happen in your imagination first.

when you manifested your apartment, you said that you struggled to ignore the 3d, but when you immersed yourself in the feeling every night did it suddenly become easy to be indifferent to the 3d?

Yes it did!

What also helped me was monitoring my thoughts throughout the day. Like I mentioned in my success stories post, I was reacting to the 3D without realizing I was. For example, I would think about how I needed to clean my house the next day or else my parents would be upset with me. These thoughts are inevitable and a part of dealing with the 3D, but I would end up dwelling in them instead of shifting back to the state of the wish fulfilled. It was difficult for me because these weren't necessarily <negative> thoughts, but they were still thoughts that didn't match up with my desired state. Once I started paying attention to my thoughts throughout the day, and shifted back to my desired state after recognizing thoughts such as these, I was naturally going back to my desired state a lot more. That + falling asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled every night is what helped me to bring my desire to fruition in the 3D!

States: What They Are And How To Use Them
States: What They Are And How To Use Them

States: What They Are and How to Use Them

A state, also known as a state of consciousness, is an identity. When you are in the state of the wish fulfilled, you are identifying and being the person who already has your desire(s).

For example, say you're manifesting a specific person, more popularly referred to as an SP. You are currently identifying as someone who is single. As someone who wants your SP but doesn't have them. In order to manifest them, you need to identify as someone who is taken; someone who is in a relationship with your SP.

You are I Am: pure consciousness. You are currently embodying a state, and you can just as easily embody a new one. You are not your state, and you can move between states with perfect ease.

For ease, we often refer to the state that we desire to occupy--the state where we already have our desire--as the State of the Wish Fulfilled.

No matter what you are manifesting, your goal is to make the State of the Wish Fulfilled your dwelling state. You do this by going back to the State of the Wish Fulfilled more than you go back to the state where you do not have your desire. An encompassing term for this is the State of Lack.

How do you enter a state?

By intention. The second you want to enter a state, you do just that. However, if you're new to applying states, this might be a confusing concept to you. It can be hard to trust the fact that you actually shifted states, even though you did. If this is how you feel, you can say an affirmation that implies you entered the state. It can be as simple as "I am now in the State of the Wish Fulfilled."

Now you're in the State of the Wish Fulfilled. What happens if you go back to the State of Lack? How can you tell you fell out of the state?

A simple way to tell that you have fallen out of the State of the Wish Fulfilled is by your thoughts. Your thoughts come from your state, so if you are thinking thoughts that do not align with your desired state, then you have fallen out of it. These thoughts can be negative thoughts, doubts, worries, reactions to the 3D, et cetera. Reasonings is an encompassing term for this, which I discuss in <this> post.

All that is needed of you when you realize that you slipped from the State of the Wish Fulfilled, is to shift back to it. Say your affirmation again. "I am now in the State of the Wish Fulfilled." Problem solved; you are now back in the state.

It is important to monitor your thoughts, so that every time you enter the State of Lack, you can quickly re-enter the State of the Wish Fulfilled.

Make sure you shift back to the State of the Wish Fulfilled every time you notice that you have slipped out of it. By doing this, you will make the State of the Wish Fulfilled your dwelling state. Once the State of the Wish Fulfilled is your dwelling state, your desire will manifest into your 3D reality.

Persist until this happens. That is all you need to do.

honestly, if i succeed in fulfilling myself that you replied, it'll raise my faith a little bit when/if I see that you replied.

I've been on this journey for the longest time I'm talking divineangelbee, planet, cine, bibi, dreamgrlsworld, daphne, the void obsession, the alpha waves, the mindless or just feeling while affirming, the self and void concept challenges for 2 weeks, and now applying states after edward art and neville and having things click with aphroditeapprentice and blushydior etc ; applying for months. But guess what idk what is happening and what's holding me back!

i know that if i was in the state, I obviously wouldn't be sending this message but since it doesn't matter what I do in the 3D and my human self wants to ask for help, I will ask for guidance.

I've even fulfilling myself, returning to the wish fulfilled whenever I think of my desire, I prioritize the inner man over getting physical results but you know, if someone was doing it right, it would reflected by now right? of course it would because it's the law.

I don't why it hasn't done so yet and l'm slowly and at the same time very quickly losing my faith because it's been like what, 2/3 years since I found out about the law from tumblr? I KNOW I'm meant to be living my dream life in a little cottage in Europe or big mansion in LA, I KNOW I was meant to succeed and live a life of my dreams because I deal with hard things in my life, I AM! MEANT TO SUCCEED. but what am I doing wrong if it's been months of fulfilling myself that it should've been my dominant state already? I feel good and every time I doubt, I know and tell myself that I ALREADY experience my desire in imagination and it HAS to reflect?

thank you, if you answer this I really would appreciate it :)

I'm going to try my best to answer this without further confusing you so sit tight and in the case that I do bring forward any confusion, do let me know.

In a nutshell, the point of manifesting (or moreso the purpose of life itself) is to appease hunger. That is, to free yourself from the feeling of desire (wanting something) by giving it to yourself whether it's money, the mansion, the dream life, appearance, I could go on and on because whatever you want to acquire is possible of being acquired (because imagination is limitless). If you know the law, you know imagination creates reality so imagination will always be your workshop and that is essentially how you change self (I AM).

Imagination isn't separate from reality because imagination is reality itself. Man's greatest downfall has been to separate the two as completely independent when that could not be further from the truth. When you turn to imagination and you use it to think about what it would feel like to have the face card and the mansion and the dream life, you are present in that moment to the point where it feels like a real experience. If you allow yourself to bask in the feeling of the wish fulfilled, it's as real of an experience as you reading this very post. Neville has previously discussed procuring the wish fulfilled in a way as if you are traveling through time to the end and witnessing the outcome firsthand, then you make your way back to the present and trust that it will unfold as you experienced. It's like when you watch a film you've previously watched and you already know what the ending is, you don't stop to think what could happen, you already know what will because you saw it yourself.

If time is a relevant concern for you and you're looking around to see if it's there, I'm afraid to say you haven't fully yielded to it. You simply thought of it and not from it. If you experienced it and knew that it was done, you would be appeased from hunger and you wouldn't desire it anymore. How could you want something you already have? Time is an obstacle that is standing in between you and the state of consciousness that asserts you as being someone who has the desire in question already in their possession. When you nail yourself to that state and I mean you fully yield yourself to it to the point where you don't feel separate from it anymore, the feeling of desire will vanish. You don't care about time, you don't care about the senses, nothing moves you. Why would it if you know it's yours? (Hint: this is the Sabbath)

I constantly receive so, so many "I did all of this, why hasn't it happened?" questions and I believe you when you say you really gave it your entire heart, but you should sit and ask yourself genuinely if you actually focused more on the thing itself versus quenching the desire you have for it.

I'm here once again to swear by the State Akin To Sleep and why I love it so much. I won't repeat the process since I went into it quite extensively so I highly suggest you read the post.

“Whatsoever you desire, when you pray, believe that you have received it, and you will.”

When I started understanding the SATS through the idea of it as "praying", it made so much more sense to me. You're not visualizing to get, you're visualizing to feel its reality so desire vanishes. If you use imagination to feel its reality (believe that you have received it), the 3D will follow and it shall materialize. This is one of the reasons why I love the state akin to sleep so much. It's such a simple and easy way to define the end and identify yourself with it.

When I use the SATS, I let myself sit with the wish fulfilled by thinking of what the end would look like, what would I hear, who would I be with, what would I see, etc. and I focus on it until I'm consumed by the feeling and acceptance of it and then bring myself back. I trust that my prayer has been answered because I felt the reality of it, so that must mean it's already mine. If for some reason I would feel doubtful or separate from that state of consciousness, I would simply induce the state again and focus on its reality. Do this as many times as you need to until you no longer feel compelled to because you're certain that your prayer has been heard (See: the Sabbath).

I highly encourage you to assess how you're going about manifesting and to use the State Akin To Sleep to catch the mood so you can nail yourself to it. You said it best yourself, you were meant to succeed and live the life of your dreams. Remember that failure is only an option if you let it be one. Don't give up, my love <3

Do you feel Impatient?

I've made a post about this before but my views have changed. Do you feel impatient?? if yes than you are NOT doing what Neville told us to do and that is to stop desiring, thats the first and foremost. But dont blame yourself or feel down because of it, infact feel positive because you now know what you are working with and the solution is to stop desiring, how? by fulfilling your desires in the inner world (the ONLY real reality) Fulfillment and desiring cant go together you have to either be in the state of desiring or fulfillment and clearly you are in the state of desiring rn. One thing people need to drill in their head is to leave the 3d alone and accept imagination to be the only real reality, idk how many more times i and many other blogs have to repeat this but PLEASE try to understand, if you want your desire you will HAVE to make this sacrifice and this is the only thing asked of you. You might feel scared to let go of the outerworld you may have questions like "what if i am just imagining and feeling things that may never happen" Well do you believe in the Law?? if yes then you dont have to worry whatsoever because what you do in imagination HAS to be reflected thats the law and you dont have to worry about that, let the law take care of it you just fulfill your desires in imagination and move on,now alot of people get stuck in the "move on" or as Neville calls it "let it be" part. you dont have to be like "damn i have to think about it again" because you are not trying to attract it, remember life is happening FROM you not TO you, so its not like if you say it enough times and it will just fall in to your lap thats not what the law promises (not saying that repetition doesnt work but repeating desperately to "make it happen" is not quite right imo) so like you just imagine and have fun feeling what it would be like and then persist being it, NOT persist trying to make it happen but being it and the law will take care of the rest .Once you do that you will feel fulfilled in your imagination when you imagine because you will no longer worry about the outerworld and therefore no longer feel impatient.

so happy to see you back <3 your success story has always been my favorite

did you ever deal with overthinking on your journey? i know the law is real but i keep thinking that i'm always doing something wrong. i know the law works but i can't seem to trust that i'm doing it right:(

there was a lot of overthinking at the most random times. I would be so fulfilled for a few days, no negative thoughts or doubts and then one day I'm overthinking like it's the end of the world. I became the most anxious person and there would be doubt after doubt.

I just learned to let it be. it will pass and as soon as I'm feeling better I can just Guide myself back to my desired state.

what was I stressing for when my desires are mine?

youre not doing anything wrong, I promise you that and when you do feel like it, just go back to the state

˒ ⊹ ݁ ִ   THE IMAGINATION IMPROVEMENT CHALLENGE 🌟

the challenge that’ll change your mind AND your life.

 ˒ ⊹ ݁ ִ   THE IMAGINATION IMPROVEMENT CHALLENGE 🌟
 ˒ ⊹ ݁ ִ   THE IMAGINATION IMPROVEMENT CHALLENGE 🌟
 ˒ ⊹ ݁ ִ   THE IMAGINATION IMPROVEMENT CHALLENGE 🌟

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ༺♡༻

GOALS:

start to entirely live in imagination & accept it as the only reality within a week.

fully realize that imagination is the source of life.

applying the law properly from this point on.

change self to accept that you already what you want, duh.

PREFACE:

are you tired of trying to change your 3d? well, you're in luck! because now you can give up!

because it wasn't your job to change it to begin with. your actual job is to change imagination (self) by accepting that you have what you want in your mind.

"BUT JAY I WANT IT IN THE 3D!!!!@_)@#@)#)" okay. well. how'd that work out for you? exactly. here's the thing, we can't change the 3d without changing imagination. the 3d only shows who we're conscious of being, not what we want.

thankfully, i came up with this challenge at 1am.

for the following week, we're gonna invest in ourselves & improve our self concept!!

not the "i'm a doe eyed man-eating femme fatale goddess who makes the 3d her BITCH" type of self concept. we're improving it by changing and feeling what we put after I AM.

here's the thing, in MY opinion, self concept really is key. you naturally focus on imaginal acts that match the states (self concept) you've accepted. i mean, you're obviously going to feel like you're lying to yourself if you don't feel yourself to be what your imaginal act implies. self >>>> over all.

for ex: you're in the state of being a stellar student. you naturally think about how you're gonna get an a, imagine yourself being class valedictorian, etc.

all because of who you've accepted to be within imagination.

i am (conscious of being) a stellar student -> 3d displays that.

again, the 3d is NEVER delayed. your human senses are extremely limited. hence, why you need to always turn to imagination validate your assumption. imagination is the only reality, and as long as you know you are/have what you want in there, the law will express it in the 3d.

the main goal of this challenge is simple: change imagination.

change your mind -> change your life.

it's gonna feel weird at first, but it'll go away the second you realize that your mental activity is exactly what you've always wanted to be. you're gonna actually like yourself, and who you're being! and the 3d reflecting it just the cherry on top!!

you have the knowledge, you know what to do, so start applying and GET YOUR SHIT!!!

now. let's set some rules.

RULES:

🎀 note: you're gonna follow these for 7 DAYS straight. no cheat days. no exceptions. nada.

RULE ONE: figure out what you want to BE. not what you want to have.

you can worry about that later. when you think of your desire, who would you LOVE to be while having your desire? for example: are you treated like royalty? are you spoiled? are you a devoted lover or a heartbreaker?

then switch your state to that!

ex: i am (conscious of being) treated like royalty. i am ____.

you can also use this to your advantage to boost up your self esteem & how you view in yourself in relation to the world. turn that love and attention of your desire to yourself! doesn't matter how "impossible" it seems. go crazy!!

RULE TWO: fulfill and move on.

you know your imagination is the only reality. so, if you desire something. imagine, accept and move on. don't imagine to make something happen, imagine to give yourself your desire & fulfill yourself! whenever it'd be affirmations, visualizing, etc. have fun with it!! with your self concept switched, it'll be easier to let it be since it's literally who you are!

remember, if you're satisfied after imaging, you've successfully accepted it!

RULE THREE: break up with your 3d cause i'm bored.

drop it. just drop it. no matter how many times you try to change it, it never will until you change self. it can only show you who you're conscious of being. to practice this law is to trust it and yourself. the law will find a way to make your desire materialize in the best way possible. leave it alone.

leave your 3d alone and persist in imagination ONLY. persist in your state until it feels natural to you. by natural, i mean it becomes something that you know is a part of you. the 3d can be falling apart, your thoughts can be a jumbled mess, but your self concept will always be there to be your safety net. you'll always have it in imagaintion. embrace it, and trust it.

RULE FOUR: NO. MORE. CONSUMPTION.

that means no tumblr. or twitter. or x. WHATEVER. you already know the basics.

decide what i want -> switch states -> fulfill within -> persist if reminded = changed imagination = changed 3d.

easy peasy, lemon squeezy. you don't need anymore information. imagine to fulfill YOURSELF ONLY. if you feel that anxiety about the "lack" of your desire in the 3d (which i'll doubt you'll feel since you're just too busy having a blast in imagination) , just go "i'm not changing the 3d, i'm changing self." if it gets too intense, let it all out, recollect, and gently go back in your new state.

stick to this routine for at least a week. & trust me, you're gonna go through a fuckin' rebirth of a lifetime.

now, go forth!!

I’m tired of women should be this or that. Like as if we are supposed to be limited to our options. idc about all those romance, society rules it’s boring and stupid but i understand that why they would say it. But still i’m stuborn and i will want things i want the way i want it

Society will always tell women what we want, what we need, what makes us valuable, and what we should expect from life, but until we get clear on what we really want, what we really need, and what our dream for ourselves is, we will be living in society’s dream and expectations for us and wondering why we are so dissatisfied, tired, bored, unwell, and/or unfulfilled. -India Ame’ye

My personal favorite manifestation stories & why

So i wanted to share my most favorite stories which are moonbakeries’ and blushydior’s. Their story is so simple and encouraging. Makes it easier to understand the law. They both were in hard circumstances and they both persisted in their new story and got their desires. But when i say it like they got their desires it makes it look like they did something to have it. But no, they understood how the law operates so that’s why everything reflected back.

I have been on loablr since 2023? idk i don’t remember those days exactly. Now i think of those times when i thought i persisted and got no results i was still resistant towards my new identity which you could call your “desired state” or “dream life”. The most helpful realization was that i still had love for my old state. Everything seems impossible or hard if you still see things from your old self’s perspective. That’s why i also studied Buddha’s teachings and non-dualism. They teach there’s only one self and one else. Which could sound haunting and kinda sad at first but as time goes on, the more you experience human life, you realize things mean something because only you thought so.

Let’s think about it. Can someone else think for you? no. Even if you think so, still you are the only one thinking, assuming, believing, manifesting.

A few days ago i felt like my life was so meaningless and i had no desire to live at all. Everything felt empty and cold. Then i just decided why not and i will think what i want.

Now let’s go back to my favorite manifestation stories. They persisted in their new story. Even physical reality didn’t look like their desires they didn’t give any meaning and immediately gave themselves their desires in imagination.

We are always in our imagination/4D. We can leave physical reality/3D (void state) but we don’t actually leave 4D and never will. Even if you imagine nothingness you are still imagining it.

It’s been 3-4 days since i decided to have some discipline and just persist. First 2 days i was fighting a lot with my thoughts which related to my old state. But i kept going on and kept persisted.

Now the only thing seems to be keeping me is my expectations of 3D changing. But if 3D is simply mirroring 4D then why would i want to fill my 4D with my current 3D again. Makes no sense.

I understand how everything is instant and 3D means nothing. Because when you think about void state, you are pure consciousness meaning there’s no 3D to give meanings to. So it means if we stop giving any meanings to 3D then what’s the difference between manifesting in void state or just simply changing your state/a+p.

I pretty much entered the sabbath state. I decided to let go of expecting 3D to change and continue whatever the life i’m living rn but give it no meaning and freely feel, live however i want in 4D. It might sound confusing or too much but when you actually want to practice the law, i think every single details matters a lot.

I wanted to share all this so you might understand what’s going on or something. And i will be the next one sharing the success story of waking up with my new reality. Which i already accepted as mine in 4D.

Right now how i see everything is, just asking myself would i care about this or think about it if i already woke up with my desires and physically with everything right now? No.

I don’t even think about how i should deal with my 3D. i think about what i will do for a second then immediately goes back to my desired state and think from it. As 3D goes by i don’t give any meanings related to that I don’t have my desires. Because i already living the life i want n having the things i want in my 4D then what’s left to doubt or question.

Anyway, sharing this so maybe someone might relate or something
