Wake Back To Bed is probably the best method
i get lucid dreams without even intending to
so i set an alarm to wake me up after 5-6 hours of sleep
this is important because this time stamp is during your REM period, where you dream.
once i wake up i stay up for 20-90 minutes and go back to bed
i go back to bed and i get sleep paralysis and after a few minutes i will enter a dream
i look at my hands and they looked messed up so that’s how i know i’m dreaming.
i couldn’t even give you a specific number of how many lucid dreams i’ve had bc it works that well for me.
once you master this you can SHIFT to your dr
you can affirm, visualise etc to shift to your dr. that’s it.
before this you should ground yourself, perform reality checks like looking at your hands, poking ya finger through your hands etc.
i’m pretty sure it can be used as both an awake/sleep method.

: ̗̀➛ make digital scrapbooks - it could be about a fun day you had with your friends or maybe a significant moment in your life. if you have a pinterest board dedicated to your dr, i recommend scrolling through it to find pictures that you can include in your scrapbook. add in some stickers and maybe a short paragraph of what you did that particular day (treat it as if you're writing in your journal). use an app like canva and get creative with it.
examples of digital scrapbooks (i found all of them on pinterest so creds to the original creators):
: ̗̀➛ create a poster - this example is specifically for people who are actors/actresses in their dr: make a poster about an upcoming movie/tv show you're starring in. examples:
: ̗̀➛ make music playlists about your dr - i always do this because it's simple and therapeutic, especially when you're feeling really demotivated and want to do something that requires the least amount of effort
: ̗̀➛ plan outfits for a day in your dr - ask yourself what you're going to wear tomorrow. for this one, i recommend using an app called combyne or shuffles (if you're willing to put extra effort into it).

seriously this was random but i used my hmm method RIGHT after some DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP ass meditating where i just laid there and tired my body for sleep, then i simply did that hmm method and i got in the trance state so quickly, i felt like my body was slipping off, and my dumbass said "let's shift" and the next thing i know is i shifted somewhere????
like i don't remember, it was weird, i just remembed seeing a very sudden bright of flash light and- mf i'm writing this at an angel number, 3:33.
btw guys, the silva method>>>> anyways i didn't continue, so i shifted somewhere which was my room but not my room.
and then i didn't care much ab it and just laid down to sleep again, and just rn i went back to the memory and it clicked.

some of you guys need to realise there is a difference between your consciousness and your brain
your consciousness is you - your awareness, your essence - but your brain is just the physical organ processing experiences in each reality. when you shift, you’re moving your consciousness into a different version of yourself, one with a different brain shaped by different life experiences. that means some things won’t feel exactly the same. your thought patterns, instincts, even personality might be different because they were formed by a different life. maybe a food you dislike here is your favorite there, or a skill you struggle with now comes naturally.
“when i first shift i’m gonna be so freaked out!” well, no. the moment you shift, your consciousness seamlessly integrates into the brain of that reality, making it feel completely natural. It won’t feel like some sudden, jarring experience; it’ll just feel like you’ve always been there, like a natural continuation of your life in that reality.
“i’m gonna be so awkward around my friends at first” nope. there’s nothing to ‘get used to’ because your brain in that reality already knows them. their mannerisms, inside jokes, and history with you will feel completely natural - just like any other day speaking to your friends.
so lets cut out all of the ‘omg i met them and they realised something was off’ or ‘omg i almost had a panic attack when i first shifted i was so shocked’ because that’s just not how it works. there’s no dramatic reveal, no awkward adjustment period. you’re simply there, living as if you always have been.
