1. Apple juice or apple pieces and water (as a base, and for love for yourself or the sick friend)
2. Ginger (antiseptic and good for chest problems)
3. Cinnamon (cleansing, healing, and digestion)
4. Cloves and anise (cleansing, healing and antiseptic properties )
5. Honey
6. Salt
1. Simmer the apple juice, or apple pieces in water
2. Add the ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and anise, focusing on the meaning of each ingredient.
3. Add 3 very very small pinches of salt for cleansing; one for the body, one for mind, one for the spirit.
4. Add honey for binding
5. Stir counterclockwise as you visualise banishing the sickness
6. Hum or sing a prayer, chant, or something soothing.

Weβve all had those days when weβre so sick we donβt want to do much. Between fits of rather painful coughing, sniffling, achiness, and difficulty breathing, I knew that I needed a good strong tea to help kick this flu in the rear. And thatβs how I came to create myΒ βFeel Goodβ blend - a nice, strong tea that makes you feel calm and relaxed before promptly knocking you out for a good nap.
Ingredients: -1 tbsp peppermint tea -1 tsp chamomile -1.5 tsp rosemary -1 tsp lavender -Honey (raw recommended) -pinch ground cinnamon -Boiling Water
Combine all of your herbs in a sachet and steep in the water for anywhere between 3 and 10 minutes for a strong tea. Add honey to taste and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
Witchy Notes: Peppermint is great for pain relief from coughing due to the menthol, chamomile helps to relax and encourages sleep. Rosemary is a great cough suppressant and also helps to ease aches and pain. Lavender helps to induce calm, allowing you to breathe easier. Honey and cinnamon both have antibacterial properties and are excellent health ingredients. Enchant your ingredients ahead of time as you see fit, so that your tea will have a bit of magic all to its own!

Supplies needed:
1 large jar
purified water
amethyst, fluorite, or stone of choice
dried chamomile flowers
dried lavender buds
optional: honey
Charge water in a glass jar under the light of the new moon. Place amethyst, fluorite, or other stones for calmness around and on top of the container for a stronger infusion. Leave out to charge for at least 12 hours. To prepare potion, bring the new moon water to a boil, then pour into heat safe container (mug, tea pot, etc.). Add two parts chamomile flowers to one part lavender and steep for five minutes. Stir counterclockwise before drinking while thinking of tension, stress, and anxiety leaving your body. Add honey to taste and enjoy.
