The Adler family is a hereditary line of witches ✨. This family has experienced a lot in its lifetime. Dark forces 👺, demons 👹, dark spirits 👻, sorcerers 🧙, evil witches 😈 and ordinary people 😡 tried to interrupt this ancient line of witches, but the Adler family always found a way out of any situation. What is Adler's strength? What is its peculiarity? In ancestral magic ✨, in unity 🤝 and, most likely, not only this...
Halloween 🎃 is about to come. Every year the field scarecrow motionlessly waits for this day to gain dark power ✨ and leave this corn field 🌾 where he was imprisoned many, many years ago. And every year an unknown man comes to the field and looks at the scarecrow, as if he knows about its dark essence. And this year was no exception. He arrived, but for some reason a little earlier than Halloween 🎃.
After checking the field scarecrow 🎃, the unknown man headed to another mysterious place. Where, from under the roots, sometimes you can hear a heartbeat 💓.
Everything was quiet, calm, nothing foreshadowed trouble... 🎃
If I have to see one more “we survived him before we can do it again” post I’m going to scream.
So many people didn’t. So many more people are going to die. Women are going to bleed out in parking lots because doctors are scared to give them the abortion they need. Migrates are going to die in detention centers. Kids are going to have their parents ripped away in mass deportations. Potentially millions of people are going to lose their healthcare.
Yes, we keep fighting, but don’t say we survived before. A lot of people didn’t.
Cold wind, cold castle, cold hands... cold faces and long life... We are like an eternal lonely castle, as if we were still alive, but already dead.
Delasie: The prediction that the tarot cards showed frightened Delasie. She forgot about everything: about sleep, about studying and about all her problems, which, after this night, lost any meaning. She wanted only one thing - to do at least something to protect her family from danger. Unfortunately, they did not practice magic for too long and forgot much of what their grandmother Genhemia taught them. Delasie had the idea that first you need to make protective amulets for all the sisters, and then plunge into the depths of danger. They have a lot of various dried plants in their house and the girl decided to create protection with the help of them. She dedicated that night 🌙 to the book "Magical Plants and Their Properties". ✨
I actually can't stop thinking about how the losing party last election dressed like vikings and tried to break into the white house and the losing party this election are sharing suicide prevention hotlines
Memoa lets you keep track of your collections and creates a digital archive of the dolls you own. You can document details like the name, series, restyles, price, or add your own categories too! Not to forget the memories stories and nostalgia (aka Memoa’s) that you have with your collectibles!
Doll collecting is such an amazing and diverse hobby and I wanted to build a space where our collections and histories are cherished. Hope you can join us!
Right ?! They should be celebrating 😂 I hope he goes on to do everything they’ve voted for…….isn’t that the point ????
I was very active as a kid. Not active as in organized sports or official training but an active kid as in playing and running around outside. When i was about 13 to 15 i lived in a group home with a huge garden that wasn't all level ground. That made for a lot of very fun games and because i've always been clumsy, a lot of opportunities for injuries.
I taught myself how to fall safely. Not from great heights or anything, just standing height or a step up. I taught myself how to fall if i tripped while running. How to catch myself and how to turn. How to move to avoid injuries.
I have POTS now, ankles that keep twisting, knees that give out and muscles that aren't strong enough. I have a neurological disorder that means i have episodes spasms and dystonia as well as partial paralysis and a lack of motor control.
Learning how to fall safely has kept me safe all these years. It's a skill that i am endlessly grateful i have.
I'm kind of a constant fall risk, but so far i've always been able to avoid any injuries more severe than bruises. I'm always able to get back up. On bad days and when leaving the house I use a wheelchair but even during flare ups i don't need it constantly.
Falling safely is so instinctive now, that even when i can't think during presyncope, i twist and catch myself. Even when my vision and hearing are gone, i land safely.
If there's one skill i recommend learning, especially as a kid, it's this. Learn how to fall safely.
After fortune-telling with her sisters, Selena stayed in the room until late at night. 🌙 She was haunted by the answer the cards showed them. Their grandmother always said that cards should not be asked the same question in a row or after a short period of time. And despite the fact that the girl remembered these instructions very well, she nevertheless decided to repeat the alignment... and repeated it more than once. All because of her impatience, which she still could not curb and which her grandmother constantly condemned very much. But no matter how much Selena tried to guess with the help of cards that night, the same cards fell out to her. But why? Did fate not want to give the Adler sisters no more clues? ✨
people that adapt to your chronic illness,
people that give you a ride and pick you up places without making you feel guilty
people that go to the ER with you
people that make sure to walk slowly so you can keep up while using a mobility aid
people that are willing to try different things to help you
people that are willing to learn and listen to you when speaking about your chronic illness
I’m so fucking tired of being stared at for using a mobility aid. I get it I’m young, you have no fucking clue how aware I am of how young I am with a mobility aid, but that doesn’t give you permission to stare at me. Would you stare if I was old? Or, would you deem it normal and acceptable. Disabled people are not your entertainment or your pity story. Stop staring.
Carridwen: White lilies beat against the stone, the pale sun kills them, the cold wind knows no mercy and the black slabs caress their stems. They know no more, no more is said. It’s just wonderful for them to die like this, where the pale sun is shown to them in the light and the black stones are a beautiful death. 💀
i was recently denied life-saving gallbladder removal surgery by my GI specialist due to being "too fat" (i'm 300 lbs and very muscular) and "needing to lose 10 -15 pounds and waiting 2 - 3 months in order to get the surgery". i was then signed up for bariatric weight loss surgery before i could get the gallbladder removal despite the gallstone stuck in the neck of the organ as well as the other stones inside of it causing me to be incapable of keeping down food
i ended up getting the surgery done by a local hospital with far better doctors, but the initial denial had me so defeated. if you are fat and have ever been denied important surgeries, life saving or otherwise, because of your weight, i am so sorry and you should never have to face that. most surgeries are not impacted by weight in the slightest. this is usually an issue with the surgeon's skill as a surgeon.
i was told by every other surgeon i met that weight has no bearing on a laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery. at the other hospital i was also told that anesthesia wouldn't work on me or that i wouldn't survive it. yet again i was told by other surgeons that was also not the case. most surgeons worth their paygrade can do these surgeries after just... trying and learning how to work with fat bodies.
i was told by the surgeons and nurses in the ER that it's ridiculous for the other hospital to behave as though fat people will never need surgery of any kind ever throughout their lives, for one reason or another. it's unrealistic. most people will encounter a potential surgery in their life times, no matter their weight and it's unprofessional to just give up when someone above a certain weight threshold needs help.
my heart goes out to you especially if you're trans, intersex, gnc, and queer and have been denied top surgery or other gender affirming care surgeries because of your weight. this is also medically unethical and done for no reason other than fatphobic transphobic bias. you do not need to lose weight to get top or bottom surgery.
take care of yourself. my heart goes out to you and you don't deserve this treatment at all

Barbie
Campus Cool Barbie, is a younger “hipper” Barbie, who is at the cutting edge of college life excitement and colorful campus action! This versatile new segment boasts an array of campus activities from trendy sports to romantic tea dances. Because it is a fast-pace lifestyle of multidimension, and spirited youthful fun, one is apt to see the “new” Barbie energetically applying her wit and skill to the flood of trendy activities sweeping the campus.
There’s a hot new on-the-go look to “Campus Cool Barbie’s” hair. It’s hair with action, a crimped wave of action! Such a romantic touch that gives “movement” to Barbie’s “kicky” new look. And there’s “lotsa, losta golden locks” streaming down in beautiful waves around her fresh new sparkling face.
“Sorority House” is usually the scene whre Barbie may gush girlish gibberish with her trusty confidants, “The Sorority Sisters.” Together, they are known by the entire campus as “The Fab Four!”
Cherise
Firstly, there is Barbie’s stylish friend, Cherise, a knockout French exchange student, who is a fashion design major, and the most “together gal” in College Town, next to Barbie, of course. Cherise sports beautiful crimped soft brunette hair cropped into a stunning short, sweet-n-sassy asymmetrical cut that is just striking against her creamy white porcelain complexion, cherry lips, and gorgeous aqua eyes. Tossed over one eye is a big swooping bang she calls, “The Tidal Wave,” giving her a look of coquettish playfulness. And playing it up she does, for Cherise loves “fashion play,” especially many fun looks with her fabulous hair pieces to fool all the boys. You can be sure when this French filly enters, everyone stands and takes notice! Especially, those crazy boys!
Brit-N.Y.
Also, there is bubbly Brit-N.Y. A Britain-born New Yorker, who is totally cosmo to the max, cosmopolitan that is, and she knows more about this infinite world than any boy, so it seems. Brit-N.Y. is that “expressive” art major full of vigorous innovation. Willing to take a stand to almost anything, she is the political activist in the group, quite liberal as youth often is, and definitely, this spills over into her artistically creative fashion look that express her flexible readiness, for she’s a gal who likes to be on guard to tackle whatever unexpected surprise life may filling her way. Brit-N.Y. is dashing off to a political science class, her equestrian lesson, a hot new “save the world” march, or just marshing off to meet a new hot new date for the Fraternity Dance, you can rest assure this quickchange artist is look’n mighty fine in her “Campus Cool Fashions.” Expressive fashions that compliment Brit-N.Y.’s gorgeous chestnut shimmering doo of wavy, wavy locks and wild tousled bangs.
Rory
Last but not least, is graceful and charming Rory, an exotically sweet Portuguese honor student from colorful and exciting Brazil! She is more knowledgeable on Americana than most Americans, but only because Rory’s dream is to become a U.S. citizen, and launch an aspiring medical practice in breathtaking San Francisco, her “all time fav” place! Rory sports very long luxurious blue-black hair styled in a striking crimped pyramid fashion with a dramatic high sweeping pompadour. Blessed with a golden olive complexion and hypnotic innocent dark brown eyes that can melt anyone’s heart, Rory is a “Brazilian babe” the Campus Boys are falling head over heels for, including their grades!

I hate being unreliable as a chronically ill and disabled person.
I hate that I never know when my disability will get so bad it prevents me from working and that’s terrifying for me to think about. Especially when so many people count on me.
Sometimes it scares me that I’m so young but it’s so hard to work with my health conditions sometimes, as is I never rest because resting while being chronically ill isn’t resting, it’s pain/symptom prevention.
PLEASE support your chronically ill and disabled loved ones. They’re trying their hardest to be reliable and to finish everything that needs to get done but there will be days where we simply can’t.
