if you have trouble going into the 'i AM' or 'wish fulfilled' states, you can try the acting method and see how it feels
it's really simple, and it doesn't involve doing anything in the 3D—because remember, you can't change the 3D by acting in the 3D
so i'm not gonna say 'if your ideal self is that girl, start waking up at 5 am and going for 2 mile runs, stop eating processed foods, buy this thing....' like NO lmao you should only ever do this type of thing in the material world for your own fun and enjoyment, but NEVER expect it to have any impact on your outer world. all change must be achieved in your mind, period
so how do you act then?
it doesn't matter what you do in the outer world. you can keep going as you usually do if you work or if you're a student, and it won't conflict with ur manifesting, even if you think 'oh but in my dream life I'm not a student, I'm a model', k?
the acting method is simply thinking FROM ur desires instead of TO them. you should straight up act like you're playing the part of future you, in every tiny little way
pay attention to your inner monologue and think fun things! they might sound crazy or delusional at first but ur mind is the real deal, not what we see, so fuck it we ball lmao
EXAMPLE: i want to be a fashion model, even more famous than bella hadid
when i wake up, i splash my face with water and brush my teeth, thinking 'ah my skin's looking good today. i'll barely need to wear any makeup for the photoshoot later...'
when i have breakfast, i think 'my fans sometimes ask me about my diet, but i really just eat whatever i want. maintaining my weight and appearance is effortless'
when i dress up, i think 'i'm so excited for dior's next collection... I'm glad i decided to become an ambassador for them!'
and go on about your life you know. that's just it. if you do it a few times, it becomes completely natural, and you'll shift your state, and the 3D will reflect it

imo, i don't really like when people say "if you had your desire, how would you feel?" it's not an if. something that helped me is changing the if to since.

Just a little reminder that circumstances don’t matter. No matter how impossible something may seem to change, there is always a way. Even if you feel like you’re life is falling apart and you have eternal bad luck you can change that. Don’t fall into a victim of your circumstances.
People have manifested the craziest things even when they felt like it wouldn’t be possible. Which is why things like robotic affirming works.
If you want to manifest something by a certain date you can do it that. You can literally change your life around completely if you simply persisted.
So, even if you feel like the circumstances in your life seem impossible to change you have to realize that you are more powerful than your circumstances.
The moment you decide that you’re a millionaire you become a millionaire.

Don’t go back and fourth saying you have something and then saying you don’t. You either have something or you don’t.

Don’t give your power away to things that don’t actually matter. You are more powerful than any circumstance or negative emotions or the past. Those things won’t effect your manifestations if you decide they don’t.

Doubt is a one hundred percent trust, in a belief you don't prefer. You are never really actually in doubt. You are always completely trusting in something.

Manifestation is instant. The minute you decide you want something, you have it. There is no time delay. You aren't in the process of manifesting something. You aren't trying to manifest something.
When we decide that we want something, how do we manifest it? We assume that what want is already ours. That's it. Now this basically means that we decide that it's already done and go about our day. So lemme ask you something, you go about your day knowing that you have it and still check the 3d for proof, aren't you going against your very manifestation?
Manifestation isn't a process, it is instant. It was yours the minute you decided you have it and that's it. Do not worry about the 3d or check whether it's conforming. That is a total contradiction of the law.
You go about affirming all day that you have it and the minute you stop and check the 3d means you're telling your mind that you don't actually have it. Why would you do that? Like why, why would you do that to yourself
You are the creator of your own reality. Everything is a reflection of what you are thinking. You have so much power in your hands, Are you really gonna let the 3d dictate you on what you have and don't have?
The 3d has no power at all. You know why? Because it always has to confrom to your dominant thoughts no matter if it is good or bad. But our subconscious mind has all the power, because we can choose to think whatever we want.
So know that manifestation is instant. It's already done.

🎀" A change of speech is a change of mind " - Neville Goddard. Everyone indulges in self- talk,we can control the nature & direction of our inner conversations. Our inner conversations are the causes of the circumstances of our life. To change your mind , you must change your speech aka your inner conversations. Inner world creates the outer world.
🧋Mental diet is like a normal diet , the only difference is that instead of avoiding unhealthy food , we avoid unproductive thoughts aka thoughts which contradict our desires . We choose to think productive & healthy thoughts. Believe it or not , our thoughts create our reality.
🎀Master your mind to focus on what you want & persisting in the desired story. If you are focusing on what you don't want or if your mind keeps going back to the old story, then it's very important to maintain a strong mental diet. Our brain is used to wandering or be in auto pilot mode. We need to create a new pattern where we only focus on what we want. To create a new pattern , we need to put consistent attention and put mental effort to focus on what we want. The more effort we put to focus on what we want , the more we will train our mind. Gradually , the new pattern will become habitual. Choose to be a conscious creator and be consistent.
🧋Think from a perspective of a person who already has everything they want and keep persisting. Persist until it becomes your reality. You have control over your thoughts , you have the power to choose what you think about.
🎀In one of Kim Velez's videos , she said that said Mental diet is King and she is right. The more you think something , the more you believe it. Mental diet is so beneficial when you need to reprogram your mind or upgrade your self concept , or manifest your desires. In general , mental diet is very helpful.
🧋Sammy Ingram also said that Mental diet is forever because our thoughts are forever creating. We need to be on Mental diet to replace our limited or negative beliefs. When you let those negative thoughts settle , you are holding the undesired reality in place. To change things , we affirm the opposite , we focus on what we want.

🧋Incase, all this sounds very confusing to you , let me simplify it for you. You don't need to do anything but just focus on what you want . Think thoughts from a perspective where you have your desires. If you have your desires , you won't whine about not having them , right ? Keep persisting in your desired reality. If you get thoughts which contradict your desires , just take a deep breathe and know that they don't matter. Those thoughts don't matter so don't pay attention to them.
