Everything you can think of is present now. You cannot conceive of something that is not already worked out in detail; but it is a shadow if you do not dwell in it.
—Neville Goddard
the 3d absolutely has to obey the 4d.
ever heard of the "the universe can't exist without us being consciously aware of it" ?
basically if we aren't here to acknowledge something, technically it never happened/doesn't exist. "if a tree falls down in a forest, and nobody was there to hear it, it didn't make a sound" is true because...a "sound" is defined as something we can hear. without the presence of ears being there to acknowledge the sound did it really make a sound? or just release a pattern of vibrations?
note: this is just a philosophical theory , still quite interesting.
without awareness there is no "reality". awareness is reality. consciousness is reality.
what you are consciously acknowledging will absolutely be the thing to exist. the 3d simply cannot exist without the 4d. it is not a separate entity, the 3d is quite literally a mirror standing infront of your 4d. and the rest of the world is behind it. what your 4d is, the 3d reflect for the rest of the world to see, as neville has said
The most fundamental aggression to ourselves, the most fundamental harm we can do to ourselves, is to remain ignorant by not having the courage and the respect to look at ourselves honestly and gently.

Imagination is reality
Congratulations! Today, you get to learn the difference between memory and recall. There is an important difference, and understanding that difference will make you a better ally to the disabled community and also more understanding of your own brain!
Memory is the information your brain has stored for later. Let's make an analogy: your memory can be compared to files stored on a computer. Your brain is extremely complex and has a deep, layered filing system.
When your roommate's friend visits and introduces herself, you put her name in one of the many name folders. Our brains are complex enough that we can assume there are thousands of those folders, each for a different type of name and how you know it: friend names, immediate family names, extended family names, classmate names, coworker names, celebrity names, and so on and so forth, forever.
Recall is not whether you have something stored, but whether you can find it. Like that photo of you at summer camp in sixth grade that's stored somewhere on your computer, the information you learn throughout daily life is sorted somewhere into your brain's filing system. The longer ago that you put the information into the system, the harder it is to find, unless you frequently visit those files.
For the average instance of recall, people generally use the equivalent of the search bar of their brain's filing system. The information is sorted precisely so it's, naturally, recalled in the blink of an eye.
However, you may have had moments of recall issues. Everyone does here and there. The sensation of a word being on the tip of your tongue is a common example of issues with recall. You know the word, but it's just not coming up when you search for it.
In instances like these, you end up kind of manually rooting around in your brain's folders, desperately looking for associated folders that it might have been mis-stored in. You're trying to think of a vegetable you know of, so you start listing off other vegetables to yourself, as if sifting through the vegetable folder.
Sometimes, this association game can bring forth the missing file - or in this case, vegetable name. In other cases, you simply have to let it go and wait for it to come to you later. That might mean you smacking your forehead 48 hours later when you're in the middle of driving to work and the name of that vegetable suddenly throws itself right in the middle of your internal monologue.
So, what does this have to do with disability? Well, the average person may have occasional recall issues, but for many disabled people, these issues are extremely prevalent. For neurodivergent folks or those with brain fog, we can end up having trouble recalling things many times in a day. It is extremely frustrating and can even be embarrassing in social situations.
For example, your roommate's friend, who you've hung out with on multiple occasions and heard numerous stories about might drop by six months later and you might stand there trying to avoid talking while you scramble desperately through your name files trying to recall her name when you know it's in there somewhere. It's a real life reproduction of that scene in SpongeBob where he only knows how to be a waiter. By the time she addresses you, it's too little too late and you have to admit that for some reason her name is evading you. It's humiliating.
These issues have little to do with how important something is to a person. If you know someone who's disabled and they have frequent issues recalling words or names, it's just because the search function in their brain sometimes breaks down and they have to rely on manually digging through the billions of memories they have to try and find what they're looking for.
If you know someone with this issue who is comfortable with it, try filling in the gaps for them! It can be a fun bonding experience, especially between two people with recall issues, to immediately offer a word that seems to fit the flow of the sentence as soon as the other starts to draw a blank. The better you know them, the easier it is.
If you know someone with recall issues, be patient when they use you as a living thesaurus. You're saving them countless hours of googling or agonizing over what that word was - you know, the one that's like willingly suffering for an extended period of time about something that may or may not matter? (I just had issues recalling 'agonizing' 😔)
Anyway, that's all for today! I hope you've all learned something new about recall and how it affects people with disabilities differently/more frequently than the average person
what if nothing I do fulfills me :(
you are fulfilled with the idea that nothing fulfills you. you are always fulfilled in something and this idea of “lack” is what limits you and your understanding of the law.
know you are limitless self who gets/experiences anything instantly
satisfy self using techniques (stop focusing on trying to get shit and instead focus on the feeling, the knowing that it really is yours) (and yes this feeling of knowing is possible even when you dont have physical evidence of it)
i also feel like if nothing fulfills you for a specific thing, maybe you are forcing yourself to desire this thing when you rly dont. a lot of times ppl in my dms tell me they arent sure if they want this one thing and thats why they cant feel good while imagining having it. do you really want this thing or not?
either way, focus on yourself. who is the version of you you want to become? be that. take your mind off seeking fulfillment and have fun with techniques and know that once you decide something, its done. thoughts, emotions, etc mean nothing.
This is your daily reminder to not get caught up in the sunk cost fallacy.
What is the sunk cost fallacy?
It is continuing a behavior because of previously invested resources (time, money, energy, effort).
If something is not working out for you anymore, stop doing it. Find something else to do. Don’t worry about how many year you’ve done it or how much money you’ve put into it. It doesn’t work anymore. It doesn’t make you happy.
hi everyone - i recently purchased and finished reading “out of this world, thinking fourth dimensionally” by neville goddard! it was a quick and easy read and i took some notes and gathered some quotes to share with their meanings a little more simplified. if you don’t feel like reading neville or haven’t made the time to yet, take some of these quotes from him to better understand the law and apply it!
chapter one | out of this world ❤
“the spiritual man speaks to the natural man through the language of desire” (pg. 6) our higher self + subconscious mind knows what we want! TRUST in yourself!
“assumptions, although unreal to the senses, if persisted in, until they have the feeling of reality, will harden into facts,” (pg. 13) you must change your 4D first in order for your 3D to change.
chapter two | assumptions become facts ❤
“you cannot continue desiring what you have already realized. your desire is not something you labor to fulfill, it is recognizing something you already possess . . . believing and being are one,” (pg. 22) manifestation is not explicitly about seeing results in the 3D, it’s more so about changing your mindset and thought pattern. you change your thought pattern and you are GOLDEN for the rest of your life! make your mind a happy place to be :)
“if however, it is the good of others that you desire . . . you must represent them to yourself as already being that which you desire them to be,” (pg. 23) this is for when you want to change the way someone shows up in your life. meditate them to be how you desire them to show up. see them already the way you wish them to be. everyone is you pushed out and they have no choice to conform.
“how the waking dream becomes physical fact is not our concern,” (pg. 28 )it is not our job to WORRY about exactly “how” it will happen in the 3D. let your subconscious take care of that, it knows what you want! a natural bridge of events will occur. be excited for what's to come and EASE the need for control!
chapter three | power of imagination ❤
“man’s imagination is the man himself, and the world as imagination sees it as the real world, but it is our duty to imagine all that is lovely and of good report,” (pg. 32) if you KNOW that your thoughts create, why would you think of anything other than good for yourself?
“desire is the power imagination uses to fashion life about me as i fashion within myself,” (pg. 32) if you desire it, you are meant to embody it! there’s a reason you get desires that nobody else does. what you want is meant for you. it’s waiting for you. creation is finished! we all don’t have the EXACT same desires do we??? “i look as though i were seeing that which i want to see, and the imagined state becomes objectively real,” (pg. 32)
“unlike the world of three dimensions where there is an interval between our assumption and its fulfillment, in the dimensionally larger world there is an immediate realization of our assumption,” (pg. 36) mentally LIVE in the 4D. you desire something? boom. it’s done. your mind must arrive at the destination before everything else (the 3D) does!
“that is, if i do not believe that i am already that which i desire to be, then i remain as i am and die in my present concept of self,” (pg. 39) do you believe that you are already what you desire to be? your desires have nothing to do with anyone else, how anyone else shows up, what circumstances are in place already, etc. it all has to do with YOURSELF!
“that man who is accustomed to call up at will whatever he pleases, will be, by virtue of the power of his imagination, master of his fate,” (pg. 39) make conscious creation a habit! a wonderful, beautiful habit and hack to a better life! you just gotta work on exercising that mental muscle.
chapter four | no one to change but self ❤ (my favorite chapter)
“it is finished,” (pg. 41) this is the EXACT mindset to have/be in. just these 3 simple words need to be what goes through your head!
“as soon as we succeed in transforming ourselves, the world will melt magically before our eyes and reshape itself in harmony with that which our transformation affirms,” (pg. 42) change must happen inward first in order to see a change physically
“nothing is more important to us than our conception of ourselves, and especially is this true of our concept of the dimensionally greater One within us,” (pg. 43) self concept = positive image of yourself + belief you are the operant power
“it is our conception of ourselves which frees or constrains us, though it may use material agencies to achieve its purpose,” (pg. 43) are you going to let your mind control you? or you control your mind? build your mental muscle!
“we can rely absolutely on the justice of this law to give us only that which is the nature of ourselves,” (pg. 44) it’s called the LAW of assumption, therefore, it cannot fail!!! whether you believe it or not, it's been occurring 24/7 since birth. your thoughts create + manifest 24/7.
“if we would become as emotionally aroused over our ideals as we become over our dislikes we would ascend to the plane of our ideal as easily as we now descend to the level of our hates,” (pg. 46) DWELL in your affirmations, not your thoughts against them.

this was my first time reading neville and i finished the book in less than two days! it’s definitely one of his books that is much easier to understand. word-wise it was much more simplified and it didn’t feel too academically-written. this book also has step by step instructions on SATs which is helpful! i def recommend reading it whether through purchasing the book, listening to the audiobook on youtube or finding a free PDF online! | lanascola69
I love these kind of longgg text on manifestations!
⠀⠀ ˒ ⊹ ݁ ִ JUST DECIDE YOU'RE FULFILLED 💎
⠀⠀ ⠀ fill the neglected emptiness within you.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ༺♡༻
so, you finally made the law click in your head. all you need to do is change self, and just be the person in imagination by experiencing (and enjoying) the end product. but...there's this *feeling* in you. it's not doubt towards self, you've already changed it. it's not towards the law, you've seen it work before so you can't really question it. you feel incomplete. like you need to say one more affirmation, visualize one more scene, and then you'll TRULY feel fulfilled....but it doesn't work. you keep yourself in this vicious cycle, being aware that you've changed every single label after I AM except for one: I AM LACKING.
"jay i already changed self, of course i'm already fulfilled." in the sense of satisfaction, not completion. ever heard of the term "instant gratification?" that's what you were doing, thinking that it was fulfillment. fulfillment is a DONE DEAL. it's COMPLETE. fulfillment is the basis of the phrase creation is finished. your desire is done & yours, so what else is there to do but enjoy imagination? and yet, you still feel like something is missing. because, even if you don't want to admit it, you're still lacking. not in feeling towards your desires being yours, but towards how you truly feel in regards to manifesting. you're awareness playing out the role of a human, of course you're going to feel some desire. the key difference here is how you approach that desire. do you approach from a state of lack, or state of fulfillment? desires imply that something is missing within our lives, or even ourselves. we've been so conditioned to think that we will always desire for the rest of our human lives, being fulfilled in relation to that idea is, well, really stupid. we're used to living in desire, it's human nature. so i'm just telling you that you're never going to desire again? not quite. i'm telling you that you don't have to suffer while experiencing desire.
let's look back at every single success story in existence, even those who aren't in alignment with manifestation. every single story i've come across has a consistent pattern: completion. whenever it'd be getting a free drink or shifting to other realities, every single decision that we've made, good or not, we've seen it as complete. done. fulfilled. we've decided we're in a reality where our destiny is set and we have no power over it coming to pass. sometimes, we forget about it, but that state we've assigned to ourselves haunts our minds. in forms of thoughts, inner conversations, scenes, all thing that comes to us naturally without even realizing it. and, when you least expect it, your state 'comes true'. desiring sucks, it's like you're chasing something on a fishing line, no matter how close you think you are to getting it, it just keeps reeling back. so you think you need to work harder, find something that'll help you get it quicker. you don't care what is it, but you need to find some way to help you finally feel complete.
when neville was in the army, he didn't care about what his senses was showing in regards to his old state, that's not who he was allowing himself to be internally anymore. in his mind, he was at home with his wife and kids, enjoying his life back in new york. he didn't care about time, or the how, or the when, he wasn't hoping that it'll work or not. changing self implied never implied something about his circumstances, it implied that he was FULFILLED. changing his I AM was enough to make him know that he is fulfilled, that his new state is complete and he can enjoy it whenever he wanted to. look, i'm not gonna sit here and pretend i knew what neville's mental activity was like, but i don't doubt that my theory on him knowing he's already complete was a huge factor into his consistent success with this law. changing self was never about implying your desires being fulfilled, it always traced back to you.
for the love of god, this is the literal definition of fulfilled:
"but i don't see it physically :/" when are you going to realize that your senses only purpose is to copy what you've been experiencing in imagination ONLY? imagination isn't fake or some delusion you've conjured, it's an unseen reality. it's real. the second you switch self, it's done. it's been achieved there's nothing left to do because you're not creating anything from scratch. just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it's fake. you can't see your brain, but you don't question if you have one or not? the only reason why you still want physical evidence, want to put in more mental work and keep flip flopping is because you still cling onto lack.
"seeing it in imagination isn't enough! i want it in my 3d now!!" "i'll keep being delusional until it pops up, or some sign in relation to it does. that's when i know i'm doing something right." "i've been in this state for months, why isn't anything working? maybe i'm not doing enough?" "i'll do one more (insert method here), then it'll show up! and if not, maybe i'll feel fulfilled!" "maybe tomorrow my desire will finally manifesting!"
tell me, if you were really fulfilled, why would you experience doubt, feel insecure in your knowledge, feel the need to finish something that's already completed? if you truly felt fulfilled, why would you still operate from a state of lack? that makes no sense. be honest with yourself, would a person who's aware of something being done have that thought process? "doubts and emotions are normal!" yes, you can have a doubt here and there, but that relief would still arise when you're reminded of your state no? stop deluding yourself into thinking you enjoy all this hustle when your inner self dying on the inside. you don't enjoy this inner mental work, you don't enjoy reading information you already know regurgitated over and over, you don't enjoy feeling like you need to do something. you're not dumb, you know there's something missing. you just don't want to acknowledge it because you've grow comfortable with it. just because it's familiar, does not mean you have to bring into your new phase of life.
now, how exactly do we stop desiring for real this time. simple: decide that you're fulfilled. just tell yourself 'i am fulfilled' and leave it at that. you're already complete as an extension of awareness. you don't need your desires, it might seem like a hard pill to swallow, but it's true. you didn't need them before you were aware, but you lived on with your life? so what's the difference now? you just want to add them to your experience. when you change self, you'll finally feel that relief you've been craving. that feeling of completion that haunts your mind, so you're finally FINALLY free to enjoy your unseen reality. you might think you're admitting defeat by accepting the principle of not really needing your desires, but it's powerful in a sense. you can get anything you've ever wanted via a simple decision, and you can move along your life. even with your circumstances being in your face, emotions running rampant, but it doesn't knock you over like it did before. knowing deep down that it'll come to pass, and you do nothing but enjoy it within because it is now implemented into your everyday life. and nothing and no one outside of you can stop or change that aside from you? do you understand how powerful it is to just rely on what you've decided to give your attention to, knowing that it's done? knowing that there's no force outside of the law that'll stop it from happening, so you can just rest in your new state & let it happen? stop letting the law be the sole reason that you're still living. that's not healthy. punishing yourself for feeling lack, when you don't have to, is not healthy. be fulfilled NOW and watch every single piece fall into place without you even realizing it.
i'm not telling you to switch to fulfillment to "make your desires come faster". i'm telling you this because you deserve to feel complete. you deserve to know that you can live without your desires being expressed via your senses immediately. you deserve to live your life without revolving it around the law or your desires. desires are experiences you chose to add to your human life, not because you have to, because you can. you have the freedom to choose better because you know how to use the law to your advantage, and it'll always come to pass.
ditch the idea of always needing to be in lack to manifest, apply the law, WHATEVER. desires aren't needs, they're options. options you can choose because you HAVE the freedom to adapt those feelings into your human life. to bring you inner peace and resting in your state. i feel like some people in this community don't really wanna delve into really understanding the law, they just take that satisfied their needs and scurry along. stop treating the law like fast food. i am going to be very blunt here: this isn't a game. stop playing around and get real with yourself for a minute. this is your life, you are alone in when it comes to who's in control of what you decide to be conscious of being. you're not stupid, you know that there's a problem deep within you. be the solution. i don't care what your favorite blogger, or coach, or reddit post said in whatever saved screenshot you have on your phone. consistent doubts and reasoning is not a sign of fulfillment. it's not you being nervous, or uncomfortable, or scared, it's you dwelling in LACK. why do you think that people still freak out about things "going too well for them" and then everything goes to shit? they're LACKING, because deep down they can't fully enjoy their desired state. it's another fleeting daydream they took seriously for a few days and let it go, because they're missing something & don't want to step out of your comfort zone. you really can't complain about the law not working if you don't truly take time to meditate on it and understand it.
stop relying on your state to feel complete. your desires in or out of imagination won't make you feel like there's nothing else to do. this isn't about them, this is about YOUR SELF. give self what it wants: fulfillment. decide you're fulfilled now. be fulfilled now.
uhhhh hoped this made sense, because i literally came to this realization this morning (who would've thought not getting onto your device after you wake up actually benefits you). ok bye 🤍
