Set a timer for 17 seconds.

All you have to do is embody it for 17 seconds without resistance.

Decide that only those 17 matter and go about your day.

what if nothing I do fulfills me :(

you are fulfilled with the idea that nothing fulfills you. you are always fulfilled in something and this idea of “lack” is what limits you and your understanding of the law.

know you are limitless self who gets/experiences anything instantly

satisfy self using techniques (stop focusing on trying to get shit and instead focus on the feeling, the knowing that it really is yours) (and yes this feeling of knowing is possible even when you dont have physical evidence of it)

i also feel like if nothing fulfills you for a specific thing, maybe you are forcing yourself to desire this thing when you rly dont. a lot of times ppl in my dms tell me they arent sure if they want this one thing and thats why they cant feel good while imagining having it. do you really want this thing or not?

either way, focus on yourself. who is the version of you you want to become? be that. take your mind off seeking fulfillment and have fun with techniques and know that once you decide something, its done. thoughts, emotions, etc mean nothing.

Why Circumstances don’t matter

Just a little reminder that circumstances don’t matter. No matter how impossible something may seem to change, there is always a way. Even if you feel like you’re life is falling apart and you have eternal bad luck you can change that. Don’t fall into a victim of your circumstances.

People have manifested the craziest things even when they felt like it wouldn’t be possible. Which is why things like robotic affirming works.

If you want to manifest something by a certain date you can do it that. You can literally change your life around completely if you simply persisted.

So, even if you feel like the circumstances in your life seem impossible to change you have to realize that you are more powerful than your circumstances.

The moment you decide that you’re a millionaire you become a millionaire.

The moment you decide you’re a straight A student is the moment you become a straight A student.

The moment you decide you’re SP is madly in love with you is the moment they become madly in love with you.

Don’t go back and fourth saying you have something and then saying you don’t. You either have something or you don’t.

Even if the world around you is showing you otherwise you have to persist. It’s okay to feel negative emotions or feel like nothing is happening because that’s totally normal.

Negative emotions ≠ failed manifestation

Not affirming 24/7 ≠ failed manifestation

Reacting to the 3D ≠ failed manifestation

Don’t give your power away to things that don’t actually matter. You are more powerful than any circumstance or negative emotions or the past. Those things won’t effect your manifestations if you decide they don’t.

I can imagine what I want, and therefore it is possible for me.

The realizations that led me to the god state:

The 3D is entirely malleable, everything can change with just a thought

The ego is the one that has doubts, not you. Realizing this and affirming it has helped me overcome my doubts in one night!!

The 4D is just as real if not more real than the 3D, and it is the link to your subconscious that causes the 3D to change! It is a real part of reality and experiencing it makes it real

When you imagine something in the 4D, it is instant, therefore manifestation is instant because you already have experienced what you want to

Basically, experiencing something and assuming something are the only direct ways to influence the subconscious mind. You can choose to focus on the 3D experience or the 4D experience - whichever you focus on WILL manifest in the 3D

You can decide to assume something. You can instantly change your thoughts. It can be difficult at first and it takes practice but once you have it down you will always have the power to do it again

Everyone has this power, including you and me. We start in different circumstances but we are really all at the same level of power, it just takes some people longer to realize it!

Get all your desires within a week

Have you been having trouble manifesting? Are you sick and tired of waking up everyday in your current reality and it feels like you tried every single possible manifestation technique out there yet nothing seems to work? I have come up with a 7 day challenge for you.

How do I know this works?

The universe doesn't give you what you want, it gives you what you ARE. By doing this challenge you will be matching the frequency of your dr which will allow your cr to transform.

This is a very powerful technique. Please make sure you know exactly what you want.

So, here are some of the rules:

You identify your desired reality as your current reality

You do EVERYTHING you would do in your dr, even if uncomfortable (for example, if your desired self(ds) goes to the gym at 5am everyday that's exactly what you're gonna do. It's only a week.)

Your "Cr" is your past. It is not your reality, it's imagination. Your dr is your only "correct and real" reality. After all you're doing everything you would in your dr, so that makes it your current reality.

You do this for 7 days. No cheating!

Feel free to add your own rules for yourself!

Now for the process

1.Write down your goals

What does your desired reality actually look like? Think about it and write it down. Yes, WRITE it down. Don't just think about it. Whether you do it on your notes app or on a piece of paper, write down clear habits of your ds. Some examples:

Goes to sleep at _ and wakes up at _

Works out

Works on her business/skills

Etc. anything. It doesn't have to be something important. Anything you can think of that you desire.

2.Identify your blocks

Now it's time to be brutally honest with yourself. WHY do you think your desires aren't here yet? What is blocking you from receiving your manifestations. This is the part that most people fail at, which causes them to not get their desires. Releasing those blocks can be difficult, but without it you are literally blocking your manifestations. I suggest you really research this topic, but here are some of the most common ones:

You see your 3D as your REAL reality.

You keep stressing about getting your desire NOW.

You have a lack mindset.

You don't trust yourself.

You check your 3D for your results.

3.Find the difference

Now that you know what you want it's time to find the differences. Now it might seem obvious, but again, you need to write it down. Since you already have what your desired reality looks like, here's how I do it in the easiest way. You write down your desired reality on one side and compare your current reality to it on the other side. For example: (let's just act one is on the left side and one is on the right side).

Dr: Wake up at 7am.

Cr: Wake up at 10am.

This will make it easier to change your habits later.

4.Act like you're in your dr

Now that you know what your goal is and what the difference is you are going to switch. Your desired reality is your new reality. Your current reality does not exist. It's your past. You are now in your desired reality and you KNOW that. Do everything you would do in this reality. From waking up to going to sleep. The whole day. Does your ds wake up at 5am and goes to the gym? Good. That's exactly what you're gonna do because it's your current reality. You are your dream self and your dream self is you.

5.Ignore your reality.

Now it's time for you to decide that your current reality is just a mindset. And you need to switch that mindset. You want the best for yourself and you will get it. You just need to allow it, so, from now on your only right reality is the reality you created for yourself. All the outside noise doesn't change that, because it is your reality now.

Ok, when will I get my results?

Immediately. The moment you start doing this and actually believe and persist that's the moment it becomes your reality.

But when will I see it in my 3D?

Once you accept you really have it. You need to actually believe it, and when that happens, you won't be looking for your 3D to confirm that. That's exactly when it appears in your 3D. It can be the same day, same week, same month, same or next year. You decide when you trust the universe. This is just an exercise to help those who keep stressing about their 3D. And it works magic.

the self-fulfilling prophecy and the power of the spoken word

The Self-fulfilling Prophecy And The Power Of The Spoken Word

hellour again! i’m free these days, so i’d thought i’d make another long post; this time about the self-fulfilling prophecy and how Florence Scovel Shinn writes about a similar concept in her book The Game of Life and How to Play it. specifically, in the third chapter.

i really like Scovel Shinn’s works, especially because she was one of the pioneers of the New Thought school at the time, even before Neville. it’s clear that she was a very wise metaphysical author, and more people should give her some credit!

i love my major, and i love manifestation. so any chance i have to correlate both is one i will take!

The Self-fulfilling Prophecy And The Power Of The Spoken Word

remember the academic book i got this information from is Social Psychology 11th Edition authored by Kassin, Fein and, H.R. Markus. i’ll try to condense the information to make it less convoluted and understandable.

The Self-fulfilling Prophecy And The Power Of The Spoken Word

what is the self-fulfilling prophecy?

according to sociologist Robert Merton, the self-fulfilling prophecy is a process by which one’s expectation about someone will eventually lead to that person behaving in ways that confirm those expectations. in other words, the perceiver's (person who takes note of another) expectation can actually lead to its own fulfillment, a self fulfilling prophecy.

this hypothesis actually lay dormant until Robert Rosenthal and Lenore Jacobson, published the results of their research in a book titled Pygmalion in the Classroom.

what did this study consist of? well, these researchers noticed that teachers had higher expectations for students who performed better in the classroom and they wondered whether these expectations influenced student performance rather than the other way around.

to address the question, they told teachers in a San Francisco elementary school that certain pupils were on the verge of an intellectual growth spurt. the results of an IQ test were cited, but in fact, the pupils had been randomly selected. eight months later, when real tests were administered, the "late bloomers" exhibited an increase in their IQ scores compared with children assigned to a control group. they were also evaluated more favorably by their classroom teachers (Kassin 144).

why should we be careful about what we say?

we can transform our expectations of others into reality using a three-step process:

- first, a perceiver forms an impression of a target person, which may be based on interactions with the target or on other information.

- second, the perceiver behaves in a manner that is consistent with that first impression.

- third, the target person unwittingly adjusts his or her behavior to the perceiver's actions. The net result is behavioral confirmation of the first impression.

in simpler terms, what we think is what we project onto others. that process is called the confirmation bias. this is nothing more than the perceiver asking the target person questions that confirm their beliefs. for example, if we assume that a person is in a varsity team because of the jacket they’re wearing, we will ask them things that either confirm or deny that assumption. small things like these that we do unconsciously:

“are you on the basketball team?”

“do you go to blank university?”

we can also apply this to ourselves:

On a more personal level, the self-fulfilling prophecy is a process that can have particularly sad and ironic effects on people who are insecure about their social relationships. Studying what they have called the rejection prophecy, Danu Stinson, Jessica Cameron, and others have found that (1) people who are insecure are fearful of rejection, which makes them tense and awkward in the social situations, and that (2) their resulting behavior is off-putting to others, which (3) increases the likelihood of rejection and reinforces their initial insecurity (Cameron et al., 2010; Stinson et al., 2009). Fortunately, there is a way to break this vicious cycle. In a three-phase study that spanned 8 weeks, Stinson and others (2011) found that participants who were provided with an early opportunity to affirm the self by writing about values that were important to them became more secure over time and more relaxed in their social interactions.

(shown on a pic because i don’t wanna copy paste the info :D)

using psychology to tie into the law and my previous long post about the self-concept, we can see why words and the way we perceive ourselves is important when we reprogram our minds into thinking in a more positive light.

The Self-fulfilling Prophecy And The Power Of The Spoken Word

Florence Scovel Shinn, The Game of Life and How to Play It

The Self-fulfilling Prophecy And The Power Of The Spoken Word

chapter III, The Power of the Word

“By thy words shalt be justified, and by thy words shalt be condemned.”

The Self-fulfilling Prophecy And The Power Of The Spoken Word

what does Scovel Shinn say about the spoken word?

in her first book The Game of Life and How to Play It, she mentions a saying that reads: “man only dares use his words for three purposes: to heal, bless or prosper.” she also mentions that what man says of others will be said of him, and what he wishes for another, he is wishing for himself (Scovel 24).

“Curses, like chickens, come home to roost.”

what does this mean? well, like we saw in the bit about the self-fulfilling prophecy, what we say about others is what we attract for ourselves. for example, if we wish ill on—say—another tumblr user, we are sure to receive it as well. on the other hand, if we are kind to one another and support our journeys with manifestation, we will be able to reach our own success.

edward art mentions this too. but he calls it something more simple. love.

Scovel Shinn mentions in this chapter that when the subconscious is flooded with good things, or words in this case, the superconscious (God or imagination) and man are one.

“It is safe to say that all sickness and happiness come from the violation of the Law of Love.”

in this story she mentions an actress with a terrible skin disease:

For example: A woman I know, had, for years an appearance of a terrible skin disease. The doctors told her it was incurable, and she was in despair. She was on the stage, and she feared she would soon have to give up her profession, and she had no other means of support. She, however, procured a good engagement, and on the opening night, made a great "hit." She received flattering notices from the critics, and was joyful and elated. The next day she received a notice of dismissal. A man in the cast had been jealous of her success and had caused her to be sent away. She felt hatred and resentment taking complete possession of her, and she cried out, "Oh God don't let me hate that man." That night she worked for hours "in the silence." She said, "I soon came into a very deep silence. I seemed to be at peace with myself, with the man, and with the whole world. I continued this for two following nights, and on the third day I found I was healed completely of the skin disease!" In asking for love, or good will, she had fulfilled the law, ("for love is the fulfilling of the law") and the disease (which came from subconscious resentment) was wiped out.

as we can see in this story, any problems in the outside world indicate a deeper issue in the mind.

“As the within, so the without.”

why do i say that Florence Scovel Shinn’s beliefs coincide with the self-fulfilling prophecy?

we know that the self fulfilling prophecy implies that the way we perceive others is the way they will reflect on the outside. this is what the good-will Scovel Shinn mentions is about.

"But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which spitefully use you and persecute you."

The Self-fulfilling Prophecy And The Power Of The Spoken Word

conclusion

sometimes we get jealous of others' journeys. we read a success story and wonder “what am i doing wrong? maybe if i do what this person did i will manifest all my desires.” but remember we’re all different. what works for another might not work for us, and that’s okay :)

the beauty about spirituality is that we all have our own paths to follow, each with their unique experiences. trying out techniques you don’t like because you saw them in a “this is the fastest way to manifest” video will not fulfill you. and what doesn’t fulfill you will only make you give up.

i’ve seen this thrown around loablr and shiftblr, but i’ll reiterate in this post. please don’t police others on their journey. the only thing that will do is set you back.

next time you see a success story around the community, be happy for them! if anything, it’s a great thing to see on your dash because it's proof that the law always works in your favor. every time. so let’s wish each other well, practice gratitude, and focus on ourselves!

"There is peace on earth for him who sends goodwill to man!"

"In every adult there lurks a child — an eternal child, something that is always becoming, is never completed, and calls for unceasing care, attention, and education. That is the part of the personality which wants to develop and become whole."
