Iโve learnt to live somewhere between the preciousness of life and the wonder of the great beyond.

I am building ecological wealth in the depths of my heart. (First, welcome to my brand redesign and re-launch of infographics! It's been over a year since planning to bring back this alive and I hope you enjoy the new series of education) Ecological wealth is a cultural framework that differs from generational wealth and attaches a true value to a set system of local knowledge, culture, and species; it's a building block to create a blueprint for the liberation of multi-species and the land. The current capital system relies on directly exploiting the land, humans, and animals. Building generational wealth is often focused on liberating the individual and the family without focusing on the collective well-being of multi-species. The war for minerals, water, and other natural resources deemed profitable disregards sacred systems and their function in life. Rocks, water, fauna, flower, fungi, stone, insects, and sand are a part of living / non-living species. These living systems are not allowed to see their sacred wealth of living within co-existence because capitalism deems them as others, worthless of value outside of its monetary system. As someone who grew up low income (aka, economically exploited), I was indoctrinated to believe in the American Dream for immigrant family success. The rhetoric that working hard and attending a four-year college would resolve family woes is untrue.ย Instead, like many others who grew up in a family that pushed for economic success over not caring for your physical, especially mental health, I showcased a series of unchecked crises in my early adult years. I became deeply sick under capitalism. The long-term stress, environmental contaminants, and not having access to resources deprived me of my relationship with the land. What does it matter to build economic wealth for my family when my body is deteriorating at a young age? I found that I could not escape capitalism, nor would it be abolished the next day, but I chose to adopt ecological wealth to help reframe my values, mind, and heart. (In my recent excerpt and soon-to-be book, I'll explore the concept of ecological wealth and its modern applications even more. Full read on my blog, queerbrownvegan.com)

Wow. This is a powerful quote about our education systems worldwide. Read this and then read it again.
I'm going to be doing this challenge for at least three days, to really saturate my mind. I suggest taking at least three days to a week for this challenge, but do whatever feels right for you ๐ฅฐ
First off, I want you to make your own set of rules for manifesting. Make a set of three to five simple, easily remembered rules for yourself. Some examples include: I always get what I desire; the more I want it, the faster it comes; whatever I affirm happens instantly; etc
Take anywhere from an hour to a week to repeat these new rules. Manifest these rules into your life, really feel them to be true.
After your time is up, if you truly feel like your rules are true, you're all done! Enjoy your new and improved self concept!
It really is this easy, there's no complicated steps for this challenge because of that. All you have to do is create that first stepping stone and every other manifestations will come to you much more easily.
Good luck!!
Things I will cover in this post
- My affirmations
- How I changed my mindset
- How I acted as if
- The sentence that changed my manifestations foreverย
- How the universe tested me & how I passed
Why hello there!ย
I am now going to explain how I manifested $5,000 and how I am now able to get my own apartment because of the money I manifested.ย
So one morning a few months ago I was getting ready for work and doing my makeup. I felt so drained from needing to rely on my sister for a place to live and pretty much living paycheck to paycheck while working a part time job and being a student. So I looked in the mirror and said to myselfย โIโm gonna receive $5,000.โย
& I believed it.
And when I didnโt believe it, I forced myself to. I affirmed over and over again,ย โI have $5,000. I have that apartment. I am moving out. I have $5,000 in my bank account. I am rich.โ Even though having $5,000 isnโt rich, I still affirmed it.ย ย
I acted as if. I went to work and thought to myselfย โI donโt need this job. This job needs me. I have enough money to quit but I know they need the help and I have nothing else to do so why not?โ I thought of going to work as doing them a favor and not needing to make money. Because I donโt.ย
I also would think of ways I would help other people once I got the money.ย
But even while doing all this, I still had the thought,ย โBut how am I gonna get this much money?โ and this next sentence is what completely changed my manifestations.
โIt doesnโt matter.โ
It doesnโt matter where the money comes from. I am open to receiving the money in any way the universe sees fit. I was flexible. As long as it doesnโt come at the expense of someone else and does not harm anyone, I am open to any way the money comes.ย
When I had a doubt, I immediately replaced the thought withย โIt doesnโt matter.โ
But before any manifestation, the universe will test you. Sometimes it seems like you might manifest the opposite of what you want but in reality, that is progress. And I will touch on this in a second.ย
So after I affirmed and acted as if, I got the notification that I have received my financial aid rewards for the fall semester. So I logged on and saw that I had a surprising amount of aid offered to me that included grants and loans. So I saidย โfuck itโ and accepted all of it, even the loans.ย
After my tuition for the semester was paid, I had $5,555 left over. I want to stress that I have NEVER had this much money offered to me before. Usually it is only around $1,000. This was insane to me.ย
I canโt even make this up. Itโs the angel number for me. A literal angel number telling me,ย โhere is the money you asked for.โ
But of course, there had to be a test.
Throughout this whole process, I would find money everywhere. BUT, I would never keep it for myself. I would either give it back to the person it belongs to or leave it where I found it. I wasnโt greedy and I was honest. There was one time when I found what looked like a debit card and I called the number that was on it and it turned out to be someoneโs business card that they made to look like a debit card. That was embarrassing.ย
But the real kicker was one day, I checked up on my refund before it got disbursed and it said $900. I freaked out because I was wondering where all the money went. I was suppose to get over $5,000 back but it only said $900?!ย
But then I stopped myself and calmed down. I told myselfย โItโs okay. I will make do with the $900 because it is still money and I am grateful for it.โ I took the $5,000 off a pedestal and became genuinely grateful for my $900.ย
A few weeks later, refunds were ready to be disbursed and I got my full $5,000 straight into my bank account.ย
I literally cried.ย
I was so grateful to have finally gotten the money I asked for.ย
Now, when I found out the money was going to come from my loans, I thought to myselfย โit doesnโt matter if they are loans, I wonโt have to pay them back. I donโt know how but I wonโt need to.โ
And then Biden announces the student loan relief which I qualify for.ย
The universe works in such magical and mysterious ways. The key is to trust the universe and trust the process and stay true to yourself and be honest.
*
Let my story inspire you and help you on your journey to manifesting your desires. You can manifest and have anything you want in life.ย
And also, I struggled terribly with mental health issues so during all this, I would get very depressed and anxious and not once did my mental health effect my manifestations.ย
Happy Manifesting!!!ย
โIt is absurd to divide people into good and bad. People are either charming or tedious.โ - Oscar Wilde, Lady Windermereโs Fan
We need to be able to talk about our toxic traits more often & openly & not be judged for it. I think that would open doors for the mental health field & get people motivated to seek out therapy & psychiatry more if we normalize talking about our toxic selves with other people in a safe way that doesn't threaten to get us punished for how we act & react to things. How else are we going to change if we can't talk about it?

So I realize a lot of people apparently donโt know this, but the term โhero complexโ seems to be getting thrown around more and more in this phandom and it is literally driving me insane.
Danny does not have hero syndrome.
He does not have a hero complex. He does not have a savior complex. (All terms frequently conflated and used with the same intention, though they also have different meanings in different fields.) Danny tries to help people out of a responsibility to protect them, which does not fit with hero syndrome.
Hero syndrome is the presence of a subconscious need to be needed and appreciated taken to an unhealthy extreme. People with hero syndrome frequently CREATE horrible situations so that they can โsaveโ everyone and receive adulation. A firefighter with hero syndrome, for example, would likely start fires just so they could run in and โrescueโ the victims themself.
In less extreme examples, they are also people who drop everything in their lives in order to help others (which often evolves into more deviant acts over time) and end up overexerting themselves to point of total exhaustion because they lack the ability to set healthy boundaries and extend the same care to themselves.
The important difference in these cases is that it still stems from a psychological need, which Danny does not exhibit. He protects people, yes, but not the extent of dropping everything in his life to do that full time even in situations where his help is not needed. He takes breaks, he chooses not to resolve every issue he encounters, and it is impossible to imagine him purposefully causing a crisis for any kind of adulation.
Danny does not have hero syndrome, and itโs honestly a bit insulting to his character to imply that he does.
Itโs an interesting topic, and if anyone is interested in learning more, this article has a fairly useful overview and history of the term to get you started.
(Sorry for the rant, but this has been driving me crazy and I wanted to help clear it up for anyone who might not know the actual meaning of the term.)
This is your daily reminder to not get caught up in the sunk cost fallacy.
What is the sunk cost fallacy?
It is continuing a behavior because of previously invested resources (time, money, energy, effort).
If something is not working out for you anymore, stop doing it. Find something else to do. Donโt worry about how many year youโve done it or how much money youโve put into it. It doesnโt work anymore. It doesnโt make you happy.

There is probably not a person in the world who hasn't been told at least once, "You're just lazy". We hear about laziness from childhood - from parents, grandparents, and teachers ("A capable girl, but lazy. You should try harder!"). Later we ourselves begin to use this phrase and call ourselves, our partners and children lazy. But is it really that simple with this idea? Dahl's Dictionary tells us that laziness is "a reluctance to work, an aversion to work, to doing, to occupation; a tendency to idleness. Interestingly, laziness is seen here in two senses at once: as a deed or temporary condition when a person does not want to work, or as a permanent character trait - if a person is inclined to do nothing.ย
However, psychology treats laziness very differently: it believes that it is neither a feeling nor a quality of character, but a social construct. There are basic emotions - fear, sadness, anger, and joy - that are common to all higher mammals, and we feel them in approximately the same way. But there is no such feeling as laziness - there is a feeling of fatigue or a state of apathy, there is aggression, which can be expressed in the unwillingness to do something (the same "aversion to work"). The character trait "lazy" does not exist either - we use it to describe people who do not want to do something that we think they should. Even if we're talking about ourselves.ย
Usually laziness is first told to us by parents or teachers. A child may learn that they are "lazy" in different situations: for example, when they are not energetic enough in the opinion of the elders - that is, apathetic and lethargic. A healthy child should really be active, so lethargy is really a cause for concern. But in this case, it is better to consult a doctor or a psychologist, and not to label it. The second and, probably, most frequent variant is when a child is not interested in what his parents consider useful and necessary: "You are lazy to clean the room", "You are lazy to do homework", "You are lazy to visit grandparents. There can be a hundred different reasons for not wanting to do something, but since parents are considered the unquestionable authority, and our culture still does not talk to the child about his desires and feelings, any disobedience is usually blamed on either bad behavior (when the child actively rebels) or laziness (which is considered a passive rebellion). Growing up, we get used to this concept and begin to describe ourselves and other people through it.
Unfortunately, the idea of "laziness" prevents us from understanding our own feelings, motivations, and even our physical condition: sudden apathy, which we habitually dubbed laziness, when examined by a doctor can turn out to be the onset of bronchitis, a low hemoglobin level, or pregnancy. The notion of laziness can cause us to start pushing ourselves. Compare: the phrase "I'm resisting it" prompts further reflection, prompts us to figure out what's going on - what am I resisting, what's the reason? What is it that I don't like or don't like about it? And the words "I am lazy" imply a moralizing view. Laziness here is a "vice" that must be eradicated. "Laziness" is a convenient label for a whole bunch of tangled feelings, uncomfortable and unpleasant relationships, conflicts that keep us from being activeย
Psychologists or coaches are often approached with something like this request: "How do I start my tenth project when the previous nine have worn me out to the point of exhaustion?", "I sleep four hours, work twelve hours without days off, and there's no way I can start learning French. I'm lazy, aren't I?" Of course, laziness has nothing to do with it. No amount of self-motivation techniques will help a man who is weary. His problem is rather that he cannot stop thinking of himself as an omnipotent cyborg and recognize himself as a living person with a need for rest, doing nothing, and having fun. Usually in such cases one has to turn to childhood and family attitudes. It is not uncommon there to find ideas that vacations are "shameful," that they have to be "earned" or have good reasons for them (three years without a vacation, a serious illness). Or the attitude that only those who do good are loved. A great deal of usefulness. The person who wants to be loved and accepted begins to work himself to the bone, destroying himself and the close relationship - there is simply no resource left for them. When he feels that the relationship is collapsing, feels unwanted, he tries to work even harder against all odds. Mom and Dad demonstrated that they love hardworking people like that - then, this must be true for other people as well!ย
Very often "laziness" is a convenient label for a whole tangle of confusing feelings, uncomfortable and unpleasant relationships, and conflicts that prevent us from being active. For example, you are "lazy" to get a second higher education or to improve your skills. It's scary to think about: maybe you are "lazy" because you don't want to do something that seems pointless to you? For example, if you did not set the goal yourself - just someone important to you suggested to you that a second higher education is necessary.
If you don't have any energy to go to the courses or to sit at the desk after your main job and you are desperately truant, it's time to ask yourself the question: what was the purpose of all this? If you dream of a career change, maybe just applying for an internship would be enough? Or even just send a resume for a position at a slightly lower salary, writing in all the experience of working in similar occupations. You'd be surprised how much shorter the path to your goal is if you figure out what you really want.
Or maybe the initial goal was to please mom and dad? Then it is worth looking for a less energy-consuming way - and even work with a psychologist on where the demonstration of love and gratitude to parents ends and begins to live other people's life scenarios.
You should be careful if laziness covers you every time when you undertake a task (a meeting, a project, a trip) connected with a certain person or group of people. For example, at work, you put off tasks from a certain client to the last minute, although you always carry out the rest on time - you just can not bring yourself to start. Or you are lazy before a trip to some friends or relatives, although in other cases you endure a much longer trip. It even happens that over and over again you don't want to open a book or watch a movie recommended by someone.
In this case, it is worth remembering what has been happening in your relationship lately. Usually there are good reasons: laziness turns out to be a way to passively resist aggression, violation of boundaries, humiliation, violation of agreements. Indeed, it is "lazy" to meet with a friend who canceled two previous meetings when you were already on your way. And you don't want to do a project for a client, from whom you then have to demand a fee for months. "Too lazy" to go to relatives who criticize your lifestyle, who are rude, who violate boundaries. And you don't even want to read a book from a person who treats you badly - and it's not that you supposedly don't seek knowledge, but that difficult feelings about the person are transferred to reading, watching a movie, or traveling.
The phrase "you're just lazy" is also an excellent means of manipulation. Essentially, the person is telling you, "I want you to do this. If you don't do it, I'll think you're bad, and I'll try to instill that same thought in you." The appropriate thing to talk about here is not the qualities of your character, but the activity that you are supposedly lazy to do.
Talking about an employee being lazy at work can be a "good" way to brush off all the uncomfortable issues, from salary delays to imbalances of power and responsibility. In this way, the employer may be trying to move the conversation away from the business relationship into categories of evaluation and morality, and that's wrong. You may be "lazy" to take on other people's responsibilities and overwork without extra pay. Or you are "too lazy" to do a project yourself that requires more formal authority and promotion. And here it's very helpful to call things by their proper names: "I'm sorry, I don't think it's acceptable to require me to stay until 9 p.m. on a Friday night without overtime pay," "In order to take on this project, I must have the authority to sign documents and your power of attorney."
When your partner says you are "just too lazy" to mop the floors and make dinner after a full day of work, instead of accusations and excuses, it's more appropriate to talk about how to share household chores. If you are "too lazy" to visit my mother at the cottage hundreds of miles from the city, it is worth thinking about what was going on in your relationship or if you are not tired. In any case, it is useful to think not about laziness, but about whether a working person is physically able to drive six hours through traffic on Saturday to the cottage to return home the same way on Sunday night to Monday, and how necessary it is to express love for parents in this form (this is a big question).
One of the most difficult issues is when there is conflict behind laziness. The worst is when what you do conflicts with your values - to exaggerate, it's very hard to be vegan and work at a meatpacking plant, or to advocate for body positivity and promote beauty pageants. In this case, laziness is literally salvation. It is a healthy resistance to what one considers immoral, harmful, or dishonest. And activities that go against your life principles are best changed as soon as possible because they are destructive.

hi everyone - i recently purchased and finished reading โout of this world, thinking fourth dimensionallyโ by neville goddard! it was a quick and easy read and i took some notes and gathered some quotes to share with their meanings a little more simplified. if you donโt feel like reading neville or havenโt made the time to yet, take some of these quotes from him to better understand the law and apply it!
chapter one | out of this world โค
โthe spiritual man speaks to the natural man through the language of desireโ (pg. 6) our higher self + subconscious mind knows what we want! TRUST in yourself!
โassumptions, although unreal to the senses, if persisted in, until they have the feeling of reality, will harden into facts,โ (pg. 13) you must change your 4D first in order for your 3D to change.
chapter two | assumptions become facts โค
โyou cannot continue desiring what you have already realized. your desire is not something you labor to fulfill, it is recognizing something you already possess . . . believing and being are one,โ (pg. 22) manifestation is not explicitly about seeing results in the 3D, itโs more so about changing your mindset and thought pattern.ย you change your thought pattern and you are GOLDEN for the rest of your life! make your mind a happy place to be :)
โif however, it is the good of others that you desire . . . you must represent them to yourself as already being that which you desire them to be,โ (pg. 23) this is for when you want to change the way someone shows up in your life. meditate them to be how you desire them to show up. see them already the way you wish them to be. everyone is you pushed out and they have no choice to conform.
โhow the waking dream becomes physical fact is not our concern,โ (pg. 28 )it is not our job to WORRY about exactly โhowโ it will happen in the 3D. let your subconscious take care of that, it knows what you want! a natural bridge of events will occur. be excited for what's to come and EASE the need for control!
chapter three | power of imagination โค
โmanโs imagination is the man himself, and the world as imagination sees it as the real world, but it is our duty to imagine all that is lovely and of good report,โ (pg. 32) if you KNOW that your thoughts create, why would you think of anything other than good for yourself?
โdesire is the power imagination uses to fashion life about me as i fashion within myself,โ (pg. 32) if you desire it, you are meant to embody it! thereโs a reason you get desires that nobody else does. what you want is meant for you. itโs waiting for you. creation is finished! we all donโt have the EXACT same desires do we??? โi look as though i were seeing that which i want to see, and the imagined state becomes objectively real,โ (pg. 32)
โunlike the world of three dimensions where there is an interval between our assumption and its fulfillment, in the dimensionally larger world there is an immediate realization of our assumption,โ (pg. 36) mentally LIVE in the 4D. you desire something? boom. itโs done. your mind must arrive at the destination before everything else (the 3D) does!
โthat is, if i do not believe that i am already that which i desire to be, then i remain as i am and die in my present concept of self,โ (pg. 39) do you believe that you are already what you desire to be? your desires have nothing to do with anyone else, how anyone else shows up, what circumstances are in place already, etc. it all has to do with YOURSELF!
โthat man who is accustomed to call up at will whatever he pleases, will be, by virtue of the power of his imagination, master of his fate,โ (pg. 39) make conscious creation a habit! a wonderful, beautiful habit and hack to a better life! you just gotta work on exercising that mental muscle.
chapter four | no one to change but self โค (my favorite chapter)
โit is finished,โ (pg. 41) this is the EXACT mindset to have/be in. just these 3 simple words need to be what goes through your head!
โas soon as we succeed in transforming ourselves, the world will melt magically before our eyes and reshape itself in harmony with that which our transformation affirms,โ (pg. 42) change must happen inward first in order to see a change physically
โnothing is more important to us than our conception of ourselves, and especially is this true of our concept of the dimensionally greater One within us,โ (pg. 43) self concept = positive image of yourself + belief you are the operant power
โit is our conception of ourselves which frees or constrains us, though it may use material agencies to achieve its purpose,โ (pg. 43) are you going to let your mind control you? or you control your mind? build your mental muscle!
โwe can rely absolutely on the justice of this law to give us only that which is the nature of ourselves,โ (pg. 44) itโs called the LAW of assumption, therefore, it cannot fail!!! whether you believe it or not, it's been occurring 24/7 since birth. your thoughts create + manifest 24/7.
โif we would become as emotionally aroused over our ideals as we become over our dislikes we would ascend to the plane of our ideal as easily as we now descend to the level of our hates,โ (pg. 46) DWELL in your affirmations, not your thoughts against them.

๐บ Always wearing the clothes according to theme even when you don't know what to wear.
๐บ Be able to know about anyone's real personality and intentions just by one look.
๐บ No one able to have a eye contact with you like you hold so much power that no one is able to match your level.
My biggest piece of advice when manifesting would be to let go of the old story. Let go of any unfavourable memory or idea and completely indulge in the new story; if it doesnโt make you feel good, donโt allow it to take up room in your mind. Rewrite the timeline and stay faithful to that new story, I can guarantee you that things will start shifting in the 3d when you do and it feels incredible to allow yourself to live mentally in your dream life ๐๐ง
