I believe in kastle endgame (or at least leaving things open to that possibility) because for frank, there is no one else. there's only karen.

matt has a zillion love interests, and karen is one of them, but they're not going to introduce another love interest for frank. they're just not. so either he dies, or he lives the rest of his life alone, or he and karen get together.

the thing about kastle is that yeah they formed this strong unspoken bond and she'll blow up her life for him and he'll take bullets for her but we know they haven't even reached their peak when he finds out how deep her dad trauma goes oh that's a wrap he's falling into her arms right then and there

I love the detail that Frank knows that Matt’s senses are enhanced but they’ve never had a conversation about it.  He asks Matt if he clocked the van of cops on the other side of the building. He tosses Matt the bullet with the punisher skull on it knowing he’ll catch it and be able to feel the indentation.
