Mmmph I’m little at work and what a fun experience this is. Anyway, do you have tips for being subtly smol in university classes? Bag accessory ideas, snacks, outfits, etc?

Hiya cutie ☺️ There are so so many ways to feel smol in public! It really depends on your personal regression and what that looks like for you, but here are some little things I know can help me!

Snacks are a great way to feel little in public spaces. Little things like goldfish, grapes, pb&j sandwiches, yogurt squeeze pouches, applesauce squeeze pouches, fruit gummies, gerber puffs and really any snack you like in littlespace!

Water bottles that have the built in straw that has juice or milk in it! But please always make sure to have some water too 🥺 It’s important 💜

As far as bag accessories go, the sky is really the limit! I love the little stuffies and fuzzy poof balls you can clip to your bag and take off when you need something to play with. The cute hand sanitizer holders with your favorite cartoon character on it. Pick out a cute bag that just makes you feel little when you wear it. Some bags have a stuffie holder built in that lets your stuffies head poke out!

Outfits are very personal on what makes you feel comfortable in your headspace :) I personally like to wear onesies under cute skirts, overalls, and shorts. Leggings with an oversized shirt/hoodie with a cute pair of shoes. Dresses! A shirt with your favorite cartoon character on it. Headbands and bows in your hair. Bracelets or necklaces that remind you of your regression such as “baby” or “little one” or a homemade beaded bracelet you made while little. Sensory jewelry is a great way to have a teething option subtly! You can buy them online at Amazon. Having your nails painted a pretty color!

You can also carry coloring books (adult coloring books if you’re more comfortable), stuffies, or your favorite baby blanket with you. Most people won’t bat an eye at any of this unless they recognize it due to their own littlespace, so just remember to do whatever makes you comfortable! I hope this helps 🥺

How to Make Your Room Little

First off and foremost, this doesn’t go for everyone! Being little could also feel like hanging up band posters, painting a room grey, or only having a two stuffies. That been having said, I wrote what applies to me in hopes that other people relate too.

✨fairy lights!

✨fuzzy blankets + cozy things

✨painting your room your favorite color

✨including subtly “little” things - like adult color books and small stuffies (if you’re worried about people judging)

✨adding colorful rugs, playmats, etc.

✨candles with a childhood or relaxing scent

✨nightlight (pro tip: get an essential oil diffuser that could work as a nightlight and candle)

✨bulletin board of old favorite memories

✨redone, “adult” versions of classics - like Alice in Wonderland - I’ve found these at Barnes and Nobles

✨having things neat and tidy

✨having cutesy clothes or clothes that make you feel little

✨anything sparkly - especially the trend with the sequins that change color when you play with them

✨having crafts, letters, etc. that your caregiver wrote with you or things you’ve done together on display

✨anything else that makes you feel like the cutie you are!! :)
