GoldHeart: Puts on an act as the embodiment of LOVE and pretends to care and LOVE.

Flug: He was burned by LOVE because of Miss Heed. (And maybe GoldHeart depending on their relationship in the past.) Or "LOVE" could refer to GoldHeart and Flug was defeated by him.

Question in one of your drawings there a line that reads " I don't want to forget her but I will." what does that mean does he (white hat) have memory troubles or is there some kind of limit due to his powers?

Compared to a human's, his memory is actually spectacular.

It's just that he knows Earth isn't the first planet, this galaxy isn't the first world, this dimension isn't the first plane. Time's been around so long that even the most important of things eventually disentigrate into the back of his subconscious.

His memories span billions of years in our galaxy, he just knows that infinitely more years will pass and someday he'll only vaguely recall that Earth was a thing.

To answer the second question, I'd say Black Hat can definitely do things that my version of White Hat can't
