>grow up in an underground fighting ring and just. let it be the way you were raised

>you spend most of your time avoiding fights by being the support but of course you get in the ring sometimes

>have a bad time, undergo some mystery operation that's supposed to give you superpowers but just makes you half lizard

>you win fights and the guys who gave you the operation are kinda cool actually.

>they end up owning the ring system and you get to work for them because of sheer loyalty and fanfare (contributing to a cause greater than yourself)

>you're task manager and janitor/maid but that's actually your dream role jokes on them

What's with the collar on Mal Wear might I ask? Does it prevent him from using his powers and shape-shifting? Cuz I mostly just assumed that he would get shocked or something if he tried anything (especially on the Captain)

flug and dementia are getting up to their usual insufferable bullshit and black hat calls them into the office. he looks tired. he looks so, so tired. ‘do you have any idea how stressful it is to live with you people’, he says. ‘do you have any idea what you’ve done to my blood pressure.’ and as flug protests that it’s not his fault black hat slowly peels off his leather gloves, pricks his finger and a stream of blood catapults three feet out of him. he’s a condensed heart attack made flesh.
