Judging by the fanfic I've been posting, the way to engage with readers is to make a little guy and then be really mean to them.
hey i saw you across the room at the devil's sacrament and loved your vibe
sigh...whatever *swigns my awsuome giant sword around*
Devastating to have more evidence that done IS better than perfect
Okay, next story should definitely be out on the 30th December.
I've gotten the plot planned out to a point where I'm starting to overthink really tiny details, which I think means I'm ready to start writing it out in full by this point. I've already gotten the first chapter done save for a few more proof-reads, and I'm 70% done with the second, so it's go time.
30th December.
I already think I'm going to make it novel-length by accident again.
need more “guish” words. anguish. extinguish. languish. great for when a character is bleeding out on the floor
how to get rid of the feeling that there is something irreversibly and unforgiveably wrong with you?????????
i really like in fiction when they're like oh no!!! the bad guys are about to win!!! and Character Who Keeps Trying To Sacrifice Themself For The Greater Good is like. gentlemen i have an idea
Chapter 11 - Communication! And communication is surely a good thing, right?
Well, all I'll say is if you liked the bees, you'll probably like this one.
And we’re off! Next story is up on AO3, and updates should come at least once every ten days as with previous (I just realised I’m working off a tenday-based schedule, this was not intentional), and I will try to post here in case of a delay.
Shout-out to the time I was doing He Who Was' quest and everyone was just... stood in the way? I'm trying to have a conversation here, lads.
I write BG3 fanfic about having a bad time and learning to carry on anyway! It's good fun! And also devastating!
