One thing I learned from these studies is that no matter how hard I try to imitate individual elements of an artist’s style, the whole still will never feel quite like them. Because every artist has their own unique fingerprints all over their work and that can’t be replicated. I think that’s pretty cool!

I'm hoping to do more of these cause it's a fun challenge and I have like 10 million more artists I really admire and learn from haha. But for this first batch I picked the ones I think I have probably studied the most already :) Each of them is incredibly creative, skilled, and gifted, with their own signature style, and I have learned a lot from all of them.
