It’s that time of year I re-watch the movie Luca and every time I do I remember how much I love this movie and just have such a great time. Genuinely it’s just such a simple and well made movie it always reminds me of why I decided to study animation in the first place.

I kinda just wanted to see if I could give him a nose, I originally wanted to do like a boroque style painting but then I got bored and then thought of maybe drawing wally in a glue trap but I ended up with this instead

The bots are really loosing their touch recently, a staggering drop in quality. My loyalty as a consumer is being tested and I do believe I won't be bringing my children to this establishment anymore. You have lost a fine customer! For shame!

I'm taking a class in paper cut out stopframe animation but I made this for fun outside of it in like one evening I literally had one class and was like : time to make the best thing I've ever made. It was like I was touched by the ghost of a really talented garbage collector. Finally I have a way of justifying why I hoard newspapers.

Listen here I'm going through something and if I want to relive my childhood and early teens with marauders fanart I very well will.

Whenever I like something enough I always get really nervous about making fanart because I get attached to characters or moments and I'm scared of not doing them the justice they deserve. So in honour of working through my fears, slowly, I decided to make some character designs for how I've always imagined Remus Lupin and Sirius Black. I really liked the idea of the mauraders era because it feels so detached from the source that its its own thing entirely and I love that, I love that we as a collective can just make that happen. I've always kind of seen Harry Potter as the perfect sandbox for stories and the mauraders just is proof of that. So I feel safer making art for it bow since this is my interpretation of something that is other people's interpretations.
