shipping characters who are just friends in canon is more than okay but what’s annoying is when people take screenshots of them touching and say “friends don’t do that!”. i hate to break it to you but friends do hug and hold hands and cuddle. saying ‘friends don’t do that’ is reenforcing the idea that physical touch is reserved for lovers

Have an existential crisis. Now have an existential crisis, but make it music. That's Will Wood.

ASH from @theapollospectrohelioscopic's AU "Powder's Precarious Pain Précis"! (that punctuation there is weird but i put the exclamation mark to separate it from the actual name. sorry fellow grammar people) ASH is the AU's Mind equivalent. I started doodling this a few days ago. I don't have the other characters because they don't have a description yet. Except for Angel. Anyways, the style is based off ouji, which i thought fit the formal tone I thought would fit. The shading and anatomy and everything i did was weird. Based the sword (i cannot draw weapons too well unfortunately, wish i could have done better and made it specifically a rapier) off one ask someone else did on preferred weapons. Still, hopefully it's okay to y'all? Lux's AU can be found at @ask-pppp.

Bye bye
dear usamerican high schoolers looking for a way to resist fascism: sit through the pledge of allegiance.
no getting up. no looking at the flag.
everyone will be looking at you. you'll be sweating like a fucking hippopotamus. your teacher will sternly tell you to get up. you'll feel stupid and that maybe its not worth it because you're just a kid in a classroom. but I'm here to remind you that there are no real life consequences to detention. there are however real life consequences to resisting a thoughtless performance of nationalism.
I go to the grocery store, heading straight for the dairy section. Positioning myself in the middle of the milk shelf, I let out one single long, wailing, cheese-curdling scream. Every single carton of fresh dairy product within hearing distance has now been rendered undrinkable. The poor worker whose only task this shift was to keep me out of the store and most importantly away from the dairy at all costs is fired on the spot. I do not linger to bear witness to the grief and destruction I have caused. Knowing that I caused it is enough.
These petty, pointless acts of meaningless evil are the reason that I will not see the kingdom of heaven.
