Martin Dubravka is so underrated. He has the 6th highest amount of clean sheets in the league, plays for a worse team than all of the 5 above him and has made some incredible saves. It’s only because he plays for us that no one rates him much

It just slipped out when he gave you breakfast. A simple ‘thanks, I love you’ and it was so natural for you to say you barely noticed at first, until you looked up to see Marcus staring at you. Your response was to blush bright red and place a stubborn stare on your plate. And he’s stuttering a response out and god you feel so stupid - he obviously doesn’t feel the same way. You’re contemplating every possible way to get out of this situation until your thought of ‘window?’ Was cut short by an abrupt ‘I love you too’ and you’re the one looking up in surprise, staring at him, stuttering. You’re both smiling sheepishly from two sides of the kitchen, him continuing to make food, you eating yours.

And you even don’t think about it when you’re coming to your high, him following shortly after, but you did think about it when he’s muttering about how ‘maybe I didn’t do my bit for the environment. do one with winks. he gets drunk and he acts like childish, his girlfriend tries to make him to change his clothes and tuck him in bed but it's not that easy haha. I need more winksy in my life
You’re picking him up from a club and driving him home and god if that wasn’t difficult enough with him constantly touching you, trying to curl up on you as you navigated the streets, but getting him out of his clothes for bed was a whole other level. He’d giggle and pull on your shirt as you tried to undo the buttons of his shirt, he’d refuse to sit still as you tried to untie his shoes and he’d make flirty comments followed by ‘I have a girlfriend’ as you tried to undo his belt. And when you finally got him undressed for bed he’s pulling you in with him ‘come lie with me’ in a singsong voice surrounding you.

He’s preparing them for it a few days in advance: you’ll be with him when he picks her up, his daughter is to be nice, he knows Millie will be. And you’re trailing behind John, nervous at the thought of meeting the daughter he talks about so much, worried at the thought of Millie hating you. And Millie’s opening the door, John’s going to collect his daughter and you’re awkwardly stood, not knowing what to say - but you don’t have to know. She’s pulling you into a tight hug, saying ‘be good to him, yeah? Don’t break his heart’ and you’re saying of course you wouldn’t ever do that and she knows you mean it so she smiles and releases you, asking you about your life, taking a genuine interest - not hostility whatsoever. And John is standing at the bottom of the stairs, holding his daughter and her bag, a big smile on his face at the sight of you two getting along.
How’s Stones and the United photographer getting on they still texting ?
They’re texting everyday now. The odd flirty text seeping into the mass of ‘hows your day been?’ But it doesn’t translate to in person meeting and how can it not you live in the same city, you walk the same streets - how have you never seen each other since? And Jesse is teasing you whilst you photograph him in training ‘so hows my mate, John? Doing good is he?’ And you’d laugh at his childishness and snap a photo, desperate to read the unread message you know you’ll have waiting for you; ‘I’m free all of Saturday’

I never really liked football as a kid I’m gonna he honest. My family wasn’t very into sports much. But I went out with a Newcastle fan, went to every home match whilst I was with him (which was a year so like one season of matches) and he constantly talked about it and now even though I’m no longer with him I got too obsessed and immersed to let go. So yeah that’s why I support Newcastle. I’m not actually originally from Newcastle I’m from around it so I never had the football culture that exists in Newcastle, hence my not supporting them in the first place
