★ next, that that is out of the way, i want you right now to decide you are going to induce the i am state whenever you want and however you want. decide it once.
that is all you have to do to induce pure consciousness/manifest/whatever. ig you find yourself doubting: remind yourself who you are. god. don’t let that statement fly above your head. truly understand it, and relax. bye bye for now!!!! ♡︎
We're going to be treating 2025 as a blank canvas, so have full faith that this is going to be the year where you finally get everything you want. For this challenge, revision will be the key. You will be revising the entire past year. You can even revise the years before that if you'd like. After revising, you will go into 2025 knowing that you are living your dream life and that this is going to be your year. (You can use this challenge for the void state too!)
Create a list of all your desires. You can do this on a Google Document, in your Notes App, wherever you want. You can even include pictures, or make a Pinterest Board. Many of you have already done this, but if you haven't yet, I definitely recommend that you do!
Choose a few affirmations that you will stick to. Some affirmations that you can use are:
I am living my dream life, I always have been.
I have already manifested my dream life, and I am currently living it.
I have already entered the void state, I enter every night, and I've manifested my desires long ago.
Feel free to make your own!
Listen to this subliminal and follow the directions below:
Take a few deep breaths and let yourself relax. Play the subliminal, close your eyes, and repeat your chosen affirmations in your mind. If you like to visualize, do that too. Now, when you repeat your affirmations and visualize, I want you to have full trust that these affirmations are true, the scenes that you are visualizing are real memories that belong to you, and this is the life you've always been living. Do this for however long makes you feel fulfilled. My recommendation is around 10 minutes, but feel free to continue for longer if you'd like! Once you are done, accept that the old story has now officially been revised.
That's it! It's done. The old story has been revised and all you have to do now is accept that and persist in that fact. Keep reminding yourself that IT IS DONE. You can't fall back to the old story now, because there literally is no old story, it's been revised! You are already someone who is living their dream life, you always enter the void every night because you always have, you manifest instantly because it's been a skill that you've always acquired. By accepting this, you will get your desires, you will enter the void, your dream life will be yours.

so you wanna enter the void, manifest your dream life, get rich, be hot, and have people obsessing over you, BUT YOU CAN’T EVEN GET YOUR LAZY ASS TO DO THE WORK? be fucking for real. you’re out here acting like you have a real problem when, in reality, you’re just avoiding shit like a weak little dumbass.
ive noticed a pattern—y’all aren’t actually “struggling” with the void or manifestation. you’re struggling with your own laziness, your own excuses, and your own weak-ass discipline. and honey, if you don’t fix that, you’re gonna stay exactly where you are: broke, lost, and watching others live the life YOU could’ve had.

you keep telling yourself, “oh, I’ll do it tomorrow” or “i just need to be in the right mindset” BITCH, TOMORROW IS A LIE. you will NEVER feel “ready.” the motivation you’re waiting for? It doesn’t fucking exist. action comes BEFORE motivation. you don’t feel motivated THEN do the work. you do the work, THEN the motivation comes. you either force yourself to start, or you stay stuck like a dumbass.
** FIX IT: use the 3-second rule. the second you think about doing something, count down from 3…2…1… and just start.

you “just can’t bring yourself” to do it? so what, bitch? do it anyway. your problem isn’t a lack of ability. it’s a lack of discipline. youre more comfortable avoiding things than actually fixing your life. WEAK BEHAVIOR. you’d rather scroll for hours and waste time than take 10 minutes to get your shit together. PATHETIC. you think avoiding the work makes life easier? NO, BITCH. IT MAKES IT HARDER. Now you’re stuck, overwhelmed, and hating yourself.
** FIX IT: use the 10-minute trick. tell yourself, “i’ll just do this for 10 minutes.” 10 minutes is nothing. but once you start? you’ll keep going.
“YOURE MAKING SHIT SEEM HARDER THAN IT REALLY IS.”
you “don’t know where to start”? oh, it “feels overwhelming”? BITCH, YOU’RE LYING TO YOURSELF. you’re making it seem like a big, scary process so you can justify not doing it. the void? lay down and shut up. THAT’S IT. manifestation? assume it’s done. move on.
** FIX IT: break shit down into small steps. instead of saying “i need to manifest the perfect life,” say, “i need to affirm for 5 minutes.”
“YOURE LETTING YOUR FEELINGS CONTROL YOU LIKE A WEAK BITCH.”
“but i don’t feel like it…” BITCH, NOBODY CARES. if you only do shit when you “feel like it,” congrats, you’re gonna stay a failure forever. successful people don’t wait to feel inspired. they get up and fucking do it ANYWAY. if you let your emotions control you, you are a SLAVE to your own weakness.
** FIX IT: when your brain says “i don’t feel like it”, respond with “i don’t give a fuck” and DO IT ANYWAY.
discipline goes a long way
Usually, it takes me around 30 minutes or sometimes even longer to enter the void state. I typically get there by the time I reach step 4, but this time I somehow mastered it and entered in 10 minutes! Here’s exactly what I did to enter quickly and effortlessly (but remember that everyone’s journey is different)
1. Find a Comfortable Position, You can lay however you want, but for me, lying on my back helps me feel more symptoms. I stayed completely still, letting my body relax fully. No adjusting, no tension, just letting go.
2. Affirm with Full Belief, I repeated simple affirmations in my head, like:
• I am in the void.
• Entering the void is easy.
• I am pure consciousness.
I didn’t stress or wait for symptoms, I just affirmed and let myself sink into the feeling.
3. Counted to 100 & Affirmed When Needed, As I counted up to 100, I didn’t feel the need to constantly affirm. I only affirmed when I noticed my mind starting to wander. By the time I reached 100, I was already in the void.
4. If You’re Not In Yet, Count from 100 to 0 & Affirm, If you’re not in yet, try counting down from 100 to 0 while continuing to affirm every now and then. Usually When I reach 0, I am already deep in the void.
I know for a fact it took 10 minutes because I had a subliminal playing in the background. Just as I fully entered, the sub ended, and an ad suddenly played, scaring me and pulling me out.
• Don’t Overcomplicate It, The void is natural. The more you let it happen instead of “trying” to enter, the easier it is.
• Detach from Outcomes, If you keep thinking “Is it working?” you’re just pulling yourself out of it. Assume it’s already done.
• If You Feel Yourself Dozing Off, Let It Happen, A lot of the time, you’ll enter as you “fall asleep.” Trust the process.
And that’s it—10 minutes, and I was in. No forcing, no stressing, just trusting. If I can do it, you can too!

my micro goals for 2025 p1
1. Start going for walks every time I feel stressed or anxious.
Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I'll step outside and take a walk to clear my mind and release tension.
2. Learn more about the world in terms of history and facts.
I will dedicate some time each week to dive deeper into the world’s history, discover interesting facts, and expand my knowledge.
3. Journal every single day, no matter how messy the day is.
I'll commit to writing down my thoughts daily, even on chaotic days, to maintain self-reflection and track my growth.
4. Go on solo dates twice a month.
I'll make it a point to take myself on two solo dates each month, whether it's exploring a new cafe, restaurant or enjoying a peaceful time in nature.
5. Take care of my health and take breaks between study sessions.
I’ll prioritize my health by remembering to take breaks between study sessions to recharge and avoid burnout.
