Why being delusional is the best solution | IT GIRL DIARIES
"being delulu is the solulu" - a pretty bitch
In today's world, being labeled delusional may often be seen as a negative insult, usually implying someone is out of touch with reality, which isn't wrong i mean.. ,but what if i told you embracing a form of delusion could actually be a powerful tool for manifesting your goals and changing your life?
Being delusional, in a positive sense, means creating a new belief or fantasy in your mind and living as if that is your reality. Over the years, I’ve realized that this type of thinking—where you treat the fantasy you create as your true reality—can lead to life-changing transformation.
View life as a game—one where you can choose who you want to be, like changing a character in a video game. I was fat and I didn't like that so, I decided to see myself as a "skinny girl" and live out that reality. I programmed my mind to believe this new identity, and my actions followed. The mind drives our actions; once I embraced my new self-image, my choices and behaviors naturally aligned with it. Eventually, I lost the weight, and that once “delusional” thought became my reality.
The key is to truly believe in the version of yourself that you want to become. By continuously reinforcing that belief, your mind will start sending signals that influence your actions to match this new identity. Whether you aspire to be wealthy, successful, or fit, the process remains the same. Create the fantasy, immerse yourself in it, and allow it to guide your actions until it becomes your truth.
So yes, being delusional is the solution. It’s about harnessing the power of your mind to reprogram your reality. By deluding yourself into the person you want to be, your actions will start molding you into that person, whether it’s the fit version of yourself, the wealthy version, or whatever else you desire. When used intentionally, delusion isn’t madness—it’s manifestation.

Usually, it takes me around 30 minutes or sometimes even longer to enter the void state. I typically get there by the time I reach step 4, but this time I somehow mastered it and entered in 10 minutes! Here’s exactly what I did to enter quickly and effortlessly (but remember that everyone’s journey is different)
1. Find a Comfortable Position, You can lay however you want, but for me, lying on my back helps me feel more symptoms. I stayed completely still, letting my body relax fully. No adjusting, no tension, just letting go.
2. Affirm with Full Belief, I repeated simple affirmations in my head, like:
• I am in the void.
• Entering the void is easy.
• I am pure consciousness.
I didn’t stress or wait for symptoms, I just affirmed and let myself sink into the feeling.
3. Counted to 100 & Affirmed When Needed, As I counted up to 100, I didn’t feel the need to constantly affirm. I only affirmed when I noticed my mind starting to wander. By the time I reached 100, I was already in the void.
4. If You’re Not In Yet, Count from 100 to 0 & Affirm, If you’re not in yet, try counting down from 100 to 0 while continuing to affirm every now and then. Usually When I reach 0, I am already deep in the void.
I know for a fact it took 10 minutes because I had a subliminal playing in the background. Just as I fully entered, the sub ended, and an ad suddenly played, scaring me and pulling me out.
• Don’t Overcomplicate It, The void is natural. The more you let it happen instead of “trying” to enter, the easier it is.
• Detach from Outcomes, If you keep thinking “Is it working?” you’re just pulling yourself out of it. Assume it’s already done.
• If You Feel Yourself Dozing Off, Let It Happen, A lot of the time, you’ll enter as you “fall asleep.” Trust the process.
And that’s it—10 minutes, and I was in. No forcing, no stressing, just trusting. If I can do it, you can too!
drink water
this is an absolute game-changer ! bonus if its warm or room temperature, really gets the metabolism going as well as soothes your throat !!
make your bed
this makes my room look MUCH neater, and gives me peace of mind + incentive not to get back under the covers and doze off again TT
meditation
another thing that calms me down greatly and gets me focused and set for the day, i really recommend lavendaire, her meditations are top-tier and she has several lengths to pick from
morning yoga
debloat yoga or stretching is a must for me, it helps aid my digestion as well as reduce bloating in the morning.
exercise
i like to do either shirlyn kim, april han, chloe ting or momomi workouts in the morning ending with a hinafit's full body stretch that's twenty minutes long. i use chloe ting's workouts as cardio mostly and then a set of targeted hiit from momomi and relaxing pilates from shirlyn kim and april han.
i am also trying to go on walks in the morning as well TT
skincare + dental care
my skincare routine in the morning is cleanser + toner + hydrogel + sunscreen + matte sunstick + lip balm and my dental care routine is herbal toothpaste + fluoride toothpaste + mouthwash. i wash my hands between and before/after steps.
shower routine
i use a pumice stone and sugar scrub in the shower to exfoliate along w baby soap and shower gel to clean up. i apply three layers of moisturizer + coconut oil on getting out !!
reading
in the mornings, i like to either annotate classics or read my weekly self-help book or just read educational nonfiction and take notes in my commonplace journal about them.
journalling
i fill out five affirmations, five things i'm grateful for as well as my intentions for the day. i also write down what would make my day great, as well as habits to focus on (at least three)
planning
i plan w/ my planners, notebook and wall calendar spread as well as notion and a habit app, as well as google sheets.

she starts her mornings with a glass of water and stretches because it makes her feel good
her evenings are a mix of journaling, dancing in her room and turning her phone off when she needs time to be introspective
she’s empathetic and patient, specially with herself
she’s a great listener, but she never lets herself be a dumping ground for negativity
she’s not afraid to walk away from people who drain her energy and make her feel bad
her mantra is “i deserve to be cared, specially by myself”
she knows that healing can be messy and she’s fine with taking one step at a time or even going one step back because life is not linear
sometimes she stays in bed all day because she knows that rest is productive too
she celebrates small wins like taking her vitamins/meds, finishing a good book etc. because she believes joy is found everywhere
she values quality over quantity in every part of her life
she surrounds herself with people who respect her boundaries
her style isn’t about trends: it’s about what truly resonates with her
she values the present moment, even when it’s messy
she leaves every person she meets better than when she found them
she reminds you that you’re allowed to be a work in progress and a masterpiece at the same time
she loves herself just the way she is <3
Confidence can get you incredibly far in life and make everything a lot easier; I consider myself a really confident person, so here are a few tips that might help you get there! <3
Eliminate toxic people. I don't care if it's your best friend, boyfriend, or mom; if they are stopping you from being the best version of yourself, it's time to say goodbye.
Fix your posture! Confident people have good fucking posture, and sweety, I just know your posture is not it rn, so please straighten that back.
Do what makes you happy. Who cares what people have to say about it? If it's good for you, do it.
Tell yourself you're that girl. Nobody will believe it if you don't do it, so hype yourself up!
Practice eye contact. I can just tell someone is confident if they can look me in the eyes while having a conversation. It seems much harder than it actually is; pick one of their eyes and just focus on it while you talk.
Speak with tone and expression. Talking in a quiet and monotone manner doesn't necessarily make you look insecure, but talking with expression just sounds more confident.
Make your hand visible. When you hide your hands, it makes you look insecure and uncomfortable.
Mind your own business. This one is really simple; I don't think I have to explain, lmao.
Don't tell people your insecurities because 99% of the time, they didn't notice them before you pointed them out.
Accept compliments. If someone says you look good, don't be like, "oh nooo, I look AWFUL" just say thank you and accept the compliment :)
Stop over-apologizing. Only say it if you actually did something bad or feel sorry.
Visualize the person you want to be. It's pretty simple, think about who you want to be, then think about how that person acts, their routine, how they talk, etc., and slowly start adapting those habits.
Don't be nervous to ask for help. Instead, change your mindset; people want to help you!
Authenticity radiates, be true to yourself, and you will attract good people like a magnet.
No one is out of your league if you act like it. This entire 'league' thing is made up, so don't put yourself in a box.
Trust yourself. You have a bad feeling; you know it and act on it. If you feel like something is not right, it's probably not. Trust yourself.
Stay calm under pressure. It's crucial to not freak out under pressure; even if you do, try acting as if everything is under control.
When entering a room, don't be on your phone. Look around, introduce yourself, greet people, etc.
smile more :)
walk like you know where you're going, even if you don't lol.
Live for yourself. Constantly work on not caring what other people think. If you like it, you post it. If you want to go there, go. If you like that outfit, wear it. Make decisions for yourself, not for others to validate you. It's your world, and every decision you make is because you want to make it yourself!

Do you want to change your appearance? Your voice, energy, beauty, and entire perception of yourself?
You wake up one morning...and
You have the body you feel is yours.
The voice you love.
The skin that glows.
The energy that conquers.
➥You can do it. But not by changing your body. By changing who you are inside when you look at it.
➥The truth they don't tell you: The body you see now is not real. It's just a form held by your attention, your "I am this way." As long as you observe it as true → you confirm it. Even if you hate it. Even if you want to change it.
🍒How to break free:🍒
➥Stop trying to improve. Don't say "I'm becoming beautiful." Say: "I'm stunning. It's obvious." And live like that.
➥Stop reacting to what you see. The mirror, photos, your voice? They're no longer "you." They're just echoes of the old version you're leaving behind.
Treat your new body as already yours. Move like it's already yours. Breathe like it's already yours. Don't wait to see it. Just be. Let go of all struggle. If you're still thinking "but why hasn't it changed yet?" → you're still stuck in the version that's waiting. Stop it. Don't give it any more attention. No explanations. No justifications.
Thoughts don't manifest. It's the state you think from that creates. "I have the perfect body" said by someone who still feels insecure = doesn't work. But said by someone who no longer doubts, who already lives like it's true = BOOM. Reality bends.
Your reality is just a reflection of your perception, so change your perspective and your life will change.
