Good omens 2: divorce time
Currently reading The Winter Soldier Cold Front. Bucky and Gimlet made reference to the Ritz and danced to A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square and I can't stop thinking about those tragic little gay men (not really) with their divorce with these references. I had physically get out out bed, walked a bit, and tab them. God, those two need to get back together and live happily ever after for mysake pls. Aziraphale can even do the damn 'I Was Wrong' dance.
Crowley fell into depression
stuck in the rain.
That's it, it's time to put all blondies in gay jail until they learn how to treat their boyfriends
To all new Ghost fans
Because I feel like a dad.
It's perfectly fine if you got into Ghost because of TikTok.
It's perfectly fine if your favorite song is Mary on a Cross.
It's perfectly fine if you can't tell Ghouls apart.
It's perfectly fine if you can't tell Papas apart.
It's perfectly fine if you're a bit lost and confused about the lore. We all are.
It's perfectly fine not to know everyone's identities.
It's perfectly fine if you don't want to know everyone's identities.
It's perfectly fine if you can't get/afford any merch.
It's perfectly fine if you can't afford to go to a ritual.
It's perfectly fine if you don't want to go to a ritual.
It's perfectly fine to interact with other Ghesties. Don't be scared of us. The majority of us are chill.
It's perfectly fine to ask for song recommendations.
It's perfectly fine to have your own theories and headcanons, as weird and unhinged as they might be. It's Ghost. They do weird shit, too.
It's perfectly fine to discover new artists through Ghost.
It's perfectly fine to be confused about things. Everyone is.
Ghost is supposed to be fun. So have fun, damn it.

abby x firefly!reader | lev x platonic!reader
synopsis: You wish you had never left. If you hadn't she wouldn't have lost everything.
warnings: light cursing, wlw, tall!reader (5'10"), each chapter will have their respective warnings. No use of Y/N
Her body ached, her skin burned. But her only focus was getting Lev to the beach. Once he's able to step out onto the sand she collapses next to the boat, letting the cool waves wash over her legs.
āAbby.ā Lev calls, his voice hoarse, āAbby you need to get up.āĀ
She opens her eyes to find a gun pointed at her chest.
ā
It was all a lie.
The character you had built yourself to be was just that, someone you could hide behind as you fought through your emotions. Many people depended on you now, there always seemed to be a constant reminder of the fact, and you found that you had begun pushing yourself more than you really needed to. You understood that it wasnāt healthy, but it was a bad habit you knew you couldnāt pull yourself out of.Ā
āThink you can make it through today?ā Neil glances down at your hands as you fiddle with the charm bracelet around your wrist.Ā
āYup.ā You smile. You pop your lip and begin to hum as you try to distract yourself from Neilās heavy gaze. The two of you walk into the restaurant and greet the familiar faces as you approach the table where you and your team normally meet up.Ā
āYou should eat,ā Neil mumbles.Ā
You shrug. āIām not hungry. Iāll save it for later.āĀ
He begins to say something, but seemingly gives up as Dannie and Rachelās voices draw your attention away from him. āGood morning,ā Rachel sings.
āMorning.āĀ
āHey,ā Dannie glances up from her glass. āDoc says he needs to meet you about going on another trip for supplies.āĀ
You nod, āIāll meet him before I head out for patrol.āĀ
āSounds good.āĀ
Youād only get a couple minutes of peaceful chatter before youāre being dragged outside and towards the docs. Jakeā one of the docās petrol menā speaks incoherently as he drags you along. You look over to Neil and he just shrugs. āWhoa, hey, slow down.ā
āItās really important, and I think youāll be happy to hear itā¦āĀ
āIām sure it is, but I canāt understand you if youāre talking that fast.ā You place your hand on his shoulder, forcing him to take a second to calm down.Ā
āA few of the guys saw a boat,ā He pauses. āTheyāre in rough shape, but we think it could be-āĀ
āHoly shit.ā You look back at Neil. "Do you think it could be her?"
āWe canāt be sure.ā
You run down to the beach, and you watch as they pull a woman and a small boy farther up the beach. One of the patrolmen points his rifle at them, screaming at them, demanding answers.
"Hey!"
They all turn towards you, all equally surprised.
"Lower your gun, they're not a threat," You glare at him. If looks could kill, this man would be 6 feet underground.
He hesitates before lowering the gun, and you continue to glare at him until he backs away. You look down at the young boy, the large scars that curve up his cheeks are the first thing you notice. You look over at Neil, who seems to have noticed the familiar markings. He walks over and kneels in front of him, and you turn your attention back to the woman in front of you.
Her build was familiar, so were her freckles and the color of her hair. But it wasn't until you looked into her eyes and heard her whispering your name until you knew. You knew it was Abby.
You wrap your arms around her and allow her to fully fall into you. She sobs into your shoulder, and you try your best to hold yourself together.
"Hey," You coo, "you're okay. You're safe."
