The ending was really sad and dark and excellent. Snicket’s work doesn’t have nearly enough fanart, so I thought I’d amend that.

Moxie Mallahan is the last journalist in Stain’d-By-The-Sea, a town that used to be on the sea until the sea dried up to save the Ink industry, but now that’s dried up too and if Lemony Snicket and his associates don’t do something, so will the town. Moxie is Snicket’s first associate and pretty much was alwasy my favorite. I have a soft spot for newsies.
