There is multiple ways to squat, everyone thinks that squatting will build your glutes and complain months later why your Quads are huge but your butt only changed slightly.
Check those shin angles and if your doing it with a barbell do low bar squats (Google it).
Have a trainer or fitness coach teach you how to Deadlift or even sprint. A combination of Low bar squats, Deadlift variations, and sprints will create a butt youβd never expect to have. It takes time but when it happens youβll be in awe how much you can change the butt.

About Apetamin........I've heard a lot of ladies saying that the weight gained with this does not stay on when you discontinue use, as well as the drowsy thing, so I wouldn't advise it. In my personal experience, maca root, increased calories and exercise has worked wonders and the weight has stayed on when I've discontinued use of the maca (1 month on, 1 month off is what's advised). Whatever supplement you choose, its best to stay as natural as possible and do your research.

It makes you sleepy the first two days but it doesnβt taste bad at all. (Orange soda like flavor) i went from eating less than 1,000 cal to 2500-2700 calories. It allows you to not feel full after a couple bites ii cant believe i ate 2700 calories today. I take 10 ml for breakfast and dinner. It says take 3x but i did 2x today so i dont become too dependent on it. Im hoping I see progress soon! :)

So this is meβ¦..Iβm on a weight gain journey and I can stop now if Iβm to go by a chart or other peoples opinions (both say Iβm fabulous) but Iβm doing this for myself and how I feel and want to look. Iβve been taking macca root and killing it in the gym and I have definitely seen results so to all my fellow skinny Minnieβs, YOU CAN DO THIS!!! π
