I don’t care about who is right and who is wrong. Making posts about someone should end their own lives and being angry or cheerful about is HIGHLY unacceptable, disturbing and no laughing matter what’s so ever. WE ALL SHOULD KNOW THAT BY NOW. There is no fucking excuse for it. People actually end their own lives, even it’s the littlest of things. The fact some make excuses about how funny it is to say those things is DISGUSTING. I’ve lost someone online long ago and I will never forget it. If you read this and brush it off. It says a lot about you than anything. You don’t care about people. You are worse than garbage.

What happened to LaizyBoy
For those that are wondering what happened to Laizy/Laizy_boy04, the truth of the matter is yesterday (4/30/22) that they were systemically group harassed and threatened by a group of individuals on twitter until they were backed into a corner and felt unsafe to the point that they deleted their accounts on DeviantART, Twitter, and Tumblr and privated their Insta account. The epicenter of this harassment is an individual that goes by the name of @/biackwashing (on twitter) or @/kiyoishereig (on tumblr)
Now, I need to say this very loudly and very clearly right now: this person is not a good person, and if you see this person on any platform you need to block it. Do not trust or interact with this person. It openly manipulates both the people it interacts with and its followers, twisting words and posts into vilifying the person on the other side of the screen in order to generate outrage clout, and has been seeing doing this to random people on both twitter and tumblr time and time again.
This individual claims to be a pinnacle of black LGBT protection, anti pedophilia, antiproshipping, etc, but at the same time this person is incredibly dangerous, toxic, and hostile who in the same breath is somehow very racist, transphobic, misandrist, and openly spews TERF propaganda whether it believes it or not.

Cool—how do I use featured tags?
On web: Head to the account icon in the top-right corner of your dash, and select “Edit Appearance” from the drop-down menu for the blog you want to add featured tags to. Click on the pen icon next to “Featured Tags” to add up to 10 tags of choice. These will now appear in your popular tags in the blog view and be listed in your archive.

alright im just gonna say it, because im tired and my brain filter has already gone to sleep for the night
i used to read smut as a minor, you used to read smut as a minor, your fav authors used to read smut as minors, and minors still read smut today. there is no way we can prevent or change this.
but you know what i DIDN'T do when reading smut as a minor? interact with it or the authors. i kept to myself, got my fill, and then stayed away. it really wasn't hard.
whether or not minors should read smut at all is debatable. on the one hand, it can be a fun and safe way to explore your sexuality through fantasy, rather than going out there and catching STIs and getting pregnant. on the other, the smut fanfic corner of the internet is vast and largely unmoderated; it is likely you will stumble upon topics/kinks/stories that can be traumatic or harmful to some individuals. reading about fictional sex and intimacy may also create unrealistic expectations about real-life sex and intimacy.
but regardless of the moral/ethical intricacies of minors reading smut, the fact remains that teens are very often horny, and once a horny teen sets their mind to reading smutty fic about their favorite characters, there's nothing we can do to stop them.
then, what can we do? well, a few things:
- we can maintain our boundaries and continue to block minors and ageless blogs that follow us
- we can continue to impress upon minors who stumble upon our blogs the importance of respecting those boundaries
- we can continue to tag our smutty fanfic thoroughly and appropriately, so people can avoid things that they know will be harmful for them to read
- we can continue having discussions about fantasy vs reality, and what is and is not healthy in a real-life sexual or intimate scenario/relationship
in my opinion, shaming minors for reading smut altogether only does more harm than good - the more a kid is shamed for their sexuality, the more they try to hide it and the more likely they are to engage in risky sex. that doesn't mean we shouldn't shame them for not respecting a DNI boundary.
i don't have a witty, cutting conclusion to this rant, so i'll conclude by saying that i think the only way to protect everyone best is to be realistic, firm, and kind in the manner in which we address this issue. shaming kids for being horny isn't gonna get us anywhere at all.

This woman and her family are STARVING, they are in a situation that has been THREATENING their lives. Robbie Lee aka @diehardblm feels like she has no hope and she feels HELPLESS. What if you were in her situation right now? It would be so horrible for anybody to be going through this right now but these people are going through this RIGHT NOW. I first started talking to her in January when she messaged me and she thanked me for sharing her post. But while we talked in February. She talked to me again on March 11th. Things only have gotten worse for these people.
