Plus some extra self portraits! I've been feeling really uncreative recently and just trying to keep myself alive through self-indulgence.
Sad Little Devil and Cheeky Little Angel plate set I’ve been dying to show off!
Really enjoying my little ceramic side hobby and wanted to make a plate set all to myself. The idea brewed for a year before I followed through and I’m really happy with the end result.
A little life update: I have been going off the rails a little and absolutely loving it. At the start of the year I had a month-by-month detailed plan on what I wanted to do and learn and fit into this year - and then I was drinking with a friend one night and realised how burnt out I was already in February and decided to throw my plan out entirely! “Do it for the plot” is my new motto and I’ve met so many new and lovely people because of it recently, completely changing my life. I’ll be back on the art game soon, but I’m still finding a balance between art, work and life and I’ve been healing burn out slowly. I’m still slowly animating my short film but I’m not in a rush to finish it - it’s a personal project I know I want to take my time on, not to mention the other things I want to make.
I've been going really hard on studying animation again - starting off with Alex Grigg's Animation Basecamp and I've got other plans in the list, including learning Moho around March time.
I'm pretty excited for this year!

Supermarket Study 🛒
Originally painted this in January and wish I’d done more of these because I found myself enjoying it. It felt super therapeutic, but I was having a bad time trying to find a job when I made this so I just never released it until now.
As I said before; going MAD in my sketchbook 💪
This might be a concept for a little something, but I’m unsure if I’ll be sharing more or keeping it to myself. I’m going to try and be less picky about what I post on social media, I always find myself separating the stuff I like to draw and stuff for posting a lot - I’m trying to find a balance between the two.
I’m also really enjoying playing with colour recently - this leafy green looking lime against ultramarine is a bit of a fixation recently 🔵🟢
This post looks like it should’ve ideally been posted in October, but I don’t care because this December is much too warm; I still feel like it’s October. I also found some new mushrooms growing in my neighbour’s yard so I’ve decided it’s October until it’s January.
I don’t know what it is in the last week or so, but I have been non-stop sketchbooking, it’s insane. I think I’m starting to find myself again, artistically and I’m so excited for everything I have planned for next year.
I’m planning to get back into animation and story, I’ve even started some things early because I want a head start so I don’t get scared half way. It’s all kind of coming together, stay tuned 🍄

I've been thinking a lot about the un-shown scenes of Arcane and how Vi no longer fit the clothes she came into Stillwater with.
I've recently really been trying to beat my burn out by doing other things - pottery painting for example! It's become a bit of an addiction (I currently have 9 various bits of pottery to paint at home 🙈) but really fulfilling!
I'm sure you've all also noticed the jacket I'm painting on my instagram stories if you follow me there - I'll be wearing it as pitfighter Vi at MCM Comic Con in London this year, so maybe look out for me? 👀 Or don't actually, I'm really shy haha!
Anyway, that's my little update. I can feel the creative juices starting to flow again and can't wait for my little break for con in October. Ciao💫

Excited to say this piece will be featured in the next @belovedzine !! The theme was renewal and I want to show the importance of how a partner can help in self-acceptance and help you both thrive.
This painting’s been in the works for 2-3 years, mostly because I was intimidated by it, but I’m glad it’s done now.
