i was just gonna leave this as a joke about classical literature but then i realized that there was an obvious part 2:
love makes you do really stupid things
i had an interesting dream last night.
i was listening to someone tell a wonderful story set in a fantasy world with magic and talking animals. the world was full of rich colors and vibrant plants that overtook any man made buildings. i don’t remember exactly what the story was about, only that although the main character had known sadness and hardship they were able to overcome and live happily and truly.
i woke up feeling hopeful for the future.
hektor knew he was already dead and andromache knew it too. but still she drew him a bath.. hope really is an open wound on the souls of mankind. and what a wound to tend to
if you see me wandering the windswept moors and highlands in nothing but a nightgown plastered to my skin with rain, wailing and wringing my hands as i stumble over the already mud-trodden hem, i ask that you do NOT approach. i will be FINE. i just need to work through some stuff & be dramatic first. please respect that.
