Witness: He walked in and shot the guy
What actually happened:
Have you seen her pirate costume?? She is BEAUTIFUL
loving turnabout reclaimed so far, but the way they’re treating Norma DePlume is kinda pissing me off even if it’s not at all surprising lmao
she’s like actually quite pretty with great hair and makeup and she dresses nicely. but she’s fat so of course everyone treats her like she’s unsightly and ridiculous for considering herself attractive. super fucking annoying.
Trucy & Mr. Hat :)
Putting them in Calvin and Hobbes strips is my favorite pastime actually
source: Bill Watterson’s Calvin and Hobbes!! just to be clear, these are all preexisting strips :)

Dual Destinies is my favorite game <3
I love to picture them dancing in their living room after work. So soft <3 This illustration is part of my AU which take place in the 1950's in France. Detective Fulbright (Inspecteur Brillant in French) secretly lives with prosecutor Blackquill (procureur Lamenoire in French). If you want to know more about their story, I detailed it under this post.
The song Fulbright is singing is "La Mer" by Charles Trenet! It's my favorite song, I love the melody and the lyrics. You have an English version of that song which is "Beyond the Sea". It's also very beautiful but the lyrics aren't the same. (Nonetheless, I love both versions)

I'm back with some Blackbright! I know Fulbright looks like a menacing silhouette in this one, but he probably would just cuddle with Blackquill! Nothing terrible will happen... They're just happy lovebirds <3

Drew my darling again <3
In a world where everything is fine... Let my boys be happy pls!!
After-work Karaoke session. Fulbright knows how to sing but screams most of the time while Blackquill is terrible at singing and he is pretty shy. Also, personal headcanon, but Blackquill knows all the Steel Samurai soundtracks by heart and he sings them with Maya. They exchange facts and cards and are total nerds. I love them. Enjoy!
+ A quick doodle of Blackquill and Fulbright!
Detective Bobby Fulbright investigating. In France, we had phone booth too but they were of greyish colours not red as it was the case in the UK.

More for my Crime Detectives 1950's AU. Here's an illustration of Bobby Fulbright in the streets. I use old photographs of French streets for reference.

In French, his name is a reference to the game "Jacques a dit". Of course, as always you can ask me to translate what he says in the comment section! I'll be happy to answer you!

Just wanted to draw my handsome boy!! Look at him smiling!!
Blackquill: Prosecutor Blackquill on the phone?
In this AU, Blackquill is still a prosecutor and Fulbright a police detective. Although, Blackquill hadn't been convicted for Metis Cykes' murder. Despite this, UR-1 accident still happened and Fulbright and Blackquill investigate during their free time to find the culprit, the one called the Phantom.
Fulbright is the police detective attached to Prosecutor Blackquill making them colleagues. Nonetheless, they secretly live together in a little French house with a garden in the suburbs of Paris. They try to keep their relationship a secret among their co-workers, but it's sometimes more difficult than they expected. Yet, their neighbour, an old lady with a cat likes to spy on them and tries to blackmail them without success... Her name, Wendy Oldbag!
