Human Bill Cipher wearing a bright gold yellow Victorian dress with a big poofy skirt and large patches of black lace trim around the collar, sleeve cuffs, and skirt. @godsfavoritescientist said #someone neeeeds to put bill in that dress it was made for him on this post and I was like, I haven't stuffed human Bill in a weird costume in a month.

Usually he wouldn't put this much effort into his outfit but he'll put on anything that gives him a more triangular silhouette.
