I finally got my brewstoid 😁. I now have him leading a whole choir in my house
So I did restart, I named the island Moonstone, and I'm really excited about this run! Muffy was already one of my starters, so I'm taking this as a good sign that I made a really good choice! My museum and Nook's Cranny are both up, I invited 3 villagers (Twiggy, Stu, and Jambette), and I'm really hoping to get all of my dreamies, but in the meantime I think this will be really cool. I'm hoping my dreamies pop up though, and I'm also thinking maybe I'll keep everything very jewel toned. No neutrals, just jewel tones, some metallics, celestial themed items, and black.
You know how every few months I debate restarting my island? I'm getting that itch again lol, I just really love the hustle and bustle of restarting and making everything new and trying to level everything up again, and I love how unique each run is! I've never had the exact same run, and I've TRIED TO a few times just for fun! It's pure joy to have the motivation and goals in the beginning all over again

Plucky moved out! She was one of my starter villagers, so it was kinda sad, but she doesn't fit my theme and isn't really my favorite anyway, so I'm not too mad about it. I went villager hunting today and found Leopold, who's definitely one of my favorites, and while he's not one of my dreamies for this island he really fits my theme and I don't have more nook mile tickets to use currently so I'm just really happy that he matches the themes I have planned and part of my vision for the island! 🏝
I think honesty if I struggle to find one of my dreamies, I might just let Leopold take their place until I can find them. Same with Papi and Lionel, they're all great villagers of a similar color scheme, so it kinda works for me. The only other issue here is that if I see Ed, Julian, or Ione, I might have to keep Filbert and change my theme to celestial or just make my island more blue because they're some of my very favorite villagers

I just got two birds with one stone: I got my 10th villager, Papi (who is one of my favorites and a dreamie of mine for literally any island) AND because he's moving onto my island I finally had enough points to get KK Slider to visit my island! Considering I've majorly slacked off with this island and started it on Valentine's Day, I'm honestly really happy with the results! My only issue so far is that I had an autofill, and it was Claudia... she's like the opposite of the aesthetic of my island theme. Normally, on a casual island, I'd be much more chill about things, but currently, I'm just a tad disappointed. I really just let time get away from me long enough to get an autofill...
I had two empty plots I set up last night, and I'm curious. I filled one because I had only one Nook Miles Ticket and happened to find a villager I really enjoy (Piper) that I'm at least okay with being on my island for now and I think I might actually allow the other plot to give me a dreaded autofill villager! I do rarely have good luck with this feature, but Leopold was my last autofill, and that gives me hope that maybe I'll be seeing one of my dream cuties like Roswell, Petri, or Vesta.

I know everyone says this, but I really do agree that we should be allowed to play as an animal in animal crossing tbh... until then, I'm making my character a fursona!
