some of kemerootās outdoor baths by the beach featuring different kinds of baths and a couple showers, too! i kind of want to make another outdoor baths area in kemeroot thatās inspired by the visuals of watatsumi island (mermaid set is one of the prettiest furniture sets we have in acnh), but iāll finish working on cleaning up my island from the influx of flowers last few days because itās been raining nonstop (almost) in the game.
in the middle of running around kemeroot, i spotted these two chilling at the plaza, and itās just so precious (TvT )
changed kemerootās island flag from usagyun pixel art to kavehās friendship namecard earlier, and i realized i wanted to make more of these when time permits me (iām already thinking about making one of thomaās and wriothesleyās because next best husbands also deserve slots in my custom designs!). anyway, iām happy with the way it turned out.
maybe iāll change my island tune, too, when iām feeling a little hardworking with the changes in kemeroot. something sumeru music related or kleeās character demo song, whatever iām in the mood for.
in my (f)unemployment season (so far), which is both by choice and not by choice because i chose to resign, but i also got rejected in all of the job applications iāve applied for so far (so far, because we still be looking, and itās only been two weeks since my last day at work) so unemployed not by choice, but by circumstance (?). anyway, this did allow me to catch up on some stuff (besides cleaning my room since i was 15 so that i can sleep soundly and not wake up with a bad case of allergies), and by stuff, i meant the regular rotation of the games i play:
here are updates no one asked for but i will update anyway!
rushed the month-long animal crossing new horizonsā museum event to celebrate the museum and galleries month. we also have our national cultural heritage month on may so thatās another reason to go back and visit my acnh museum since i wasnāt able to do so in real life Ę Ķ” (ą„Å̄̄̄̄āāøāÅ̄̄̄̄) ą„ not even blaming work since part of my last responsibility as a resignee is to finsih and submit all the necessary paperworks and other requirements for clearance (or i wonāt get the last of my salary, and the Lord knows i need those funds to sustain me while i go looking for work), but i digress. anyway, usually i do drop by galleries and museums when i can during may since most museums and galleries do have their entrance fees revoked the entire month as a way to encourage more people to drop by so iāll just do that next year irl.
iāve been playing acnh since the year it was released, and if thereās one place in my island that i still love going around when iām done with the intended tasks for the day, itās the kemeroot museum (my islandās name is kemeroot, btw). ofc i took screenshots on my switch. hereās my character as she crams the stamp rally on the last day.
i remember how i used to play this religiously on the year of its release, that i was able to amass around 2k hours of running around kemeroot, terraforming, planting, landscaping, renovating, and decorating but iām still not yet done with the āØfinal form⨠of kemeroot. iāve yet to check the number of hours i have alloted for this game now that iāve been playing it again frequently.
june and july are months of hydrangeas in acnh, too, so i intend to do a lot of photoshoots and redecorating in my island because i love hydrangeas irl and in games.
another favourite in-game activity for me is visiting the cafe inside the museum, too. itās only in-character for my acnh character to enjoy coffee the same amount as i do.
i totally forgot about the 10-photo limit tumblr imposes on mobile so thereāll be another entry that centers on unsolicited updates about genshin and star rail. and here i am thinking i could type them all down in one entry š
crammed this year's may day tour because i almost forgot about it until i was in the middle of finishing my tasks for the day at work earlier (āÆāāā)
i've been playing animal crossing new horizons since the year it was launched and though i don't religiously open it as much as i did (until genshin ate me completely), i still enjoy running around my island, talking to my villagers, and "working" on my happy home paradise island when i'm energized enough to design a rest house. plus i still want to finish decorating my island - something i promised myself i would three years ago hehehehehehe
