A memory just hit me like a truck
When I was a kid I think it was kindergarten. I was doing a lot of vocal stims like chirping or grunting, etc. I've done them so often and for so long that they could give me a headache. I can remember like six different stims that i was doing. My mom was finally so annoyed with it that she told me to stop and kept me from doing it
I thought I never did vocal stims, but it turns out I was wrong and just forgot about them
