ok guys, I know, I know, very unoriginal, BUT supernatural Trevor and Denise-
them both being ailuranthopes (werecats, if you will, with them being able to turn into bobcats)
Okay it's more of like, 2 or more aus in one, BUT!! Here-
-Denise is Trev's biological kid
-they have some stuff in their genes neither of them knew about
-Trevor randomly transforms in the middle of a random night
-it scares little Denise and she runs and hides in her room
-Trevor at the moment is more of a wild animal, unable to control himself from a lust for blood and hunger for flesh
-Denise locks+barricades the door with as much stuff in her room and hides under her bed, hugging her teddy and crying as her dad bangs on the door and claws at it, desperate to get to little Denise
-eventually at the asscrack of dawn he turns back to his human form (with more hair and animalistic features, but unnoticeable enough) with no memory of what he'd done, like a hangover of sorts.
-he looks at the mess in his house and his immediate thoughts are that a robber had entered the house and knocked him out, and if his daughter was okay.
-He then looks at himself and goes "Oh shit, my clothes, why they ripped" and covers himself as much as possible (so as not to traumatise his kid, if she was okay) and goes to knock on her bedroom door, asking if she was okay in a gentle tone.
-Little Denise approaches the door warily and asks if he is normal now, and Trevor is (obviously) confused.
-so Denise, being cautious, explains the situation to him through the barricades protecting her.
-Trevor is mortified with himself and the fact that he tried to harm his kid, but he holds himself together, for his kid's sake.
-He goes to his room to change into proper clothing and goes back outside Denise's room.
-He manages to convince his daughter that he's fine now, back to normal, and not going to harm her again.
-Even though she's convinced, she's still a bit wary of her father.
-Trevor decides to take a day off work to try and learn more about his condition.
