Starkids I think could/should play Professor Hidgens:

AJ Holmes - unlikely probably, but like he would be PERFECT come on!

Joe Walker - also unlikely, but I lowkey think he'd be good and I just miss Joe ok 😭

James Tolbert - he wasn't in the og TGWDLM and he can dance and has that flare that Robert's Hidgens had and would probably do amazing

Mariah Rose Faith - gender swapped Hidgens ‼️ she's played him before and did AMAZING and besides she's not in any scenes that Hidgens was in so it would work out

Curt Mega - honestly I didn't think about this before I saw someone mention it, but I'd be so here for that. And again, he wasn't in the og TGWDLM so there'd be no problems there

Jeff Blim - honestly, I LOVED his Hidgens in Workin' Boys, but this would probably only work if they also recast Sam or Mr. Davidson or something because he already sings like 80% of this show and it would be too much if he also played Hidgens soo probably wouldn't happen

Honestly the thing I'm most excited about for this revival is to see who they cast as Hidgens lmao

Rewatching AVPM and the fact that multiple of these performers have made it to Broadway since this silly low-budget show from 16 years ago makes me so happy

THE SEXY SONG‼️ I died, went to heaven and was brought back to life by this performance, they actually throwed it back for me personally🫶

Immediately bought the new VHSCCs album cause I’m obsessed with the new version. Ngl I kinda wish they’d release a version with A.J. As Scrooge cause I like to make playlists that have the same songs different singers side by side, but beggars can’t be choosers so I’m going to be blasting this playlist until new years.
