Hey guys, welcome back for the second time! Yesterday I found out that I’m allergic to penicillin, which also happened to be in the antibiotics I was taking.
I was taking the antibiotics for a tooth infection and it worked. But the thing is that it lowers your immune system. When I was almost done the bottle, I started getting hives.
So my mom started to make me take Benadryl. It is helping, but she chose the ones that make you drowsy and tired. So I have my immune system lowered, hives (that are going away), and I’m constantly tired.
Welp that’s all I have to report, see ya!

I also have recently been working a lot on my oc’s and have personality descriptions for all of them and story summaries for nearly all of them! All written down on a Word document too! If you want to hear more about a specific oc I’d love to talk about them.
In other news I have strep throat and am now taking antibiotics and can’t leave my house for the day. Yay. The antibiotics are working though and my tonsils are already significantly less swollen!
Final bit of stuff to talk about is I have seven new oc’s! And have begun coming up with their stories! They’re all from the same world except one but I keep them grouped together because the same person made the two different worlds I’ve abused them off of.
How’s life been for other people? Please I need human interaction right now anything will help.
Antibiotic resistance has been called one of the biggest public health threats of our time. There is a pressing need for new and novel antibiotics to combat the rise in antibiotic-resistant bacteria worldwide.
Researchers from Florida International University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine are part of an international team that has discovered a new broad-spectrum antibiotic that contains arsenic. The study, published in Nature’s Communication Biology, is a collaboration between Barry P. Rosen, Masafumi Yoshinaga, Venkadesh Sarkarai Nadar and others from the Department of Cellular Biology and Pharmacology, and Satoru Ishikawa and Masato Kuramata from the Institute for Agro-Environmental Sciences, NARO in Japan.
“The antibiotic, arsinothricin or AST, is a natural product made by soil bacteria and is effective against many types of bacteria, which is what broad-spectrum means,” said Rosen, co-senior author of the study published in the Nature journal, Communications Biology. “Arsinothricin is the first and only known natural arsenic-containing antibiotic, and we have great hopes for it.”
Although it contains arsenic, researchers say they tested AST toxicity on human blood cells and reported that “it doesn’t kill human cells in tissue culture.”
