When you started getting late to class, he got worried so he made it his life's responsibility to always wake you up in the morning, be it by breaking in your room through the window or calling you non-stop. (maybe even changing your phone call ringtone into a loud metal music without your knowledge)
Karma often envies you because of how you act so happy-go-lucky all the time but then he'll start to feel like something is off, he'd be suspicious.
He's gonna watch you from afar (not like a stalker, he simply wants to know what's up with your behavior /via following you without your permission/ totally not stalking)
Once you are alone, maybe outside of class during a break, he'd definitely ask you how you could be so happy and jolly all the time.
But once he see you break or finally show your true emotions, he'd definitely know what to do (man's probably played ddlc before) would listen and give you advices, most likely would relate to your experience, he probably went through the same thing that you did.
If you have thoughts of suicide (like if you have already scheduled the day and time of death) best believe that he'd never let you go anywhere without his guidance, would be with you 24/7 until those storm clouds in your head disappears.
If you're close to eachother (childhood friends, or share an emotional bond) he'd cuddle with you until you fall asleep, if you're outside when you told him how you feel then he'd hover over you and hug you tight until you feel his heat.
One wrong thing that the Mc of ddlc did was leave sayori, obviously karma won't go through the same path that guy did, karma's smarter and experienced with this, he'd stay with you, even stay over your place until you feel better.
Words of affirmation, physical touch and quality time are what you'll experience, maybe even acts of service.
Basically, he will try his best to make you feel better, maybe even try to be out of character for the day.

Saw you posted about Assassination Classroom. As a fellow fan, just wanted to ask, which was you fav character? (Mine was Isogai, I love him so so much)
I’m WAY too indecisive to pick one, but i LOVE the E-class teachers, the students we got later in the show (Itona and Ritsu), and the “main” 3 students (Nagisa, Karma, and Kaede/Akari). I also feel like Kunudon’s strangely underrated, that little acorn thing had me cackling 😂.
Me, halfway through season 1 (not realizing there was a season 2): “dang, if they canceled this before finishing it then did assassination even classroom???”
Me, after finishing the whole show: crying softly to myself on the couch “what’d they do to my boyyy????? THEY KILLED HIM!”
