United States Courts for the Nineth Circuit. 9th circuit Court. It was written recently that the 9th Circuit Court is a circus; a kangaroo court at best. They are a rubber stamp of leftist agenda. But they really screwed up this time. Their recent ruling on President Trump’s travel order was gross negligence on the part of a court that gets overturned 80 percent of the time. Put simply, you could ask 3rd-graders for their rulings and get a better outcome, than the 9th Circuit Court. These judges must stop doing their illegal political activism. The law gives President Trump the means to suspend entry to the USA of all aliens or any class of aliens. See below... Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.
