I'm obsessed with the idea of sunrose because james is a bully who acts all righteous (unless he's bullying snape — in his mind it doesn't count), he feels like he has to pretend he's guilty

and james is a bit scared of the side of him that feels no guilt over everything he does, it all feels like an act

and then he meets barty who actively encourages anything that he does because he's just as bad as james is

and james swears he's in love with lily but then why is he so obsessed with this slytherin boy who makes him feel free

everything barty encourages is morally wrong and james realises that he needs to shut it down so he breaks it off, joins the order and proposes to lily while barty, fueled with rage from the breakup (and his father) joins the death eaters to release all of the built up rage and anger

Here me out, fic idea:

Regulus, Remus and Pandora are all theatre kids, Pandora and Regulus were already besties previously, all three audition for a play (Hamilton obviously). They all get accepted, who plays which character? Regulus-Hamilton, Pandora-Eliza, Remus- Burr. Anyway so they all become besties because like they're all in the play together so they're in close proximity and all three have major rolls. When the time comes to perform the play Sirius who hasn't seen his brother in years and is just there to support Remus is forced to sit there for like three hours and watch his brother that he abandoned absolutely slay at being Hamilton, James is just like watching in awe because he has never met Regulus and Sirius doesn't tell him it's his brother so he's just drooling over Regulus the entire time. Lily, who went to support her bestie Remus, is drooling over Pandora because we love pandalily. Barty and Evan are just at the back of the audience cheering on Regulus and Pandora (they end up getting kicked out for being too disruptive). I haven't really thought any further about this tbh, maybe I'll continue it on eventually.

Okay so this description is gonna be shit because my memory is like really foggy. So it's a jegulus and wolfstar fic, possible background pandalily and rosekiller. James owns a hotel in Spain (I think it was Spain but I might be wrong) that he inherited from his parents. Sirius and regulus haven't seen eachother since Sirius ran away. Regulus, Pandora and Remus are photographers staying there because they have a project to do in and around the town where the hotel is. Remus and Regulus try to make Sirius and James jealous by like kissing in front of them and shit. Barty used to date regulus and is a tattooist in England and Evan works for him and Barty finds out where regulus is from Evan who finds out from Pandora. Barty and Evan go to where Regulus and Pandora is and yeah. Ik it includes like almost everyone from the marauders era (eg. Frank, Alice etc.)

YES. I dont really know why but I've always imagined Evan as the tallest mf ever. Like u thought Remus was tall- no Evan was the tallest at 6'4.

Barty was still real fucking tall at 6'3 but Evan used that 1 inch of height difference over Barty any chance he got

'I fucked up. I fucked up . I fucked up' Barty could not look away from him- Harry Potter, the boy who lived ; but he was supposed to be Haz the adorable lil' kid with a toothless smile. He was supposed to go on playdates with Luna and be spoiled rotten by his uncle Barty and uncle Evan.

He was James' carbon copy with Lily's eyes. But it was his behaviour that made Barty want to crawl into a hole - his dry humour and quick remarks, his skill in quidditch and even his smile was Regulus'.

But he would never get to know him as Haz, just 'Mr. Potter' and he would never get to be uncle Barty , instead he'd be Professor Moody .

BARTYLUS

Unrequited Bartylus is just so precious to me for some reason.

Barty thinks Regulus loves him the same way he loves Regulus. But Regulus doesn't realise Barty likes him in that way, he thinks it's a friends with benefits situation without any feelings involved... So one day when he goes to his dorm to tell Barty, his best friend, about James Potter and how he thinks he's falling for Jamie, he doesn't quiet understand why Barty looks like he's going to breakdown.

Barty thought it was more than just a quick fuck between two friends. So hearing about James Potter broke him. He knew it showed on his face so he covered it up quickly and teased Regulus, before making some two-bit exuse and running Dorcas' dorm- she always helps...

[And Evan was there watching as his bestfriend broke the heart of the boy Evan loved, getting his own heart broken]
