"Pikachu, use thunderbolt!" The human child yelled, or as many called them 'trainer', for the 12th time in the last 20 minutes.
Honestly, this was getting tiring. For 10 minutes, this human had been running around in my home cave with it's little Pikachu chatting excitedly about 'Catching a Houndour'. That got annoying quickly, and so to try and push them out I jumped into a battle with them.
The shock only lasted for a moment, Houndooms like myself weren't common in pup caves like the one we were in. But the pups needed protection and every so often one of the older members of the pack would check in and guard them and I had been set to check on them today.
But the trainer seemed to only get more excited at the prospect of skipping a Houndour and catching a Houndoom. So for the past 20 minutes, I've been hit by quick attacks and thunderbolts a 3rd of them missing because the pikachu was slower than a Slowpoke while the trainer yells like a fool.
I grit my teeth as the thunderbolt strikes my body and sends a jolt of electricity through my body.
"Good job Pikachu!" The trainer yells, "Get ready to dodge its attack!" he points at me, as if having to signal to the pikachu who 'its' is.
"Pika pi!" It wasn't even saying anything. It was just making noises to charm its trainer.
That annoying trainer who won't stop pointing and shouting and being a little nuisance.
Why did I have to attack the pikachu? Why couldn't I attack the trainer?
....Why couldn't I?
I stand up straighter and glare at the trainer, the boys face cracking from the confident smile to a weary look. I gather dark power into my teeth to prepare my attack.
I rush forward, the pikachu ducking to the ground to dodge what it assumes is my oncoming attack.
But I rush past.
And land a Bite on the trainers arm.
The world seems to still, time slowing down as my teeth crush down on the trainers flimsy arm, a crack echoing into the cave.
The trainers face shifted into one of horror and pain a scream ripping out of his chest, the pikachu no doubt gaping in surprise.
No pokemon ever attacked a trainer, not in an official encounter. The before was free range but during? Unheard of.
Yet here I was, jaw with dark power locked around a trainers arm breaking the underlying bone.
Why didn't we do this before? Why did we follow any of the unspoken rules the humans practiced amongst themselves?
I certainly won't be from now on.
A wild Pokemon has had an epiphany. Why fight a Trainer’s Pokemon and near-certainly get caught… when you can just go past their Pokemon and attack the Trainer directly? This kid and his Pikachu are getting obnoxious anyway.
It’s probably not very likely, but: Sometime before the show ends. Willow vs Terra. Epic plant magic showdown.
IT MUST HAPPEN. IT MUST. HAPPEENNNN.

Day 17: Battle
(He probably needs to go to bed anyway.)
SPOILER WARNING AHEAD! If you didn’t play the “Genocide Run” of “Undertale” so far or watch a walkthrough of it then I would suggest not reading this if you want to avoid spoilers. Got it? Good. SEIZURE WARNING: The Article contains GIF’s with flashing light effects.
Note: I am a Fan of Homestuck and Undertale. Vriska is my favourite Homestuck Character and Undyne is my favorite Character in Undertale. Not Sans, sorry. I was as neutral as possible while thinking the possibilities through. If somebody wants to argue and discuss my theories they may feel free to write down their opinion.
This battle was inevitable. Well, people think that because Vriska and Sans share the same theme, the Composition “Megalovania”. It is kind of a silly reason.
But how would it play out?
The following document will try to analyse both characters, their strengths and weaknesses and their individual abilities.
I will use only canon information about the two to determine the outcome of this fight.
Some people think that a fight between the cerulean troll and the lazy skeleton would lead to “Make her Pay 2.0” but I disagree with that notion. Sans's blue-hearted telekinesis isn’t able to deal damage. He was dealing damage at the end of the battle against Frisk/Chara with the blue-heart telekinesis but he put a lot of energy in this final effort and it exhausted him pretty fast. Also the attack wasn’t deadly in the end, regardless how much damage it was able to deal. Yes, Aradia was able to deal grievous damage to Vriska but I think that Aradia has a lot more ATK than Sans who only has 1 ATK.
Karmic Retribution is a powerful tool that probably works against Vriska, eating away her HP after one hit. Still it is unknown how much HP Vriska has but we can assume that she has a lot to spare considering her having all the echeladders and that she ascended to God Tier. Also she is probably feeling a certain amount of guilt over her evil deeds which could affect the efficiency of “Karmic Retribution”. This of course is a subject for argumentation. Vriska is a complicated Character after all.
Sans uses a technique known as “Bullet Hell”, a technique often used in Shoot ’em up‘s like Touhou or Gravius but also in other Genres of Videogames. He attacks with a lot of projectiles I.e. bones and Gaster Blaster beams at once and his attacks get faster and more complex over time. If used poorly it can border on fake difficulty. But it makes sense for a game like Undertale to employ a incredible hard challenge like that and genre savvy character like Sans would use unfair tactics to stop an opponent he feels is a real danger to everything in the world. Not to mention that most of Sans's “Bullets” actually target his enemy and don’t spread over the entire battlefield without even coming near the designation. Sans even attacks while his enemy is choosing his next action. He is one magnificent bastard!
Vriska is no slouch herself being a pretty good killer and an exceptional fighter. Doc Scratch once said that he had no idea who would win if Vriska fought against Bec Noir. He wouldn’t bet on Vriska, but wouldn’t bet against her either. It would have been nice to see one of her greater accomplishments in a battle like her attack on the black king but we have only the Fan-Animation “Rex Duodecim Angelus” which is a good one but it is not canon as far as we know.
Vriska is strong, very strong, but she has her flaws and unexpected attacks are her big weakness. Sans has a lot of attacks in his portfolio which an adversary would have a hard time seeing coming. Vriska could catch up to his tricks sooner than later because her paranoia would aid her in this battle. Awaiting attacks from all directions would make her very wary of her surroundings and would give her a higher chance of evading.
Vriska’s main weapon is the Fluorite Octet, a legendary octet of magical dice which can summon all sorts of powerful creatures, weapons and other stuff. But this is a weapon based on chance so the result of every throw can be very random. Her most powerful technique is the Ancestral Awakening. If she throws eight 8’s with her Fluorite Octet she gets all the powers, strength, abilities and agility of her Ancestor, Marquise Spinneret Mindfang, had, and/or is simply empowered by her spirit. Combined with her own abilities and a very powerful sword she becomes incredibly powerful, almost unstoppable. Only really powerful beings like the already mentioned Bec Noir are her equal in this mode. But even then Sans can dodge her powerful attacks again and again until he gets to tired.
In the End it would become a battle of Attrition. A long and very exhausting battle for both warriors. But which of the two has more endurance?
Sans is incredibly lazy and laid back which made the fact that he is such an incredibly tough warrior very surprising. The irony of the physically weakest enemy in the game having the most infuriating battle techniques to counter is quite obvious but also logical.
But here is a catch: Vriska wouldn’t trust Sans. Let me explain: She obviously trusted Terezi NOT to stab her in the back but she was wrong about that in the end. Vriska knows also about many clichés, tropes and twists which happen in all kind of stories and she could sense that something isn’t right about Sans. She could, it doesn’t have to happen but the fact that something isn’t right with Sans should be obvious fairly quickly, especially in a fight with him.
Vriska would of course have problems hitting Sans because he likes to dodge attacks and is incredibly good at it. She has many ways to attack him thanks to the many possibilities of the “Fluorite Octet” but Sans is probably able to dodge most of it. Vriska also has a lot of Determination, so much in fact that only the direst circumstances and/or the most brutal breaking speeches can stop her.
Vriska’s ability to mind control and to read the mind of other people as well as her ability to steal the enemies' luck make her pretty overpowered. But I guess that Sans has the usual “Contractual Boss Immunity” against status effects so I doubt that those abilities will help against the brother of Papyrus.
Like I mentioned a few paragraphs ago, Sans has the flying “Gaster Blasters”, attack machines that shoot broad lasers at his enemies. Vriska could and probably would destroy those machines the first moment she can instead of dodging them the entire time.
I also see her trying to destroy the bones that are thrown at her instead of only dodging them.
So, would Vriska be able to survive, dodge and/or destroy all the attacks that Sans can use against her? I think she can.
I think that Vriska may able to beat Sans in a battle rather than vice versa. Vriska has simply more determination and strength than Sans in my eyes. Sans is a very hard enemy for somebody like Frisk/Chara and for the player but I’m not sure if Vriska would succumb to the same rules the players have to follow in “Undertale”. And even if Vriska has to follow the rules of the Undertale video game she may be able to succeed.
So, yes I think Vriska has a high chance of succeeding should she fight Sans.
Please Remember: That is just my opinion. And like I already said: I’m willing to discuss this topic.

Reflection on the 5/13/15 update with potential strategies, considerations, and predictions.
The best team to face the Becs would ironically be the "least important/effective" characters: Tavros, Jaspers, and the Mayor---plus Jade and GCat.
Jaspers could be a great distraction for them because cat. Actually, there’s probably even two of them around.
Tavros could use his communing abilities to control the Becs, plus potentially GCat to use as a distraction.
The Mayor would probably be safe because PM is his friend. He’s destined to face Bec Noir, anyway.
Jade, either asleep or awake, would occupy the Becs' attention, be safe from them (and protected by them!), and has the same First Guardian abilities.
As long as the Condesce is sufficiently distracted, they'd all be good.
Jack English vs. Dirk, Dave, and possibly surprise Davesprite would make a nice callback to when Bro and Davesprite fought against Jack on LOWAS. Remember how the final prototyping gave him First Guardian powers, which turned the tide of battle?
What if that happens with Jack English, such as obtaining the golden cuestaff and that very same ring? LOWAS (I assume it’s there now) is one of the closest planets to Jack English, too, so the battle could occur in the very same spot!
If Davesprite is around, he risks being influenced by the Condesce like Jade, since he’s part bird.
The idea of Karkat facing his old frienemy Spades Slick is delicious. If anyone can convince Slick to form an alliance, it's Karkat.
Any of the trolls facing the Condesce is probably dangerous because of her manipulation powers. That mostly just leaves the kids.
Nannasprite's probably around. She'd be great as part of the healing team, since she's alt!Jane and has healing abilities, too.
If there’s an extra Nannasprite who tagged along on LOWAS, even better.
Remember Casey's undead army on LOMAX? That has potential to show up again, too. If the Condesce uses her powers to control them, BAD NEWS. If not, allies ahoy! I imagine the golden battleship is still there, too, since Aranea wasn't around to move it; they could use that, as well.
During the fracas, Gamzee will probably escape. (Don't turn your back on the body!) Plus, he most certainly will travel back in time to at least give Lil Cal to CD to create Jack English in the first place. That has to happen somehow, since Vriska apparently didn’t do it. Gamzee might also prototype the final sprite. Who knows what else he'll do?
Vriska is leaving, yes. My guess is to raise the Cherubs, but we really don't know. (She's already hijacked Gamzee's role for practically everything else, plus she has other Gamzee parallels.) What if she returns in time to give the final blow to the Condesce, being the one to officially kill her? It'd mirror her dealing the final blow to the Black King of their session, plus... She'd likely inherit Lord English's curse. Lord English has already been manipulating her and using her to his advantage anyway; the curse would just make it official.

(( To finish the after-asks/after-rps (for now,) here we have Tablet in his Form A, the firey knight (updated in my story), having a little sword battle with @squeaking-squad‘s Swordsman!
This took... WAY longer than I was expecting <XD Each of the swordsmen took about a day to draw. The background is just a red, changed version of Tablet’s coliseum, so I’ve had enough practice drawing the setting to make quick use of it.
I actually experimented with the layer effects in Procreate with the rainbow sword, Tablet’s flames, and the sparks between the two blades. It came out really well, I’m so proud!
This may look intense and a balanced fight, but squeaking-squad and I agree that Tablet would likely get his ass kicked in the end. XD))

When she spoke, her voice broke the silence. It was loud and deep. It was so unexpected that the tone of her words made the men shiver. The sadness she expressed made the gloomy night even colder than it already was.
On her knees, she tried her hardest to seem strong, but the mud on her face and her wet hair falling in front of her eyes made her look like the child she was. Her tormented and saddened dark eyes reflected the picture which stood before her, bodies laying on the ground, friends no longer of this world, strangers already on the other side and their murderers.
The events of that night felt so unreal that she almost thought she was in a dream; the ones her brothers had after coming back from the last war. Fields filled with corpses that will be buried all together in the same hole, lacking time and space.
The wind howled, sounding almost like the cries of the dying men. Her breath, although the excruciating weather of the North, was steady and slow. Her heartbeat was the calmest it had ever been. She did not understand where this peace, floating in her soul, came from, but she knew she was lucky to have it in such time.
On her own, facing an army that was endless, she did not feel scared, she felt disgusted. How could a man convince so many others to slaughter solemnly to destroy and claim what is not his?
The bells of justice rang in her heart even though she knew she couldn’t have it. She knew her vengeance would never end, for she was the last one standing. If being still alive meant standing. And to achieve it, she must kill all the men standing before her, thousands
In this treeless valley, surrounded by high mountains, she felt the ground shake under her and her mind trembled with it. Her thoughts began swirling around in her head as she looked upward and saw the majestic white moon showing itself through the clouds of the storm. She was there, between the darkness of the night and the light of the moon, so lonely.
The man that was leading them all stood before her. His presence was enormous. He took so much place for a man that was so small.
He didn’t seem that evil if you truly paid attention. His small stature couldn’t scare a wolf. His feminine looks couldn’t impose any man. However, his blue eyes were piercing, so much that she thought he might have killed everyone around her with them. And the strong warriors following him were a sign of his true brilliance for he was able to convince hundreds to follow him, whom they called The Small King, although he was no true king.
Her pupils kept moving from one face to another, from one body to the other. She wanted to remember, she wanted to think, she wanted to act all at once.
The birds in the night couldn’t do anything to distract her.
Lightning struck in the distance and it electrified her body. Her heart was moving faster; the beating took the control of her body. She grasped in her cold hand the mud of the ground and squeezed so hard it could have transformed into a rock. In the anger that was growing inside her little and weak body, she made herself strong and indestructible. Her breaths, once peaceful, sounded like the one of a soldier fighting on the battlefield.
She didn’t feel the rain on her cheeks anymore, nor did she feel the weak tremor under her knees that were sinking deeper and deeper into the earth.
She had never felt such a way. She didn’t know what exactly it was, but she knew she liked it, and she also knew she shouldn’t.
A cold wind started to wage the valley and some of the killers felt it, like she did.
‘Kill me if you must, but I shall not bow to a king who wears a crown studded with jewels of every life he has ended.’
And her words were the thunder that followed the lightning. Her anger flowed through the ground and touched every single living being in the area.
Their leader, The Small King, took a few steps forward and looked down at her in such a way that for a moment, a split second, she felt like nothing. And she could have sworn that his clear heavenly eyes flashed darkness and wickedness. But perhaps it was only her own reflection she saw.
The man placed his right hand on his sword handle, but didn’t slipped it out of its holder. The knob of his weapon interested the young girl for it seemed to have the shape of an animal, actually the head of a beast. It was not quite a bear, nor a wolf. He slightly lifted it and she saw what it was. It was the creature her brothers had nightmares about. The one that could live in darkness and in light, the one that could hunt you down even after its death, the one that was the most feared monster of the known world through all species: the man, half beast, half thinker.
And finally, the King closed his eyes and whispered a few words she couldn’t understand for her hearing was gone when the enemy had thrown bombs through the air and on her village. All she could hear was a buzzing sound. He looked up at the sky and got the long piece of metal out of its place.
He raised his hand up, up in the air. Then, he swung his great sword and ended the girl without a second thought.
The survivor was no longer, the war was ended, the air became thicker and the reign of the Small King greater.
The battle is lost and the child with it, for the Queen rests on a bed of mud, without a crown, without a people.

Came across an old piece that I never finished. It had an all-out-epic battle going on, but I think I'll trim it down to three key players for now. It's fun to revisit and refurbish old ideas. :]
Still have a ways to go!
[close-up] - I was seriously cursing out loud as I was putting that poor guy in that situation. He's pretty screwed.
But his brother(?) is screaming "Nuuuuuuuu! Broooottthhherrr!"
But he has no legs. How does he hope to save him? How did he even launch himself in the air? Through brotherly love that's what. True bro-mance.
Yay! Chibis :3 I did this as profile pictures for me and @the-6th-samurai They came out pretty good! I even have a print at my in-laws house.
