An inconsistently drawn comic based on the BillStill AU by @jellynut !
I really like this AU for a number of reasons, but my number 1 is the simple horror of having no privacy, and the idea of a character trying to bond with their family while knowing a demon is overhearing/mocking every bit of vulnerability. (I also have a comic about Bill messing with one of Stan's memories because I'm a sucker for psychological mess-ery, but it was too ugly to post!!) Have this drawing which is less unfinished and therefore allowed to be here.
HA HA! Oh, I didn't think this would have me cracking up so much. I imagine Stan singing this so often and it has me thinking what he's doing that he has to keep singing it, or he just misses Mabel.
I think it'd be funny if Ford reads up on using music and its effects on the mind when it comes to memory in order to help Stan. So then Bill's just hearing Stan listen to all kinds of songs... and then, of course, Disco Girl starts playing (bc the twins made him a tape/cd). It would drive Bill up the wall... until he starts singing them himself lol

Based on @jellynut's BillStill au and @mroddmod's art piece Rough Seas
So far, I'm working on an accompanying fic where Stan is thrown overboard and drowns, but he lives after Bill saves him... and the consequences that happen soon after.
I left a comment on mroddmod's post, but I'll put it here. It's basically the premise of the fic: "Okay, but now I'm thinking about the theory/au that Bill still exists in the depths of Stan's mind. Ford can't help Stan get back on board, or he's about to jump in to get him back when Stan all of a sudden is just chucked back onto the boat. Ford's confused as hell, but he hears "Stan" splutter and chokes out a "Not even a year in and you almost kill yourself, old man?" It's Stan's voice but there's a weird lilt to it. They later learn it was Bill who somehow managed to possess Stan the moment he passed out/drowned."
Although this isn't the scene I wrote above, I, for the love of me, could not get this specific scene out of my head even though I haven't written it yet. This takes place after Stan and Ford have had time to process the fact that Bill's alive and can communicate with Stan (that's why Ford isn't throttling him at this exact moment).
