I'm not a native speaker of Spanish, but a friend of mine offers the following translations:
"me diste un golpecito en la nariz" (you poked me on the nose)
"me has hecho 'boop'" (you booped me)
In German, boop means "tatzeln".
"I boop you" means "Ich tatzel dich".
