Lady Marina is the Eldest Daughter of the Earl and Countess of St. Andrew’s,
She was named for her great-grandmother Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark.
Lady Marina was 25th in the line of succession to the British Throne until 2008, when she forfeited her place in line after being confined into the Roman Catholic Church where both her mother & her paternal grandmother attend.
She was not invited to Harry and Megan’s wedding but attended the wedding of her 3rd Cousin, Prince William the Duke of Cambridge to Catherine Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge in 2011.
Lady Marina modeled for Hardy Amies at Tatler (A Fashion Company) in 2010 alongside her siblings Lady Amelia Windsor & Edward Windsor, Lord Downpatrick. She also modeled for her godmother, Marie Claire Kerr in 2021 in a fashion collection with Laura Green London.
She is planning to have a career in the United Nations for a job in diplomacy instead of modeling.
Lady Marina is trained in Muay Thai boxing & trained in Thailand in May of 2012.
She enjoys all things nature, environmental, & travel.
Maintenance takes up the majority of our garden working time, and of that, pruning is the most crucial for plant health. By cutting away dead or dying leaves, branches, or even entire plants, we allow 100% of the water and nutrition from the soil to go into healthy, producing plants, not being siphoned off. We are very careful while timing pruning - wait too long and healthy plants could die, trim too soon, and you’ve just killed perfectly good plants. The same is true for the amount/location to clip. We try to keep out clippers sharp and clean, so that they make a nice, clean cut withe no tearing, which can damage plants and cause rot. In general, we are either pruning, or harvesting every few days, at least once a week, often more, because, despite our small space, we have many different varieties of crops growing.

i didn’t realise how much i would love sixth form at a college especially at one where i didn’t think i would ever go.
i also didn’t think english literature would overtake history as my favourite but it has and i am loving it so much! my english teacher is like one from the films! she just wants us to explore everything we can in poems it doesn’t matter what it is she just wants us to really get them! i’m just letting all of weird ideas about them go and she’s like “amazing! i love it!” aaaggh
why didn’t anyone tell me how good english teachers could be ????

i have a book i bought for £2 in this amazing bookshop in my mum’s hometown and i discovered its 105 years old, from the Cambridge printing press, it’s a collection of Percy Shelley poems AND it has little annotations on some poems and i love it so much
my great uncle
some interesting facts about my great uncle who is a mysterious academic icon to me
- he went to Oxford AND Cambridge i don’t know why or how but he did he did history (1500-now) at oxford and social and economic history at cambridge. - he went to oxford when J.R.R Tolkien was a fellow of the school (after teaching) and told me Tolkien would eat lunch then stand on the table and recite Nordic/Viking poetry and it always confused the new students. - he knows at least 3 language i think. - he worked for the British government but we don’t know what he did and he won’t tell us. - is banned from Russia, China and USA for unknown reasons - lost all of his luggage on a conference/diplomatic(?) trip to Malaysia and had to order a custom suit and shoes because he was 6′4 and he has size 12 shoes. it was for the next day - the Bolivian (armed) police were sent to find him when he forgot to tell someone where he was going so they thought he had been kidnapped but instead he went to a museum that was put on lock down while people searched for him. he had no idea what was going on and when he got back to his hotel found dozens of notes under the door telling him to contact them when he got back and where he was. - lives most of the year opposite a castle then come up to visit my grand-dad and stays in his other house in a tiny *tiny* village which is not much more then a few houses on boggy marsh land/moors on the coast. - both of his houses are cozy and old and filled to the brim with books. Literally. i think the second house was actually just so he had another place for his books. - has met Prince Charles on multiple occasions and they always talk for hours and is on less formal (but still formal) terms with him. -met an MI6 spy at a garden party and didn’t know till his boss told him a few weeks later and only then he realised that the mans face was in no pictures. - is in his 60′s and only ever owned about 3-4 cars because he drives them till they fall apart. literally, only when the wheels and a door fell off did he get a new one. - is friends with a Lord who has a steam train on his estate that works, he goes around every now and then and goes on the train. - the name he goes by is actually his middle name because he doesn’t like his first name. -was a french teacher apparently

Arrived safe & sound in Cambridge! America is crazy, but I think we are on good terms. The sheer amount of cookie choices in the supermarket is probably one of the more important reasons for that.
