YESSSSSSS <- prev kallus feeling guilty post defection idk it becomes very codependent in a way I don't personally see as backed up by canon ive been saying this for SO long and Im so glad that someone else thinks.it like obviously this is fandom write whatever you want to write create whatever you want to create thats the joy of it! but for me personally... the guilt complex just rubs me the wrong way like i would be SO uncomfortable if I were Zeb and Kallus was all like “im sowwy i was a big bad fawscist” so i do REALLY love fics and works that go the other route where Kallus is putting in the WORK because hes doing good stuff for the love if the game not cause he's seeking forgiveness cause those mindsets result in COMPLETELY different behaviors
